I made a reservation for 7 people on open table. The day of the reservation they called and let me know they would have to split up our party into two separate booths because they had a huge party reserve the booth that we were supposed to get. This was unfortunate but didn't stop us from coming. Parking was wild and very difficult to obtain. Especially during the weekend. Definitely utilized their 15 min grace period which was awesome. We were given two tables but ended up all squeezing into one table. Aside from that the food was amazing! Definitely look forward to paying $30+ per person. Burgers, shakes and appetizers were all so good. Highly recommend for date nights and larger parties but when they have the space for it.

Bar/pub located in the Arts District in downtown Las Vegas. From the outside, it looks like a dairy or ice cream shop. Once you enter, it is a gorgeous bar and dining experience. We came on a Saturday. It was moderately full. We took a seat at the long, beautiful bar. Our bartender was very friendly and had great recommendations. The menu does have several mocktails. They also serve a light brunch. The drinks are very well-thought-out craft cocktails. Half the fun is watching them being made. We met with the mixologist who explained his thought process into making the menu. Very nice guy and we got a history lesson.

I was very disappointed after wanting to come to this restaurant for so long. I was happy to see they moved to the Art District. The place is really nice inside with cute cows by each table. The waitress was really nice and patient too. We ordered 2 of The Forager Burgers, the Billionaire Burger, sweet potato fries, regular fries and the cookies and cream milk shake. 1st mistake was that the burgers were not hot or warm. But we continue to eat because they were tasty. The Forager burger comes with a fried egg but on one of the burgers the egg was way too raw and caused my mother to almost throw up and she lost her appetite. They only discounted it. The Billionaire burger as expensive but not as amazing in taste, another disappointment. I truly had high hopes. The fries were hot and crispy. Why weren't the burgers as hot? The milk shake was the best part of the meal. My disappointment will not bring me back.

We came to the restaurant about 2:30 in the afternoon. There was parking right in front, but you have to pay for parking on the weekends. We were seated right away in a nice booth. We were served our glasses of water immediately and the waiter came over to ask us if we had any questions. He did a great job on describing some of the favorites on the menu. He came back quickly and described the burgers, and we ordered a French onion burger, and a side of fries. The burger was $23 and the fries were nine dollars more than enough for two people to share. This is probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. They melted the cheese on the top of the bun as well as the cheese that was inside with the fried onions.

After having a, ummm, challenging Caesar Salad and burger elsewhere in Vegas the day before, I wanted a redo. Holsteins was that redo, thank goodness, because they delivered. I walked up at around, say, 5:20 p.m. and was eating a Caesar Salad by 5:30 p.m. and a burger by 5:40 p.m. The Caesar looked, and was, delicious but a touch underdressed for my taste. I asked for some extra dressing and someone brought it out a minute later. The Nom Nom burger was a feat of engineering. The potato chips that came on it were thicker and fried crisp to allow them to stay strong in their role as a topping. The burger itself was cooked right to medium rare as asked, and the bun it was on was a good one. I'm glad I got my redo, and I'm extra glad I did it in a hip little place with friendly folks working there.

Restaurant week has arrived and this gave me an opportunity to check out their new location as their original location has closed her in Vegas. The restaurant week menu was solid and had some great choices. The Ruben bites were terrific, the burgers were delicious and cooked to perfection. Onion rings are a must try as they're cooked in tallow. Last but not least the shakes are solid choices. Service was great and liked the decor with the old school couches.

Needed a place for lunch after landing and it popped up first in my searches and wow! Massively impressed. I got here just as they opened so there was only myself and one other party. The staff made you feel welcomed as soon as you stepped inside. I ordered the Hawaiian Pineapple Necktie and its a nice blend of pineapple and orange curacao that refreshes the palate ahead of the heavier burger that followed. I got the Gold Standard. This burger means business and you underhand why Holsteins has the reputation for some of the best burgers. The ingredients while simple are not simple. The patty was nicely seasoned with perfect medium temperature. I got the subtle tang of the goat cheese and arugula, but what really sings is the tomato confit. They roast the tomatoes before searing it on the flattop and the roasted flavor really comes through to the point that you could put that by itself in a bowl and you'd be content. The sweet potato fries and the housemade ketchup is light sweet with a hint of heat. Wonderful spot I'll no doubt put on my rotation to visit again once I am in town!

This was our first visit to Holsteins since their move to the arts district. I really appreciate the free curbside parking during lunch hours . The Rising Sun burger, Gold Standard burger, and beef tallow fries were all amazing. Cute atmosphere and phenomenal service from Adrian really made our lunch a great experience.

Nice and casual vibe. Food did take a little longer to arrive even though it wasn't busy. I went on a weekday evening. The taste of the chicken sandwich was good. Brussel sprouts were nice and crispy. The shake, definitely very sweet!

The Nom Nom burger and forger burger were absolutely delicious. The forger burger had an egg that just popped and all the right ways. It made the burger, moist and wet and soppy. Great for the fries. The nom nom burger was good as well. The milkshake, however, was a little disappointing. It was mostly all just whipped cream and was just to look pretty and not taste as good. Barely any ice cream whatsoever. The Spoon they gave me barely fit in the bottom so my hand was getting messy trying to scrape the bottom of the glass. They should've had a milkshake Spoon. The ambience was cute though. It was very clean very bright. The table settings were nicely proportioned

Boozy shakes (non-alcoholic available, too) and burgers. Come with a big appetite!!Located in the Art District of LV. Hipster area with a lot of little shops and restaurants. My daughter and I went for the famous shakes, and we could not finish either of them. She had the one with the ice cream sandwich on the rim, and I had a tropical one (non-alcoholic). This place is nestled right in the middle of Main St and has been relocated from inside the Cosmo. The shakes are offered boozy with one shot and are hearty in terms of their sugar content and whimsies. Be prepared to share or leave it behind as it can't be packed in a to go cup. The forager burger was well cooked and delicious with a perfectly fried egg and spread. The bun was soft but nicely toasted. The only disappointment for me really was the crazy thickness of the shake and the fries were a bit underwhelming. Fries also need to be ordered ala carte. The service was super friendly at the bar and the rest of the restaurant was full at about 7 on a Wednesday. The interior was super fun. read more

Holsteins used to be at Cosmopolitan but moved downtown. Inside it's lively, has great modern decor, and has a friendly staff. You see this huge milkshakes being served which looks like a meal in itself. Rather than go for a sugar high, I tried a burger with hatch chile. I was told that the beef mix has a lot of brisket in it which makes it super tender. Sides such as fries are a la carte. Noticing that the burgers are quite big, I just ordered one to share. The burger was really really good. It was $23 for just the burger but I do have to give it props. Juicy, tender, with really flavorful ingredients. I will say that I was really happy and satisfied with the burger! I'm told that their Korean burger is a must try so that will be on the next visit. Also, they have a great Happy Hour and might even look at offering a reverse HH soon! Fingers crossed! read more

don't let the neon cow fool you! Curiosity definitely got the best of me. I pass by this place all the time, took a look at the menu and decided a burger seemed good to eat after walking all day. ambiance - that is definitely what you are paying for, it's a chic "high" end burger joint. i was pleasantly surprised by the decor. nothing out the ordinary since we do have esters, petite boheme, and bar ginza. service - i think maybe our bartender was having a bad day, i don't know ‍ but she didn't seem happy (i also understand you can have bad days) there was just lack of eye contact, being extremely short. moving our food and grabbing the check before we even finished our cocktails, was a weird move for me. i know every restaurant has different rules after signing a check, but we decided to not finish our cocktails and leave. i get grabbing it means ending a service, but no "thank you" just moved our things while we were chatting and grabbed it. just a very awkward interaction overall. food- got the bbq green chili burger, philly egg rolls and onion rings. you're def paying for the ingredient quality. food was good, but that's just it. as always, try it for yourself! looks like many other yelp elites like it. my opinion is, you're not missing out if you do decide to pass. overall it's a 3/5 for me in terms of food/experience. i like to base reviews on if the food is worth it enough to come back, the response is not i will not. read more

We followed Holsteins from their days at the Cosmo to their new spot in the Arts District -- and we're so glad we did! We popped in right before close (never an easy time for a team), but the entire crew couldn't have been more welcoming, hospitable, and genuinely kind. Shout outs to Diana, King and Warren! The $10 boozy milkshake special was what brought us in -- but the incredible service is what will keep us coming back. Pair top-notch hospitality with those decadent, delicious milkshakes, and you've got a winning combo. Highly recommend checking them out if you're anywhere near the Arts District. Holsteins found a new home at the Arts District and you won't be disappointed! Gone are the days of having to drive to the strip just to enjoy their buns and shakes! From the moment I walked in up until I left, I must say the service was amazing. I was greeted by the two beautiful ladies up front at the hostess booth and was seated immediately. My burger was great and cooked to my liking. Milkshake was 1000/10 and a must try when you're in there! Pick that over a cocktail! Overall great place and great spot! So excited to have this new location in the Arts District!! Food was all 10/10, service was next level & ambiance is leaving me wanting more. I would definitely come back even just to grab happy hour at the bar. $5 beer & wine! Buffalo Chicken Nachos : delicious but prepare to get messy, the chips are doused in buffalo sauce & you will need extra napkins. Happy Hour Burger : my mom & husband got this and said it was delicious and juicy. It was only $16 and came with fries and a drink. Veggie Burger : not on happy hour $19 no fries or drink included but loaded with veggies & so good!! Cookies & Cream Milkshake : we got ours without alcohol and it was super tasty. Just went to Holsteins in the old area Vegas I just now called the art district. They used to be in the cosmopolitan casino, they moved a little over a year ago to their new location really cool energy really cool design. Food was great. The service is great. Talk to the manager Sean great place to go if you're tired of eating in the casinos go to Holsteins and you can go antique shopping afterwards cool vibes down there. read more

Recently I joined the TruFusion cult of awesomeness for the weekly Yin Yoga Sound baths and Heated Core Pilates. It's the perfect complement to weight training at Lifetime Fitness. This week I setup in the front row against the mirrors and finished my hardest heated mat pilates to date. Down 48lbs so far with ~7lbs left to go, I almost broke down. It's taken over a year of painful sacrifices and consistency to create this reality. My inner child was screaming with joy from not only what I was able to do, but how far I could take this. With only few breaks to wipe my face, chug water, and kneel in a pool of sweat I couldn't believe it. What did I think of after? A chest meal of epic proportions. One of my favorite cheat meals is a juicy rare burger with extra cheese. One of my favorites in town exists at the legendary Holsteins ( @holsteinslv ) now in the arts district. Being from Chicago I had to take down their best in class Golden Cheese Curds with ranch dressing, and of course and I had to try the Thicker than a Snicker [ Peanut Butter, Orange Frosting, Crushed Peanuts, Snickers, Reeses Pieces, Chocolate Pocky Sticks, Caramel Sauce ] with Elvis's Midnight Snack Peanut Butter, Banana, and Bacon flavored Whiskey. When I cheat, I go all in. for the burger I took down the Billionaire [ Foie Gras & Prime Beef Blend, Provolone, Mushrooms, Onion Marmalade, Port Reduction, Crispy Onions, Arugula & Truffle Pate plus pepper jack cheese ]. Just like when it existed at the Cosmopolitan this place absolutely killed it. I couldn't finish all of this but my inner fat kid was grateful. The service was on point, the cuisine perfectly prepared to my spec, beyond fresh and flavorful, and I loved the design of the new space. I spend more time in Arts District when it's warmer out but I'll definitely be back. Their drink selection was extensive too, but that shake was enough for me. This is why I work out as much as I do. I just space out the cheats farther and farther apart. Ugh, I'm torn here. The place is beautiful and very inviting. Staff is friendly and professional and the burger was fire . However, it was way too expensive. Fries don't come with the burger so after burger, sweet potato fries and a Diet Coke it was over $50 with tip. I'm sorry but there's not a burger on this earth that's worth that much. It's giving strip prices at an off strip location and as a local that's definitely not my vibe. I'd give it a 3.5 star if it was an option but ripping people off by overcharging isn't something I can get behind. There's too many awesome burger places in this city that are reasonably priced that overpaying doesn't make sense. I'm not sure if I'll be back again but I can tell you- IF I were to visit, it wouldn't be often. Maybe once a year. Check it out for yourself and see if you think pricing is fair. read more

Holsteins has been a favorite of mine for a few years when they were at the Cosmo. So I was very excited to find out since closing that location they opened off the strip. It's about 10 mins from the Wynn / Resorts world area of the strip. The burgers, onion rings, shakes, fries,& drinks have NEVER disappointed. Our server Diana was so genuine & knowledgable, giving us information about Holsteins & other areas in Vegas to visit. Highly recommend stopping here for GREAT food. Love this place. read more

Thank god I live 1,500 miles away. I think I would be dead in a month if this was near my house. The food and service were absolutely amazing. Had the Gold Standard Burger along with the onion rings. This is our favorite burger place in Vegas. We loved the location at Cosmopolitan and are so happy to visit the new location. I had the NomNom burger. My son had the Green Chili burger. We split an order of the garlic Parmesan fries. I am often disappointed by not enough garlic on the fries but this is not the case. These had the perfect amount of garlic and Parmesan. Absolutely delicious. We definitely wanted to finish the fries so I took half of my burger home. Great service and experience. read more

Went to Holsteins mid September 2025 and it's a must stop in Las Vegas. Everytime I visit family I make sure to come for the truffle fries. HOLSTEINS IS BACK!!! This place has so many great eats that I would drive to the strip just to eat here! Although there is a change to my favorite dish (the Caesar Brussels) their new version is good too. We got their garlic fries! One of those things i would crave and only found here! So good! We tried the new Brussels, which were good but not my favorite, the Rising Sun Burger, and the Green Chile Burger. Food was awesome, we came on opening night and surprisingly it was not busy. The ambiance was chill and relaxed which was nice. Service was great, friendly, and quick! The only thing I think they missed is my burger did not have the tempura jalapeños, which is the reason I got the burger because I love spicy food. Instead it had tempura avocado, which I don't like avocado at all, but i still ate it because I am not a complainer with food! Overall I am happy they're back!! Will be stopping by often! read more

We had a wonderful experience with the food, atmosphere and service. We had the happy hour cheeseburger and fries, salmon tostadas. All the food was so fresh and flavorful, but the big fun surprise was the bom-boozy funky monkey milkshake. We can't recommend Holstein's enough, so don't hesitate, just go and have a great time. Parking downtown is always a little difficult. But there are several lots around the restaurant in short walking distance. It wasn't bad and we found parking on a Saturday. Definitely go try them out, the food is great!

For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. When I've been here in the past, it's usually a lot more crowded. The inside is so dang cutely decorated and super welcoming. I love that they had old cartoons on the TVs while we were there. They also do have a small patio, however it was way too hot to be out there this day. We were seated immediately when we walked in. I knew I wanted something sweet for breakfast because I'm pregnant and that's all I've been craving lately haha. I got the nutella pancakes with strawberries added to it and a side of the sausage links. Then my husband and I also split a churro waffle. He got something on his own, too, one of the skillets and really loved his meal. He said it was delicious. I've been low key dreaming about these nutella pancakes for dayyyyssss now. They were SOOO FLUFFY and they were stuffed with nutella. I definitely think I'm going to need to go back here again and get this ASAP. The churro waffle was also incredibly delicious and something they're known for. I liked that the sausage links were a big size, too, and came with two. It was good to get a little protein on the side with my sugar haha. Our server was so sweet and took such great care of us! I definitely would come back here again and definitely recommend this spot. There's so many items on the menu to choose from. And I can't wait to try their breakfast cocktails after I have this baby haha.

Sauces that were included had a nice tang for one of them and the other was a sweet tonkatsu sauce. The meat jun was seasoned perfectly - salt and a lil sweet with tender meat. The burger itself was a true delight, particularly impressed by the unique touch of melted cheese encasing the outer surface of the bun - any potential messes were swiftly taken care of by the presence of a linen napkin. We stopped by the brand new Holstein's Shakes and Burgers location in downtown Las Vegas last night, and it did not disappoint! This location just opened about a week ago, and it already feels like a must-visit spot. The ambiance was trendy, cute, and fun--perfect for a night out or a casual bite with friends. I had such a fantastic experience at Holsteins! The food was absolutely great, with flavors that made every bite memorable- onion reigns were the best we'd ever had. Their craft cocktails were on another level--creative, balanced, and made with real care. The service stood out even more: attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely warm.
