It's made with sourdough bread. It's not overpowering in any particular flavor, and most importantly, it's not greasy. Adding extra Dijon mustard makes a big difference. Replacing fries with house-made potatoes adds a nice variation. It was missing sliced pickles. The flavor was good and melted cheese paired well. The steak my husband order was not the full steak he has received in previous visits. We were not once checked on, no water was refilled, she forgot my husband's drink which was a cucumber lemonade. The ambiance needs some TLC, it feels dusty and the seats/booths need to be wiped down properly. The restroom decor the same, needs some dusting and deep cleaning. Another thing is the patio door stayed open allowing flys to just roam inside. I wouldn't come back here again EVER.

We were given only one plate. We were only charged for one, but because I was paying for four people and the total was already high, I didn't catch the mistake at checkout. Rather than make my 89-year-old father wait while everyone else ate, my mother split her plate with him. Then we realized they had prepared the eggs incorrectly. We ordered over-medium eggs specifically because my father loves the runny yolk. They served them over-well. He didn't realize the mistake until he had eaten much of the egg white and cut into the yolk. I told the server, and she initially said they would replace the eggs. Then she returned and told us they needed to TAKE THE HALF-EATEN EGGS BACK FROM HIS PLATE before they would give him the eggs we originally ordered. I was stunned. My father had already eaten much of the egg white. The remaining egg was sitting on top of the chilaquiles and beans he was eating. They wanted my 89-year-old father to remove the half-eaten remnants of their incorrectly prepared egg and hand them back before they would replace it with what we had ordered in the first place. I explained that the error was theirs, that we had not received what we ordered, and that my father had already eaten part of the egg before discovering the yolk was completely cooked through. The server still refused to replace the eggs unless we surrendered the half-eaten ones. What exactly were they planning to do with a partially eaten egg from a customer's plate other than throw it in the trash? That interaction was so petty, unsanitary-feeling, and inhospitable that it overshadowed the entire meal. The coffee didn't help. It was lukewarm and extremely bitter. Then there is the tipping system. You pay and are prompted for a tip before receiving your food or experiencing any service. We carried our own drinks to the table and got our own water. After the missing order, incorrectly prepared food, and argument over surrendering a half-eaten egg, I genuinely wondered what I had tipped for. Ringing up the order? Mistakes happen in restaurants. A missing plate or incorrectly cooked egg would not have prompted me to write this review. It was the way the mistake was handled. When your restaurant makes an error, replace the food. Don't argue with a customer over a half-eaten egg, especially while an 84-year-old woman is sharing her meal with her 89-year-old husband because his order was never placed (though requested). It was one fiasco after another. We will never return.

We had an amazing experience at Fuego Cravings--this place truly lives up to the hype! The street tacos were perfectly seasoned, loaded with flavor, and served on soft, warm tortillas that hit just right. The quesadilla de birria was next-level--oozing with cheese, packed with juicy birria, and paired with a rich consomé that had us dipping until the last bite. And don't even get me started on the torta de milanesa... crispy, tender, and stacked with all the right toppings. Every bite was a flavor bomb. But the real surprise? The aguas frescas. Hands down some of the best we've had--super refreshing and not overly sweet. We'll definitely be coming back, if not for the food (which is ), then for those aguas alone! I can't say enough good things about Fuego Cravings! This place is a hidden gem for anyone who loves bold, flavorful tacos. I tried their Hot Cheeto Fuego Taco, and wow, iit was a game changer! The crunch and spice from the Hot Cheetos paired perfectly with the fresh, savory fillings. I also had the quesabirria, shrimp taco, and a street taco, and each one was absolutely delicious. The flavors were on point, and you can tell they use fresh, quality ingredients. The food made my Saturday afternoon so much better! Thank you, Fuego Cravings, for such an amazing meal. However, we were a bit let down when we ordered the Covina burrito and received a surf and turf burrito instead. Despite being labeled as Covina, it contained shrimp and beef, which was definitely not what we expected. Unfortunately, it didn't quite hit the mark for us. My coworker recommended this place that just opened they all have been going there apparently except me. I totally loved it they literally have the best Birria and I think it's the best tasting quick Mexican food I've ever tried in years! This thing was so big I could probably take a nap on it. It was cheesy, packed with flavor, and just plain old satisfying. There is one little caveat, though. I noticed the total seemed too high when I paid, and sure enough, I had been overcharged by about four bucks. I pointed it out, and the woman immediately apologized and said she'd made a mistake. I don't think there was anything nefarious going on, but it did leave me wondering how often a mistake like that goes unnoticed when someone isn't paying close attention. So, you know, maybe keep an eye on your receipt. Still, that's a relatively minor ding on what was otherwise a really good experience. The burrito was great, the nostalgia was strong, and I got to revisit a place that I remember from when dinosaurs still roamed the earth. And here's a fun little piece of movie trivia: Good Burger, starring Kenan Thompson, was filmed at this very location. So you can come here for a chili relleno burrito and get your Nickelodeon nostalgia on. That's a pretty solid afternoon.
