GREAT CAFE FOR COMPUTER/REMOTE WORK:) The outdoor area is perfect when the weather is right in L.A. Plus there's a good amount of seating. There are not too many outlets outside, but there are more inside. Coffee is strong and tastes good The bathroom is neglected & looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Filthy actually ):

Quirky and laid-back coffee and pastry shop located in what appears to be a renovated train depot located at ground level just above the NoHo subway station. Indoor and outdoor seating are both readily available. The service is quick and friendly, and the food is good. It's easily to swing by when passing through the station en route to or from this and other areas.

A little bit harder to find when you're not from the location but I was happy to try out a groundwork's coffee bar. The horchata cold brew was very smooth and the food was very good as well. All around I was happy with this location for a well respected coffee company on my books!

8 min walk from Holiday Inn. Located next to the train, right below The Chandler Opens at 6:30am. Coffee options are basic. I got a pour over and Vietnamese coffee Pour over: 3/5 Vietnamese coffee: 3/5, not a real Vietnamese coffee. Lots of seating.

    Horchata cold brew, vanilla latte.

This cafe was built into the NoHo historic train depot. Very cool atmosphere, plenty of seating, and as a plus for many people it's by the metro! The parking is street parking unless you're parking at the metro across the way! The service was fast and friendly. We ordered the horchata cold brew, hot vanilla latte, and the breakfast burrito. The horchata cold brew was DELICIOUS! You could taste the cinnamon and the flavors melted together making it a supreme drink! The hot vanilla latte was also amazing! It was creamy and you could taste the vanilla flavor! The breakfast burrito though....EXCELLENT-DELICIOUS-MARVELOUS! As you can see we scarfed it down before snapping a picture, but the burrito was pretty big! It had eggs, potatoes, cheese, avocado, peppers and onions. On the side, they served a salsa and a chipotle aioli sauce so you could try them both out with the burrito! This was an excellent place to stop and grab a bite and a coffee. If you're in NoHo definitely stop by!

Counter area, you enter through a door on the left.

Great neighborhood coffee shop right next to the Noho station. Very big location with plenty of seating distributed throughout the front, middle, and their large back patio. Great spot to catch up on some work or do some reading, while also being able to have a conversation with a friend. We ordered the Beehive matcha latte ($7.50) and the Horchata cold brew ($6.50), along with a breakfast burrito ($14.50). The burrito definitely caught me by surprise and got me curious for the rest of their menu. It was really good! Would definitely stop by again.

Everyone here is friendly and helpful. I was unsure about the Horchata Latte cold brew and they let me sample it. I'm so glad they did because it was too strong for me. I went with a Vanilla latte and it was perfect. A good balance of coffee and vanilla flavors. My sister got the Beehive Matcha and really liked it too. I also ordered the avocado toast without onion and it was delish on the sourdough. The location is spacious with plenty of seating and cute plants.

The train depot Groundwork NoHo location is a quaint, quiet spot to enjoy quality coffee and pastries. Both the indoor and outdoor areas have enough space to provide a peaceful work area or intimate setting for chatting with your companions, and the vintage aesthetic is a welcome change from personality-free, cookie-cutter Starbucks. There's free parking a couple blocks past the metered streets around the post office. They're open till 4pm on weekdays only. We arrived about half an hour before 4 on a Tuesday and were pleasantly surprised with the offer of free pastries, as they needed to clear the trays before closing. They have Groundwork products available for sale as well, to stock up for yourself or secure a nice local gift for an out-of-towner.

Dropped by today for the first time! Haven't heard of this place till now. We had brunch down the street over at Bruxie's and I needed my coffee fix but wanted to try a coffee spot I haven't tried yet and this peaked my interest! We walked on over since parking out here is horrendous. Wasn't a bad walk, maybe like 2 blocks down. It's like an old railroad station converted into this coffee shop which is really neat! I went for a small Vietnamese iced coffee and it came almost immediately! There was one person ahead of us in line with the cutest and sweetest dog that we got to pet while waiting to order. They only have paper straws so I passed and just drank from the spout lid which is very convenient. Wish more spots had these lids! The sweetness and strongness of the coffee was perfect. Absolutely perfect. Definitely on the stronger side but that's how a Vietnamese iced coffee should be and what they are known for! It also uses condensed milk which is typical for this drink. It's one of my favorites and glad they made it perfect! Looking forward to coming back! IG: @ammysalamii

Decent coffee but only selected items. Just convenient when you need to get work done. Obviously better than Starbucks option.

I do remember seeing that it's a coffee shop as there were people working on their laptops every time I've walked by. Well what caught our eyes, they were offering 2 for 1 wine during the art walk. Well, that was a no given that we needed to stop by to check it out. The place is quite cute. Dim lighting in the lounge area. Tables with a candle light and lightly dim throughout the whole place. Seating right when you walk in as well as and some table outside. The second room or back area is where you order. There's a glass displays with all the pastries. Not only a coffee shop, but a wine bar. I honestly didn't know that they offered this. There was a good selections of the reds available for the 2 for 1. Pricewise, it range from 16.00-18.00 a glass. As it was the art walk, it was quite busy. You order, which the gentlemen that was taking orders was quite friendly. All the staff member were friendly. After ordering, you just wait till your drinks were brought out and names were called. Also seat yourself. The concept with wine and coffee is quite smart as it brings everyone in. Obviously as it was the art walk, it was quite busy. I can't believe whenever I walked by so many times and never walked in. Knowing now that it's wine and coffee it's a must next time.

I…read moreremember the exact day because my attorney Richard had just gotten me out of a jam and I was eager to treat him to a meal (in lieu of payment). We got off the 134 and easily found some meter parking near the restaurant (I heard later that Richard got a ticket but not my problem). Strolling into O&T, I'd say the vibe was business casual. I heard the word "tentpole" spoken at multiple tables. I ordered the Chinese chicken salad and Richard got one of those waters that comes in a box. 45 minutes later it was bon appetit. I would describe the salad as heavy, which in this case is a compliment. There's something magical about the combination of fresh veg, crispy wonton strips, and umami peanut sauce dressing. Honestly? The mouth feel makes my mouth squeal. I usually can't finish a salad, but I was enjoying this one so much I pretended not to see Richard's Miata getting towed on Kenwood. I finished the salad and Richard was full on water so we asked for the check. The waiter brought one of those Nintendos for Visas and I pretended I couldn't find my wallet. Luckily Richard had traveler's checks. All-in-all I couldn't ask for a better lunch. I don't like to discuss my legal matters on Yelp, but let's just say after visiting Olive & Thyme I was driving under the influence of a full belly :)

Before heading over, I called to ask about parking and was happy to learn they have a parking structure attached to the restaurant that validates, so make sure to bring your ticket. The moment I walked in, the place felt lively and welcoming. You grab a menu at the entrance, order and pay at the counter, then find your own seat. Unfortunately, after waiting in line and making it to the register, I was told the Short Rib Scramble was a seasonal item and no longer available. I won't lie, I was pretty disappointed. Thankfully, the cashier quickly stepped in with a recommendation and suggested the Steak Breakfast Burrito. It ended up being a great call. The burrito was packed with juicy steak, bell peppers, and had the perfect crispy exterior that gave it a great texture without being overdone. Every bite was balanced and flavorful. While I came for one dish and left with another, the friendly service, helpful staff, and delicious food made the experience worth it. I'll definitely be back, and maybe one day I'll finally get to try that famous Short Rib Scramble.

The first issue came when my matcha was made hot instead of iced and had to be remade. Even after the remake, it tasted like straight matcha powder and wasn't well mixed. The banana bread was served cold and wasn't warmed up, which was disappointing. What stood out most, though, was the cleanliness. As I walked into the shop around 7:30 a.m., the outdoor trash area was already overflowing. Inside, there was a trash can right next to the pickup counter that smelled bad and had visible stains all over it. For being so early in the morning, I was surprised that the trash hadn't been emptied or the area cleaned before opening. The salted cold brew cloud was decent, but overall the drinks, food, and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Hoping this was just an off morning, but based on this visit, I wouldn't rush back.
