Wow I couldn't believe some of the mean and nasty reviews about this place! What the heck? I have been coming here for years and it is always consistently delicious, family oriented, with pleasant and helpful service by people who truly care and it shows! Tonight for family dinner, shredded beef chimichanga was on point, with mounded lettuce, cheese, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, and guac, how can you go wrong? Burrito didn't disappoint - full of meat, carnitas, carefully crafted so every bite was consistent- believe me no small feat. The refried beans and rice are one of the best I have had. Chips? Light, crispy, and warm. Salsa spicy and flavorful. Call me crazy but I am very picky and everything I have ordered here is made with love. Love it!! read more

Always so very comforting, very family orientated you can be yourself but not too crazy. You don't get pushed out Chorizo and Eggs are great pancakes are the bomb! Cruise on by for a try. You wont want to fly. You'll want to stay all the time. Comfy seating inside and outdoor. Need to try the Menudo on Saturday and Sunday. On Thursday need to also try the Caldo soup so wonderfully made FOOD FOR YOUR SOUL. Need to get to Guadalupes you will never regret. Customer service was great ... food was so disappointing ... this was our first and last time here . I didn't eat my food .. i just picked at it and it still managed to give me heart burn and a stomach ache. This is also not an authentic Mexican restaurant whatsoever. $40 not well spent. It can be a tough assignment finding good home made menudo. Well look no further, Guadalupes is my new favorite spot to enjoy authentic menudo. The staff is so cheerful and full of energy it really makes the place very welcoming. I'd recommend this place to my grandma, and she'd love it. We walked in, chose where we wanted to sit, and as we sat down, was greeted right away with chips and salsa. I was really impressed because it was that quick! Immediately they asked what we wanted to drink and got us our drinks very quickly too. There were times though that it was hard to flag down our waitress, and ended up asking another waitress to refill our chips and salsa, but unfortunately that other person didn't follow through, so we had to call our waitress anyway. I would give the service here 3.75/5. I ordered the spicy shrimp ($13.99) while my other co workers ordered a sample of their tacos. As far as my dish, I think it wasn't bad, enough spiciness to give you a kick, but not so spicy that it can't be eaten. The bell peppers and tomatoes in the sauce gave it a sweetness that worked well. It comes with corn or flour tortilla and I chose corn, which was great. It also came with rice and beans, but since I wasn't feeling beans that day, I chose to double the salad, which is what you see in the picture. I wish that they didn't put sour cream and cheese mixed with the salad already, though. The chips and salsa , though was different than any other I've tasted, so I'd say that was the highlight for me. I'd give 4.5 for the food here. I'd recommend this place for a good lunch for sure! read more

Came to eat lunch here because my grandpa lives down the street and let me tell you this place is a gem. I got the Chile relleno burrito and it was sooo good. I also had several micheladas. Definitely one of the best Miches I have had. It wasn't too spicy it had just the right amount of mix and they give you and Ice cold beer and an ice cold cup. The service is great, the lady was so friendly. It was really busy but we got our food in a reasonable time. If you're in the area I would definitely eat here!!! read more

I'm not sure why I haven't reviewed this place but lemme tell you, it's a hidden gem! My family and I have been going more and more often and are consistently pleased. Only on one occasion has it been so busy that it looks like Black Friday. But I get it, the food is great! It's def a place where they get to know you. The staff feels like they all really like each other and vibe well. Today Breanna was our server and she's always friendly and attentive. We have bonded with Fabiola and are always happy to see her. But all of the other servers are equally great! Although the food a great, it's the service that keeps us coming back for more. Today we finally tried breakfast dishes. The chorizo and egg plate as well as the chorizo with papas plate are awesome! Usually I order the sopes plate or the flautas supreme. Theres a few dishes I wouldn't order again but it's not necessarily because they suck, probably more because there are different ways to make Mexican dishes. (For instance when you see something that's like "estilo Guadalajara") I am VERY picky when it comes to Mexican food. For the most part I'll never eat fast Mexican food unless forced and there's very few restaurants I frequent. Guadalupe's has definitely earned their spot in my heart! I feel like the prices are consistent with other restaurants of their kind and the portions are hearty. If you do nothing else, order some chunky guacamole. It is seriously one of my favorite things in the world! It's a little pricey but you can't put a price on guacamole this good! I still haven't made it to their Wednesday lunch buffet because of scheduling issues but I'm super excited to try. I'm pretty sure they also close early on Monday's. They have a patio but I've never been seated out there. Parking is kind of tight especially when they're busy but usually you can snag a spot. They do have weekday and daily specials. The only thing I liked about this place was the salsa. I'm not into spicy food and their salsa has a tinge of heat, which I really liked. I ate most of the chips because of it and I added the salsa to my chicken tacos to mask the bland taste. We also had the chicken taquitos that tasted and looked like beef and the guacamole looked pathetic. It looked more like a spread than a dip. The texture is close to being soupy and it did not taste good. The service did not make up for the food. Once we got our food, the server was never seen again. We flagged the server three different times within 30-minutes to ask for the check and to go boxes since she kept forgetting about us. The place was not that busy. Then the parking spots are really tight here. We had to readjust parking the car a few times to make sure we were inside the lanes. I won't be coming back here. read more

Great spot for a quick breakfast. They even give you chips and salsa so if your thinking chiliquilas just keep that in mind. On that subject I've never had chiliquilas with scrambled eggs mixed in, kinda different. The quesadillas were pretty good too, coffee was on point! read more
