1st time here. Cinnamon Swirl Combo. 2 circle shaped French toasts, with scrambled eggs & ham. Side of hash browns. So good! Cup of cappuccino. Server was really sweet and helpful. Came in at opening time. There was about 5 other tables when we left. Great space & I look forward to returning!

Sausage omelette with smoky grits and a biscuit

This was our first time here and we enjoyed it. One of us had breakfast and the other had lunch. For breakfast, we had a sausage omelette that came with smoky grits and a biscuit. We also ordered an A1 melt that came with french fries. The melt came with sautéed onions and bacon. Surprisingly the lunch order also came with a cup of soup. Today's soup of the day was cream of Reuben soup. There were small chunks of corn beef, and a good Reuben flavor. While everything on the lunch order was wonderful, the omelette did leave something to be desired. There was very little meat on it. The star of the breakfast order was the biscuit. It was absolutely wonderful. From the time we entered everyone was cheerful and attentive. We recommend stopping by for a meal.

We were visiting from California and stopped in for breakfast. Easily the best food we had while we were out here for the week. The service was amazing too. Super friendly and helpful. I only wish we had one of these in area. I definitely recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

A very well deserved five star review of Hope: indeed giving me "hope" for the brunch scene in midtown. I discovered this place in my favorite app.. and have had two wonderful experiences thus far. It's almost the perfect breakfast place for all the small reasons, the ice in the drinks, the perfect tasting soda, fresh squeezed oj, the jam packets! It's all nostalgic and really perfect. The staff keep it moving; it's been crowded both times and I've felt well taken care of. It's busy, it's active and its delicious. The chicken fried steak was awesome today! Even the over medium eggs were a perfect over mid. Very well done and looking forward to next time.

Great spot for delicious breakfast. Plenty of food options and every item we got was very good. Plenty of seating inside for small or even big groups. The hostess was very welcoming and they give complementary alkaline water with refills.

I wanted to really like this place because I see it all the time on tik tok and it has great reviews. The staff here is amazing and they do have good amount of parking. The food is just ok. To be honest it is very typical diner style food and lacking flavor. There are other brunch places that offer similar items with better quality items. The coffee was very acidic and not my favorite. My husband said the burger was lacking flavor, no seasoning on the meat. the pancakes were dry and were not that good. The syrup was also very running and did not really help the pancakes. Hashbrowns were over cooked, dry and no flavor They get a 5 star for service 2 star for the food

Hope's Brunch House is a cozy diner that is exactly the kind of setting you crave for a weekend brunch. What truly sets Hope's apart is its staff. Our server was extremely friendly and walked us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations. Their attentive, upbeat energy made it a great experience. For my Meat‑loving family members, they devoured their food with no complaints. I was thrilled to see a dedicated vegan plate on the menu--a clear sign that Hope's is inclusive of all dietary preferences. But a small note for the kitchen, While the vegan dish was appreciated, the tofu was plain and flavorless. A quick scramble with generous seasoning would elevate it. Plain cubed tofu is gross and not meant to be eaten as is straight from the package. Nevertheless, Hope's Brunch House delivers a perfect blend of nostalgic charm, top‑notch hospitality, and a menu that includes both carnivores and plant‑based diners alike. The few tweaks to the tofu seasoning are minor compared to the overall experience. We left happy with a plan to return soon...perhaps next time with a "scrambled‑tofu" upgrade!

Found this spot on AAdvantage dining for AA cardholders as it is a participating 5x the miles dining spot. Service was excellent and the employees were very friendly. Food was good but basic and fairly pricey IMO. I had a veggie omelette with toast (comes with 1 slice) and hash browns as my side for 15 bucks. BFF ordered the country fried steak and eggs (over easy), hash browns, and a pancake for 17 bucks plus a bloody Mary for 11 bucks. Portions were decent but not heaping as I had expected (for my plate), but BFF said his was just right. Overall, I recommend this place if you want good service and no frills with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our server was very sweet and personable.

Clean breakfast spot. Super nice staff. Good food! Decent prices. Can't complain! My mom mentioned that they happened to have the best lox eggs Benedict that she's had in a looooong time.

So, woke up and had grocery pickup order what do we want for breakfast to Yelp I go. This was a spot I saw for several months now. It sits in the old IHOP building on central. Clean and nice music playing. Customer service is good and attentive. Now to the food: Star of the show the berry crepe - berries fresh, fresh, did I say fresh. OJ - fresh squeezed and bomb flavor Definitely try the Hope's hot sauce it had me paying $10 for a bottle to go. I thought the omelette was decent. I forgot to say no cheese so it may have been better. Overall solid breakfast experience. Fluffy Grandma recommends

As a former New Yorker I know two things when it comes to dining out. First, always support the mom and pop places and second those hole in the wall undiscovered places that you taste the love are the best. This place brought back those diner memories. Free soup with your lunch? Yep and homemade with veggies from local farms. The Cajun Vegtable soup was awesome. Next, well I've heard of a tuna melt, but homemade chicken salad melt? Oh baby this was so good with incredible chicken salad, melty cheese, tomato and mayo on toast. I need to mention that they have so many tasty things on their menu I can't wait to try some more. Service and staff were friendly and even the water is iodized with electrolytes in a bottle. Prices are really acceptable but make sure you check the hours cause they close up mid afternoon everyday.

As a recommendation from my daughter I took a Waymo here. Service was outstanding, tables clean, yummy water. Food came out promptly and was good. The pancake was a bit rubbery but still edible. Good prices, great wait staff, good food. Supporting local.

We were looking for a different spot for breakfast and found Hope's. As soon as we walked in we were kindly greeted and seated, and the beautiful young ladies asked if it was our first time and of course it was she brought out Alkaline water which is very good for you! It's a wonderful service they provide for free. Always attentive our food came out and it was absolutely delicious ! The restaurant is very nice and clean Ambiance is very pleasant. Hope came up to us and chitchatted with us. It always great when you find family owned restaurants and the kindness was a 10 out 10 for me! We hardly go out to eat but this will be our new spot

The layout is a bit challenging since the menu board faces perpendicular to where you enter. When I arrived a group were craning their necks to read the options. This is not fancy. My order was called and I had the charcoal grilled fish and my friend had the classic burger . We also split the chili fries. Both came on paper fry containers and a cafeteria style tray. There was a large condiments stand with wagon wheels. It is similar to chuckbox but much larger. The food was decent and the fish cooked correctly. I apologize for no pics, we were engaged in a stimulating conversation. People put food first but in today's workd, we need to spend more time talking and listening to one another. I completely forgot to take pics of the food. Overall, it is a simple smashed style of burger patty. The ambiance is lower lighting with a western aged setting. Think traditional western style. It was my first time and while not my preferred style of burger, the food is decent. This is a place that offers customizable food, TV's and it was not too noisy. The counter person was extremely helpful in offering insights and options. Enjoy your experience and wear your boots and Cowboy hat.

It has been around for DECADES and there is no question as to why it is still there. When visiting the Chuck Box know that it is cash only (ATM on-site), and super popular. There WILL be a line. The line does move extremely fast, due to the fact that the line cooks are definitely not waiting until you get to the counter to take your order. They will call out to anyone in line (regardless of where in line you are) and take your order, yelling it out if needed. It is such a unique and fun experience. The burgers are not overpriced and are phenomenal! It is self serve toppings, after you pay for your order you can go to the topping bar and add as much to your burger as your heart desires. They additionally have other food on the menu such as veggie burger, chicken sandwhiches, chicken tenders, onion rings, fries, fried zuchinni, fried mushrooms, and more. I have had both the fried zuchinni and mushrooms and I would definitely recommend both options! Since it really popular, be aware that there is limited seating and it is crowded. It is additionally extremely warm (especially during the summer) inside the building due to the grill. If you have not already checked out the Chuck Box, I would definitelly recommend that you check it out as soon as possible!!!

To start, my burger tasted pretty good. The cheese was good. Bun was a little dry and stale. The lettuce was yellow and chopped and looked several days old and slightly rotten. Two of my tomatoes had active mold growing on them. It was too dark inside to see it but we ate in the car and saw the moldy spot then. The fries are good but way too salty. We really liked the fried mushrooms. But we made our own dipping sauce which was better than the ranch they give you: mix 2/3 mustard and 1/3 Mayo. Tangy and delicious. We get these at "The Windmill" when we go to the jersey shore and the sauce that comes with the fried mushrooms is a horseradish sauce which is amazing (hint hint, Chuck Box). I would eat here again but bring a flashlight to inspect the produce and lower my expectations. It was good, not great. It smelled kind of off in here also. The AC and vents probably need to be cleaned.
