This is our go-to pizza delivery spot! Their pizzas are high quality, yummy, and consistent. The delivery is almost always early, and their drivers are friendly. I was first introduced to this pizzeria when a friend that lived in hackensack ordered from them. The mussels in garlic sauce were phenomenal. I was sold that moment on... Now I live in Hackensack and this is always my go to pizza place! The chicken wings, the mussels, the tiramisu... all bang bang. But my all time fav is their margherita pie. Never fails my taste buds. Just recently for the first time they accidentally sent me a plain cheese instead of my margherita, and were very accomodating. Food is always delicious here, however recently I ordered an old favorite of mine the balsamic chicken dinner and it just tasted off, like the balsamic was different or something went wrong with it. Hasbrouck Heights Pizzeria has the worst customer of any place ever. The employees that answer the phones there have no concept of what customer service is. Every time we call, there is always an issue with their coupons and they argue with you about them; they either don't want to accept them or mention other restrictions that are not noted on the coupons. Today my wife called to order pizza using a coupon; two large pies for $19.95. The employee tells her that the coupon is no good "it can't be used Fridays or Saturdays". The coupon says "NOT VALID FRIDAYS", today is Saturday. My wife mentioned the "FRIDAY" restriction, the employee tells her it's the wrong coupon. How is it the wrong coupon when it expires on 4-13-18 and was taken from a full page add the pizzeria placed in a local circular? Today is 3/10/18, the coupon is good for another month. The employee said "we'll accept it now" like if she's doing us a favor, and "we'll send you the right coupon". My wife told her to cancel the order and hung up. The employee called back a few minutes later asking if my wife was sure she wanted to cancel. Yeah, we were sure. We will never order from them again. read more

I had a very large order trying pizza, pasta , buffalo cheese sticks , Stromboli , fried calamari and rock shrimp. Had a bunch of company over and wanted to get a little something for anyone. I must say the food was pretty tasty for the most part . The reason im giving them 3 Stars is because i had a cousin who is allergic to reg shrimp and not to rock shrimp....so she was so excited to have them so i called the restaurant to make sure they were real rock shrimp. The person who took the call went to the kitchen to make sure i even asked if they were the rock shrimp that came in the plastic bucket which all do they said yes! Well they flat out lied to me so i feel they deserve to get 3 stars for that. Also asked for extra sauce on the side for my pasta which i told them i have no issue paying for yet they just never sent it. A close to 100.00 delivery order i just felt they should have handled that a little better. Maybe they had a bad day i would give them one more shot because the calamari and pizza were very good. This rating is based on service ONLY The food is good however in receiving penne with vodka sauce that somehow ended up being bad and two of my family members being sick, when I called to speak to the manager to let him know.... he outright denied that there were any issues with his food only because he didn't get any other phone calls. I was a customer for over 2 years (never had a complaint) they were getting over $3,000 a year from my family, word to the wise treat your loyal customers better. Another pizza place for the elderly. The garlic bread was so over cooked I could replace my facade brick with it. Buffalo chicken pizza was way to desperate, flavorless and had spring onions on them for God sake. To top it all the phone/store service was appalling; the CASHIER boy (looked like a bubble head) literally threw the receipt at me. I did not have high hopes going in and was expecting they could prove me wrong. Wouldn't go back. If around, Try the Thai place next door. One of the best in town I could say! To top it all the owner seems delusional in his response to my review saying my review is false (similar to everyone who has given him a bad review) and that he has reached to the bottom by conducting a high level research. Loved this pizza place and always recommended but they have drawn a line in the sand to not deliver to Fair Lawn despite the fact that most gps will find my address as Saddle Brook, a town they deliver to. They have delivered here many times previously but they obviously have no loyalty to good customers. Really makes me miss Linwood Pizza in Rochelle Park who took the time to see we ate literally on the border. Sadly most of Fair Lawn is on the other side of Fair Lawn not really near us. I grew up in Saddle Brook and have relatives in Heights and have always recommended this place. Sad, but there are other fine businesses in Saddle Brook to who will gladly go one more house for a loyal customer. Good luck to this business. I am a person who loves to take time to recognize good service, experiences or meals which is something that I feel less people tend to do, yet it can be much more rewarding for both sides. I have to say this is the first time that I have posten anything negative about a restaurant but I have definitely decided that I will never be dining at Heights Pizza again. They do have some great employees that I have called to compliment twice. But the inconsistency in the food has just gotten worse and worse. My roommate called and ordered an italian sub no onions and was told there was a minimum for delivery.He said ok, just give me two of the sandwiches then. Both arrived smothered in onions. He just threw them away. Later that evening I was calling to order and he mentioned what had happened so I spole to a manager and she told me that she would do me a favor and replace one sandwich. I guess I was supposed to be so thankful that I should forget two sandwiches were paid for. Tonight I ordered some food along with a vegetable sandwich, heated with no peppers. I came and picked up the sandwich and the girls at the counter were lovely. I got home and began to eat my sandwich and it was not heated and had peppers, I called back immediately about 8:23 p,m. and was told to return what I had bitten into. I then waited an hour for a replacement and guess what? It was cold. An hour to put a mushroom and a piece of mozzarella on bread and under the broiler and that couldn't even be done, Neither time did the management do anything above and beyond to show a customer they were truly sorry for their error. A local pizza shop that I frequent though I'm not a local. New store is located right beside the previous location. I haven't had the chance to dine in here but there is a separate area for seating beyond the walls of the entrance. I have been looking for place around Bergen that makes good penne vodka and this place is hands down my favorite. Even my 12month old enjoys the penne here!! My lunch order was incorrect. When I called to rectify the situation I was treated poorly. They would not come take the food back and refund my money for a salad that came with less than 1/2 a little cup of dressing which was not dressing. It was just mustard. They charged me for extra dressing as well and their answer was they would give me a 50 cent credit. They insisted I got dressing but my co workers smelled and tasted it and agreed it was not honey mustard. Just plain mustard. Fortunately I had something else I could have for lunch at the office. The person taking the order didn't seem to know what he was doing and I had to repeat my order to him several times and it was still wrong. I will never return. 11 bucks plus tip wasted and I can tell you since they opened the new location the service has gotten worse as has the attitude of the staff. Dropped by yesterday to get dinner for family after a long day of moving furniture from our great grandmothers house in Pittsburg PA to Woodridge New Jersey. We rented a uhaul truck since it was rather large pieces we had to move. The uhaul depot was a headache from 0600am. Then when we left we had to turn around for a malfunctioning blinker. Not a good start to the day. Finally we got to my great grandmothers house and started loading the heavy pieces in. One by one by one by one by one. Fast forward 6 hours and 27 minutes of anxious children counting beer on the wall, we arrive to our house in Woodridge NJ. RELIEF! We unload the furniture one by one by one by one by one. I've never had a bad meal from Heights Pizza. Last night we ordered appetizer chicken fingers and fries, along with a Spinach and Gorgonzola salad with grilled chicken. Simply delicious! While hanging at my friends house we decided we wanted something other than our usual Chinese take out spot so Heights Pizza it was. We decided on a large pie with half meatball, buffalo chicken fried ravioli, garlic bread with melted mozzarella, and the potato croquettes. I thought it was pretty cool that the delivery guy called my cell phone to let me know he had arrived. The delivery took about 20 mins and arrived hot and fresh. I really enjoyed everything we ordered that night especially the meatball topping on the pizza! Crust was good and had a nice bite to it. The buffalo chicken fried raviolis were a big hit and didn't last long with the spicy center and cool dipping sauce. The potato croquettes didn't hold together too well when it came time for dipping but the flavor was pretty on point. The garlic bread hit the spot with melted mozzarella, crisp bread loaded with garlic flavor. We will definitely be ordering from here a lot more now that I know there is a great pizza place near by! read more

Update2/13/2018: The Alfredo sauce might be might as well be from a jar - not even the slightest bit of seasoning/flavor. Pasta was soggy. Pizza has so much soot on the bottom that my son refused to eat it after he got the black all over his tongue and face. Garlic knots are still charred. Save your time and money and go elsewhere The food is typically great. The pizza is never a let down. Wings are really good. I wouldn't suggest ordering the garlic knots unless you are there waiting for them. I have had them and they were out of this world, but most of the time they are BLACK. Not well done, but BLACK. It is a gamble we keep taking and we have hopes that we will get a good batch. The sandwiches are always good. The delivery guys are consistently nice and courteous, but they could really teach the counter girls some customer service. I am picking up a pizza - I don't need to hear you guys gossiping or being ridiculously nasty to one another. Going to continue ordering from here, but i hope they work on a few things read more

Poor customer service. Placed a phone order. I paid for the meal at the counter and was waiting for the food to be given to me. No body announced my order. Waited about 15 extra minutes. Asked the person at the counter about how much longer. They asked me for my receipt to confirmed I paid! And he pulled the pizza and other items from under the counter. They have been sitting there for all that extra time. Got home. Meal was cold. Salad was brown. Very disappointed. read more

My Wife and I really like this place, apparently so do many others, the phone is always ringing off the hook and the place has potential to get really crowded. My only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is because they don't always have the same pizza and on 1 occasion didn't have regular slices, which was just odd. Other than that this place is 5 star, i'm a NY'er as i've stated 1000 times in my reviews, and I love pizza, they have some pretty tasty specialty slices too, my Wife loves the Grandma slice, I really enjoyed the buffalo chicken slice and the grilled veggie w/ ricotta was really good. Last time i wanted the buffalo, they didn't have it so i opted for the "Tom Jones" which is sausage, pepperoni and ham, the kid who works there (he's always a nice kid) says "do you know why we call it Tom Jones?", i said "I have no idea!", he said "bc TJ used to stuff his pants.", true or not, i thought it was hysterical and ingenious to name a pizza after TJ.
