I ordered online with ubereats. Definitely a bit pricey, but they had a lot of good options for my family and their different tastes. Pricey as they are, it didn't seem too bad until I got the food and saw the boneless chicken. I think I might go with traditional instead of boneless next time. Most of the pieces of chicken were so tiny. Literally not even a bite's worth. Also, not sure if Hooters designs the menu for Ubereats or its a site flaw, but apparently they have options to add sauces to the build your own burger. Instead of default option of no sauce, it apparently is set to mild sauce, so I realized after I placed the order that my son's burger was assigned to have mild sauce. Those issues being said, our family still enjoyed a great meal. I tried to contact the place about the issue with the sauce, but no one would pick up at restaurant in time after multiple calls because they were busy. However, the delivery driver was able to relay message about the issue with the sauce. Not really sure if they just automatically put the sauce on the side to add yourself or if that was a fix, but thankfully it didn't arrive with the mild sauce on it. I've tasted some mild sauces before, but I had part of the boneless chicken with the mild sauce on it. It really is mild. Next time, will have to try medium. I like it spicy, but not I have to drink a whole glass of water between bites spicy and mild you couldn't even tell there was anything really on it. Definitely no spice. Regardless of this, it was still really good, just would have been better. My daughter had the sliders and curly fries and enjoyed them. My son had a build your own burger with fries and enjoyed it, with the exception of the fries being placed on top of a pickle we didn't know came with it and didn't know to have removed. In any case, I doubt a lot of people like pickled flavor fries, so they should have packed that a bit better to avoid mixing the pickle juice into foods. What I really loved was the tater tot appetizer. It was awesome. They packed it with the toppings in containers so it didn't get too soggy or anything during transport. The cheese to go with it is very spicy, but still great. Just have to drink all the water between a few bites lol. It still tasted awesome though. Think I might start making them myself. Given I have the money to pay so much again, I wouldn't mind ordering from them again. read more

I love this place EXCEPT for the bartender BECKY!!! If you visit this establishment, the management is great and the wait staff is awesome. Hopefully Becky won't be the bartender on staff. She will have you waiting for your drinks if you are at the tables and not the bar. She knows the wait staff will have to tip her out so she doesn't try. She is only concerned with the people sitting at the bar. And when you finally to get your beers, the amount of head on the beer even exceeds the standard that Hooter's tries to sell. Never again...wish I could give ZERO STARS! We went there last night around 7:30pm. There was no wait for our party of three and we were seated promptly. That was pretty much the end of things going well. My husband picked up the salt shaker and it was disgustingly sticky with old wing sauce residue and/or grease. We ordered two beers and 20 naked wings, blue cheese, and celery. The beers came right away, but then wings took 30min to arrive. When our waitress dropped off the wings, they looked dry and had almost no sauce on them and then tells us they ran out of celery. What? How do you run out of celery at a wing restaurant??? Disappointed, we were ready to settle for carrots, and guess what...no carrots either. We tell her, wish we would have known this prior to ordering or else we would have chosen somewhere else to eat so we ask for the manager. She says ok and leaves. At this point, we are debating our options to stay or leave and we decide that we just want to pay for the beers and leave. We tried to get our waitress's attention several times, yet completely ignores us. Finally the manager arrives and we make him aware of the situation and he said he just found out about them running out of celery as well and that they stopped carrying carrots for the restaurant because no one really orders them. When we tell him the wings looked sad and dry, he apologizes then offers to have them remade for us, but we decline the offer considering they have no celery and tell him we would just like to pay for our drinks and go. Incredibly disappointing experience, especially since we have eaten at this location before. Our minds are still boggled at the fact a wing restaurant can run out of celery. Well it's been a while since I ate at Hooters but I had a craving so off we went. Ordered pretzel bites with beer cheese far appetizer and cheese was ice cold. We let the manager know and he promptly brought a new hot fresh delicious order. Then the wings and fries came out. Wings were ok lemon pepper for the wife original hot for me. The fries however where another story! I'm inclined to think they were cooked yesterday. And $3.99. Started off with some drinks and put our order in. Wrong drinks came out. Food came out and fries, wings and kids meal were all different levels of temps from warm to straight cold. Waitress was very friendly and apologized and took the order back. Wings come back and half order was hot and fresh and the other half was cold just as before. Ask for manager to come to the table who apologized for taking so long to hear our concerns as he did not not promptly come to try to fix the issue. In the end he never apologized, drop the wings off and left. Very unprofessional and will not return to this location. Will be contacting an upper level manager to voice other concerns that were very evident during our visit. read more

Went there for lunch today and thoroughly enjoyed the experience with my co-workers. I've never tried their wings before (I had heard all kinds of good things about them from friends) so I decided to get me an order of 5 garlic parmesan, 5 chipotle honey. I was not very impressed, but that could just be my personal preference. I'm not used to buffalo wings being so big and battery. I didn't find the garlic parmesan ones to be very good, although the chipotle honey ones had a nice faint hint of heat to them. I tried some cobb salad, which was exceptionally good, some curly fries, fried pickles, mango iced tea, and some mild boneless wings, all of which were great compared to my wings. For it being pretty busy, I was happy to see that our waitress was doing her best to keep up with our table. Just as soon as I would finish my mango tea, she was already coming around to offer a refill. The environment wasn't as strange and weird as I first thought it was going to be. To be honest, I thought it was just going to be a bunch of straight dudes (and possibly some chicks) ogling all of the Hooters girls, but it was nothing like that and turned out to be quite pleasant. I would advise anyone that goes into this Hooters to keep your receipt. I was overcharged on the tip amount on May 26th. I called on May 31st when I noticed a wrong charge on my credit card and was on hold for over 10 minutes to only be hung up on. I called back and let the person that answered the phone to NOT put me on hold and I want to speak with a manager. Finally a manager came on and he told me that he would refund me the amount and an additional $10 for the inconvenience and it will be refunded with in 3-5 business days. On June 6th I called back to let them know that it was not credited and a different manager told me that he thought he saw an email on it but would get it back to corporate with an entire credit of my charges. Today is June 12th and I still don't have a credit. I guess I have to call again....Poor quality of management. read more

pros: Hooter girls were nice and attractive Cons: It took awhile to get seating. I ordered boneless wings and they were bland. Since when do you add salt on sauced wings.....exactly! Curly fries were not fried long enough and were partially raw. My friend's chicken wings were not fried long enough and the bone in the middle was bloody...wtf?? At least they were willing to give another order on the house and another freebie another day. My other friend had wings fresh out of the fryer and when she bit into it it was cold....again wtf?? It's been a while since I've been here, so I was surprised that they had an improved menu, with a variety of sauces for your chicken wings. It was my brother's birthday, so we stopped there to have some wings and a burger and was very pleased by how all the waitresses got together to sing Happy Birthday for him. He was sufficiently embarrassed, and I haven't seen him smile like that in a long time. Mission Accomplished! Went in to this location yesterday (Monday). They had all you can eat wings. I ended up leaving and not taking advantage of the offer because service was extremely slow, even our waitress had to make several trips to the kitchen to see why service was so slow. After the first order was delivered, our waitress immediately put in another order. That order took forever but we eventually received the order. Then I had her put in another order but ended up leaving. They weren't busy so there was really no excuse. Hooters lure you in with the all you can eat deal but then take so long to get you your food so people leave. This way they can save on product and take your money. I was not sure about visiting this location based on other reviews. I decided to give them a try. Glad I did. I was promptly sat at my table. The young lady waiting on me was a delight. I wanted for nothing. She didn't not ignore me as a lone diner which I have had some do. I met the manager - and he was a great guy too. I also observed the other girls working - and they were all busy taking care of the customers. The food was better than the average Hooters. I recommend checking out this location. I have been to over 70 Hooters since 1986 and would rank this one in the top 25%. read more

Good Evening, I was just at Hooters this evening, I had a seat at the bar and asked for a miller lite draft. I ordered 15 medium naked wings to go. It usually takes anywhere between 20-25 minutes, so I thought cool, I thought to myself cool, I'll finish my beer and hopefully have enough time to order me another. I was about to take my third swig when low and behold my order came out in less than ten minutes. I was like that's unusual, but oh well. I finish my beer and I'm on my way, I live off Datapoint, which is less than a mile away. I couldn't wait to dive into my wings. Here comes my disappointment, I grab my first wing and they are COLD to the touch, I thought to myself, it's just the buffalo sauce, then I bit into it, and it to was COLD. I know what your thinking, since you live on Datapoint less than two minutes away, why didn't I just return them. Well, if it wasn't for the fact that I had been at work for 14hours and stuck in traffic for another 40 minutes, I would have. But, I said screw it, stuck them into the microwave, and if you only knew how I hate with a passion to heat up food in a microwave, you will understand why there is nothing you can do to make it up to me. I've never been to a worse hooters in my life. First of all the waitress would be very slow on drink refills. Then after waiting an hour for my food, try bring out my food and it was stone cold, as if they didn't even have it under a heat lamp. This made me question just how long my food had been sitting. My burger was also smashed from having another plate sitting on top of it when they brought my food. I've never been to a restaurant that would set the dirty bottom of a plate directly on my food. I had to send the whole party's food back because it was so cold. When they brought the food back it was just a tad bit warmer, indicating they just set it under a heat lamp. And the smashed my burger AGAIN. And not to mention all the girls are really distracted. They seemed more focused on the television than anything els. Went here for an early dinner on Monday. It was not a busy night and there appeared to be plenty of wait staff available. In fact, there were three of them standing around the hostess station. We were promptly seated. After only 20 minutes a waitress came by and took our drink and appetizer order. That was the fastest service we got that night. My wife ordered the shrimp tacos and I got the Western Hamburger. About 20 minutes later the shrimp tacos were delivered. I thought I was going to dine with my wife, but my burger didn't show up for another 15 minutes. On the positive side my burger was hot and tasty. The fries were probably also very good had they been served closer to the time they were cooked. The shrimp taco was short on shrimp but the raw, undressed cabbage was plentiful. In short, this was the worst service I have received in many years. The high rating I gave reflects the burger's tastiness and should not be taken as a strong endorsement of this establishment. By far the worst service I have experienced in a restaurant, ever! I was treated by co-workers to a birthday lunch, which turned out to be anything but a pleasant experience. From our VERY rude waitress Eve, to the manager, Eric who obviously didn't care about the poor service we received. Our food took almost an hour to arrive, 3 other tables that were seated AFTER us that were 4 and 5 tops got served before our party of 6. We were told it was because what we ordered, and we only ordered wings, fries and salads! When I complained and asked for a manager the only time he came out was to deliver the French fries that our waitress had forgotten and rushed off after that. My wings arrived cold so I asked Eve to take them back and remove them from my ticket. I did ask to keep the ranch dressing so I could use to eat with the french fries and she said she could not let me keep the small cup of ranch because that went with the wings and if she was going to remove them from my ticket she would have to take the ranch back. Seriously??!! Giving a customer a small cup of ranch is not worth making a customer at this point semi-satisfied!! The bottom line is we never got so much as an apology from the manager or the waitress or even an acknowledgement that our order took too long or that the food was cold. We got smart comments and ugly looks from our waitress and an uncaring attitude from the manager.
