New place but a well oiled machine already. Food came out fast and tasted great. Also it's a different style of rice noodles.

One Piece Lamian specializes in Chinese noodle dishes, all with an efficient QR code ordering…read moresystem and super quick service. We started with the One Piece Mixed Salad (tofu skin, vermicelli noodles, woodear mushrooms, carrots, celery, seaweed, and peanuts, all mixed in a savory, acidic, and spicy dressed ) and the Shredded Potato Salad, both of which made for nice appetizers. We also had the Cold Skin Noodles (Liangpi), a bowl of wide, chewy noodles mixed with a savory sauce and topped with tofu puffs, shredded cucumber , bean sprouts, and a creamy sesame sauce. Hailing from Xi'an, the Braised Pork Pita Burger was fatty pieces of pork braised in a savory sauce, served in a dry round of "pita," but even better was the Spicy Cumin Lamb Pita Burger, which contained a tantalizingly spicy, flavorful filling of tender spiced lamb. The Signature Beef Bone Noodle Soup came with noodles in a simple broth, topped with three bone-in beef ribs. The meat on the ribs was rather tough and sinewy, and the soup on the bland side, but the presentation of the dish was definitely impressive. Finally, the House Special Braised Dry Noodle was a bowl of noodles topped with a savory sauce with lots of different dried ingredients including tofu, s mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and red bell peppers. For each noodle dish, you could select from a variety of noodles, but my favorite by far was the 2cm "General Wide" noodles, which had an amazing chewy texture. Overall, this was a great restaurant for authentic Northern Chinese noodle dishes and other eats. Everything came out from the kitchen in just minutes after we ordered. The tasty dishes came at a good value, and the service was super friendly too!

There seems to have some menu change since the last time we came. We ordered 2 dry noodles and a cold spicy pig ears appetizer. The pig ears were piled up with no fillers - something hard to find these days. You can select the type of noodles so I picked the widest while my husband picked the middle one. I love the el dente texture of the noodles giving it a bit of chew. My braised pork belly dry noodles was not dry... very watery which was not to my liking. I want my dry noodles with as little gravy as possible. The flavor was light despite all the gravy, but the veggies and one egg made it up. The house special dry noodles had just the right amount of gravy for taste but not enough ingredients. I was wondering why the restaurant is called One Piece... I guess the entire bowl of noodles is one piece noodle as it was hard to eat as all the noodles are tangled. No complaints here just need to be careful with the splashes on your shirt. Overall the food was good, service was decent as we were offered actual menu instead of only using QR code to order. The place was not small with plenty of table. A bit noise as with all Chinese restaurants.

Also there's no phone reception, had to get their WiFi which I'm glad they provide. I got grilled pork vermicelli and they accommodated my request for more salad and less noodles since I'm trying to watch my carb intake. Delicious, finished the whole thing. Came with soup on the side although that was very salty, wish it were more clean. Portions are huge, my friend got pho and was only able to eat half. Clean restaurant, plenty of tables and parking.

He gave me a call to have my husband to come back because "he took the wrong food." He sounded annoyed so I called my husband right away and told him to go back. Then, the worker called literally 2 minutes after the initial call asking "is that guy coming back." I understand the rush but we need more than 2 minutes to go back to the place. My husband came back home and explained the worker was giving him an attitude. No one had bad intention here and there was no need for such treatment. We live right next to this place and today was the first time ever ordering from here. Doesn't even matter if it tastes good or not. The whole experience was 0 star.

We were in the area and stopped by this noodle place for lunch. We came here a few months back and…read morerecalled the noodles were pretty tasty. They provided a small dish of peanuts and pickled radish. For the 2 of us we ordered a cold noodles which I think was considered appetizer, Takoyaki, and a bowl of fish noodles. The hot and sour dry noodles came with their signature 5-grain noodles, shredded cucumber, half an egg, cilantro and peanuts. The seasoning was sweet and sour with a kick. Honestly it tastes like a kind of instant Korean cold noodles I always eat in summer. The takoyaki of octopus balls are a type of Japanese snack I think, and it is very popular in the Asian countries as night market food. I actually had never tried it so I really could not compare. They are deep fried balls of what tasted like mashed potatoes wrapped Octopus tentacles . Topped with shaved bonitos. Tasked okay... The hot and sour sauerkraut noodles with snakehead fish was really good... if you like Chinese pickled cabbage. The soup base was not red at all so it gives a false sense that it was not spicy. It actually had a nice kick, but not the chilly hot kick, but the green peppercorn numbing sense of burn. The soup was very flavorful and the fish slices were good. I don't know what is snakehead fish but it tasted like flounder but firmer. There were pieces of both regular tofu and fried tofu, as well as a couple of quail eggs. The decoration was simple with cute fish lights dangling from the ceiling and display if the noodles from different grains. The service was decent and they kept on checking if we needed more water and additional utensils. We will most likely come back to sample other noodles.

It was very quiet in the restaurant for a weekend dinner, which was quite surprising considering how popular the other locations are. The whole operation is pretty contactless as you order via QR code, there's a pitcher of water at your table and they bring you the food. I got the Original Sliced Beef Noodles. It's sort of like hotpot, where they bring you the boiling soup and the toppings in a tray, so you dump them all into the soup and eat it while it's hot. The beef was pretty lean and tough, so it wasn't what I expected because the Chinese menu actually translates to "fatty beef." Meat and toppings tasted bland, like they were sitting in the freezer. Other than that, the meal was alright and you can't really mess up this kind of meal since there's not much cooking involved. The meal was a bit pricey for what it is, and unfortunately I can't imagine them being open for long if things don't improve. I do recommend trying other locations in the chain though.
