The salt and vinegar chicken comes out piping hot. Recommended for those who like to douse their fish and chips in malt vinegar or enjoy a bag of salt and vinegar chips. Butter mochi is a nice add-on if you want to make one trip for an entree and dessert. Otherwise if we have the time, we cross the street to Pau Hana Shave Ice after our Aloha Fresh run. The problem started when I checked the receipt on the sealed bag--it had my name and all the correct ingredients listed. However, when I opened it (and it was clearly still sealed, so not a driver issue), it turned out to be someone else's order entirely, with completely different items. This is very similar to my previous experience, where part of my order was missing altogether. At this point, it's hard to justify giving them another chance. It's especially frustrating because the food itself has been great when it's correct. Issues like this point to a lack of quality control, whether that's from insufficient training or not taking enough care when preparing orders. Poke isn't cheap, so when mistakes like this happen--especially more than once--it's incredibly disappointing. Sadly, this will likely be the last time I order from here.
