Gregory's makes a really good cold brew. This location can get really long lines in the morning, so when I'm in a rush I just get the cold brew which they have prepared in the back. I've tried some of the pastries here- the walnut cranberry scone is really good, as well as the croissants and the whole wheat donuts. The brownies are a little too heavy for me, and the new wafers they have are sort of dry. There's also a mini section of to-go items like yogurt, chicken/egg/tuna salads, chia pudding, and oatmeal. Staff is also incredibly upbeat and friendly. Only issue is that when I order any special drinks (latte, cappucino, americano, etc) the wait can take up to 10 mins when they're busy. read more

Thought I'd give another nearby location a try after previous experience (see below). The upper management must just be incompetent. During a late morning rush hour, a worker was eating a banana and licking her fingers while serving up stale pastries. The manager was sending another worker on lunch break at an early 10:20; rightfully so she was asking for a later lunch. The manager was super obnoxious in an overly friendly way and was barking out commands. It was then that I overheard a patron in line in front of me complain about the prices being high - I realized that I'll never come back again. For dairy-free, soy-free people! They have Almond-Macadamia Nut milk that's freshly made at another location! Baristas are super friendly and the coffee is delectable. Nice, clean, rustic, yet modern store. Love it. read more

Pretty quick turnover rate in the morning, as they try to service everyone as quickly as possible. The blueberry crumb muffin was small and light, did not taste super oily or sit too heavily so it was a good portion and option for a grab-and-go morning item for that occasional muffin-morning. read more

This place could not get a simple TURMERIC latte right. Too much water less milk. Didn't look like a Latte. The Barista wasn't being accurate with the mix obviously. The muffin was super dry as was the banana bread lying out open. And when I went back for a replacement the guy behind the teller was extremely curt and non apologetic. I told him it was bitter etc. and his response is "we don't control the premix"!! You control the milk I said to him don't you. He offered to make another one completely non apologetic or empathetic. And I just reordered a peppermint tea. And that's when he said the magic words "I am sorry" which is what he should have said first. Terrible customer service. read more

This is my weekday morning coffee spot. My favorite drinks are the iced Honey Badger (cold brew, almond milk, and honey) and the pocket latte. Even though it is busy in the morning, the staff works through the line quickly and efficiently. My friend and I dropped by Gregory's Coffee for a quick cold brew on our way to the subway, and it while it wasn't among the best brews I have sampled, it was nonetheless A-OK. However concentrated though, the barista could have filled the cup at least 3/5 of the way with the brew; she barely filled half of it. read more

This is the next Gen Starbucks. They do Aeropress which is great. But their organization is poorly done. Can't tell you how many times I've ordered this and they call it out and someone takes off with it. Take names for drinks. Step it up.
