This is one of our favorite places! We love to come here with the whole family. Lots of seafood, rolls. There are even crabs and crayfish. It is very clean and pleasant to be here. We also often take food to go. The price and quality are very consistent. Of course, on weekdays and at lunchtime there are fewer people and the price is more favorable. I honestly wanted to like this place due to there not being many "buffet" places left. I was confused as to why they don't have a soda fountain -- you buy by the can, which wasn't really clarified at the time of purchase for the dinner. The waitress was actually pretty rude about the soda when we asked if we could purchase one once we understood we needed to pay for it separately. The variety of things to choose from was decent, however a lot of things were not put out on this particular night for whatever reason. Lots of seating -- large tables for bigger parties. There was actually a very sewage/nursing home smell to this place near the dessert area close to the bathroom so I chalked it up to that but that should have been the point I started to question things because I legit was sick for 2 days after eating here. Hibachi charges extra 10% for group of 5 up where other buffet like Golden Koi Buffet charges extra 10% for group of 7 up. It is not nice to make money like that way. So disappointed. read more

Came on a rainy Saturday. The place was packed and the line was long to get a table/pay. Once we paid and got on the waiting list, the actual wait to be seated wasn't too long. About 15-20 minutes. The food was average for buffet style restaurant. There were plenty of selections to choose from. A lot of seafood options during the weekend, more than other buffets and wasn't as salty as other buffets either. My favorite was the seafood boil. Very flavorful and buttery. The servers and bussers come over quickly to take any dirty plates away and bring drinks. Only complaint is the for the entrance. It gets so crowded and sometimes confusing where the line is because everyone is everywhere. People coming and going. Maybe they should have the entrance separate from the exit. Good thing is once you're done you can leave since you already paid at the beginning. read more

This place was good! They keep the food coming out fresh, the whole place was clean and the employees were nice. The food was delicious. And they have just about everything there. When you walk in, you're asked to pay. At this time, they also solicit a gratuity. It's bad enough that fast casual places do this, but with at a medium priced restaurant, it's arrogant. You haven't even given me service yet and you're asking for a gratuity in advance. This alone makes me not want to go there. Hopefully the food was going to make up for it. Sadly no. All the dishes were just OK at best, nothing better than Panda Express quality. I can't imagine anyone saying wow that was good. Most likely just the standard thought, God, I ate too much. That's good enough for some people to go back. Not me, I wasn't even full when I left since the food was not appetizing enough to indulge. read more

Awesome. We went there on a Saturday and it was amazing. They had so many food varieties and almost everything tasted very good. We did not get to try everything, but whatever we tried was fresh and tasty. Definitely going back sometime soon. read more

The place has good food but I think they should work more on their salad bar like chopping the lettuce not just leaving big pieces and sometimes their vegetables and some of the dishes need to be cooked more some of them, specially the broccoli is left half cooked half raw. read more

Egg rolls were soggy. Crab legs, fried chicken, bbq pork ribs and gyoza were all totally worth it, the rest is meh. The people working looked like they would rather be anywhere but there. This place gets crowded quickly. Almost intolerable around noon trying to get around the buffet lines with kids running everywhere. Wasn't that impressive. I came here for the oysters, crawfish, and salmon sashimi and left satisfied. If I were to have come for other dishes, I would've expected more options, but you can't compare the quality here to the other buffets in the greater Sacramento. The crawfish were huge and as fresh as you can get it. The salmon quality was pretty good for a buffet. read more

The Management at this restaurant is terrible!!! several times when I get a new dishes with the full of food on table, one of our server just took away the dishes without bothering asking me if I was finished and this happened frequently not only me but also my friend's dishes as well. Plus, We found the hair in one of our buddy's dish that was served by Hibachi station, we informed this to our server but no one came to apologize. This Hibachi isn't Japanese style at all I would say it's more like Mongolian style. Assuming this restaurant is owned by Chinese because I see more Chinese food than Japanese. Very excited to try Hibachi. Very good staff. The food was ok. Sushi was fine I always look forward to baked mussels but these had way too much mayonnaise. The crab was ok. I'm not really a buffet guy, but this place is super popular just judging from the parking lot every time I drive by it it seems busy the entire time. It is open. For one flat rate you can eat all that you want and there's a lot to choose from I mean a lot no really a lot. Sushi crab crawdads all sorts of chickens lots of salad type things, all sorts of vegetables, pizza pasta, you name it they have it somewhere in that place. There's lots of Chinese food. I think there's some Korean barbecue and lots of different desserts like pudding, and Cakes and ice cream. Everyone to check this out at least once. Come hungry. read more
