They have various televisions, which I found helpful during FIFA World Cup while enjoying a late lunch or early dinner before a 4+ hour flight back home. I get it, it's an airport restaurant. It's going to be way busy and if you're hungry and stuck in the airport waiting for your flight, you get what you get. It's this or cold sandwiches from a kiosk. That said, I've had much better meals in fast food restaurants in Orlando. The hostess didn't address us with even a "hello" or "how many in your party?", she got a call on her radio (from I assume her manager) that she replied to, rolled her eyes, and then said "follow me". Our waitress was a rockstar, remembering our order and extras without writing them down. We ordered the Philly, but only after asking if they had A1 sauce. Waitress said they did, but after delivering the sandwich, said she couldn't find any anywhere. Philly was good with a nice meat/veggie ratio but dry without some kind of sauce. Fish was kind of icky. The fish is frozen battered something-fish that is gummy inside and not that great - the same not so good fish I get at home nowhere near an ocean. Could not have asked for a better experience before my flight. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. My server was Tabetha, and she was such a joy so early in the morning! She was very attentive to me and her other customers. I noticed a young couple with a neurodivergent toddler came in, who was a bit overstimulated from the airport and crying, and she was so sweet to them, trying to help him calm down with kind words and gestures. I have never left a negative Yelp review because I truly believe in giving credit where it's due. Unfortunately, this experience was impossible to ignore. We were helped by Kamila G. at the gastro walk-up line, and she was one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered. From the moment we walked up, she seemed irritated, gave us dirty looks, and acted like we were inconveniencing her even though all we ordered was pancakes. When our order was ready, she practically threw the food at my husband without making eye contact or saying a single word. We were completely caught off guard because we had been nothing but polite throughout the interaction. I've never been treated this way by someone in customer service. It really put a damper on what was otherwise a great trip. I hope management addresses this, because no guest should be made to feel unwelcome simply for ordering breakfast. read more

This is actually a great place to have a drink at the bar and have some food before flights. We were delayed and had to go some where. Glad we did. The soup is fantastic! We got two bowls. There's only one thing an airport restaurant needs to do: Get people in and out quickly. I had 45 minutes before boarding, which would ordinarily be plenty of time for a quick bit to eat and glass of wine. Service was incredibly slow, and I finally had to cancel my order (of a simple appetizer) because it hadn't arrived after 40 minutes of waiting. I observed the staff shooting the breeze with each other, while people were waiting for their order or their check, particularly the bartender. Don't bother. I don't review many places but people need to know to avoid this place service was fine no issue there my issue was when my son asked if fish and chips were supposed to be cold 2 bites in. Took a bite and sure enough cold not luke warm cold so we will see how the 5 hr flight to San Diego turns out hopefully everything stays down. I travel through this airport and terminal often. This review is for all the times I've been here. Greeters are terrible with attitude. I don't understand how they have one job and bring the tone and attitude. Waiters and bar staff are defensive and absolutely do not care. They are on their own time, pace, and don't budge. I'm guessing it must be the most miserable place to work and then they take it out on customers. I've walked out twice without being served. Why do I keep coming back? It's the only restaurant/bar. Drunk, bald waiter (picture attached) throws glass and screams at me. When:Monday on May 5th. Who: Bar staff at 6:30pm. Sitting at the gastrohub bar (terminal B) and the waiter threw glass at me. He threw a few water glasses into a stack of glasses that I was sitting right next to. Luckily, I covered so I didn't get hurt. My bar waiter (wears circular glasses with brown hair) half apologizes for him and says 'sorry he's drunk it happens' I ask to move to a table since I already ordered. Bald drunk man picture never apologized and starts screaming at me. Then my waiter (wears circular eye glasses with brown hair) and the bald, white drunk guy team up on me, saying he didn't do it on purpose, so he does not have to apologize. I notify them that I will eat at a table away from the bar. I notify a female host about the glass throwing, drunk yelling waiter situation and she says I cannot move locations. I walked out and left. At the bar, glass got in surrounding people's food and they did not replace it. Unsafe. read more

It's a black table with salt or sugar all over it served seemed upset that I asked for it to be cleaned. Drinks did come out very fast. I ordered side breakfast potatoes that are actually just potato wedges. I also ordered side turkey sausage. Turkey sausage was not to temperature. It was very cold.
