So absolutely yum! I had Go Go Bird for lunch yesterday and it was so worth the wait. What I mean is, Yelp has them opening at 12pm on Saturdays...it's actually 12:15pm. Mind you, it had honey miso butter and condensed milk drizzled on top to assist in the deliciousness. But all the same, this ish was real good. -Baked Mac n' Cheese ($8) - solid but my least favorite of the lot of it all. However, finding parking will be a nightmare, as it is in that hipster strip of restaurants just East of Sony Pictures lot. From when I lived on the west side a decade ago, I guess they've blocked off all street parking, and there are only so many lots around. It's a pain to go here at all is what I'm saying. Luckily we got the one and only spot I saw in the area. We got the salt and pepper fries, which is a serving enough for 3 people to share. We also had the chicken gyoza, the hot tenders, and the hot wings. Everything was disgusting. Everything was extremely oily. The chicken seemed underdone, and sure enough I got sick shortly thereafter. The flavor of the coating was really lame.
