When you first walk into the restaurant, you are greeted by Hope herself. Its not common to find the owner of the restaurant working, but this truly is a local gem. The menu is extensive, as you can see from my many pictures. We went for breakfast and our server just happened to be Hope's son . He was outgoing and friendly , asking about our trip. The complementary alkaline water was a pleasant surprise. My hercules omelette was delicious, fresh ingredients and extremely flavorful. I asked for hot sauce and was given Hopes home made sause that was superb. We also had the biscuits sandwiches and the biscuits were soft and buttery, homemade all the way. The only negative was the latte I ordered. It was lukewarm and not flavorful. They do have fresh squeezed orange juice which i will try next time. Come and enjoy a great breakfast.

Disappointed! I'm gluten free and was excited to see so many gluten free options on the menu! I ordered an omelet to split with my cousin. She ordered the Berry Dream crepe with whipped cream... it came without whipped cream and looked amazing, but she said it was so sweet. Over the top sweet, which odds surprising from her. I ordered the French toast sampler gluten free. When it came she say it down and showed me the 4 pieces of gluten free bread (there were 6 pieces and 2 of the 4 had gram cracker crumble / chunks on it. I said I used gluten free? She said the 4 are... I clarified. I ordered the platter which was six pieces and they are sick. Should've been gluten-free and furthermore, two of them were contaminated with the graham cracker, which is not gluten-free. I told her just keep it, I'm not going to eat it. Just take it off my bill... I added if they were going to offer gluten-free on their menu, they should really know how to do it properly because only two of those pieces could've been eaten if they weren't on the same plate with the other four. She did offer to bring me something else I declined. A gentleman came by later and checked in with us, and I remarked about what had transpired.... The cinnamon roll French toast they order specially from someone and it's made for them, which is great but again it's not gluten-free. I explain to him. The graham cracker crumble also makes that one not gluten-free leaving only the other two to eat if they were not on the same plate. (Honestly, I probably would've ate the other two but many people would not take that chance.) I was so frustrated and I wasn't gonna pay $19 for two slices of French toast. I hope they take notes. I know how to properly serve gluten-free. Cost me 68 bucks for half an omelette, hashbrowns, (splitting with my cousin) her crêpes and two vanilla lattes , and an amazing side order of smoky grits!

It's been a little while since I've been here because I do not live in this area, but it was good just like my other visits. This time around I ordered the Bacado omelette, grits and sourdough toast. My son a chorizo breakfast burrito. I love the alkaline water they give you, the coffee is really good as well. I really like the grits they are creamy and tasty. My son and I both enjoyed our breakfast.

Sausage omelette with smoky grits and a biscuit

This was our first time here and we enjoyed it. One of us had breakfast and the other had lunch. For breakfast, we had a sausage omelette that came with smoky grits and a biscuit. We also ordered an A1 melt that came with french fries. The melt came with sautéed onions and bacon. Surprisingly the lunch order also came with a cup of soup. Today's soup of the day was cream of Reuben soup. There were small chunks of corn beef, and a good Reuben flavor. While everything on the lunch order was wonderful, the omelette did leave something to be desired. There was very little meat on it. The star of the breakfast order was the biscuit. It was absolutely wonderful. From the time we entered everyone was cheerful and attentive. We recommend stopping by for a meal.

Friendly host upon entry. It's clean and has a nice music that add to the vibes. I came around noon and it was very light customers but the service is amazing. I got a peach Bellini and they gave FREE alkaline water also. I ordered the French toast combo all bacon crispy with smoked grits with bacon and cheese. AND EVERYTHING WAS ON POINT!!!! No Lie!! This the best place I eaten at since I've been here. I got everything I asked for! Can't beat that!! And it's so good! Flavor bomb!

A very nice place with excellent service. We came in on a Sunday morning around 9am and even though it was already starting to be loud and lively, we were seated right away. Although the coffee we ordered was fine, some of my party that added the creamer on the table noticed there were some curdled bits in their coffee. The waitstaff did immediately come and provided fresh creamer though, so service is great. I ordered the All American with eggs, bacon, and grits. I did like how we could actually get extra crispy bacon, and they even checked with us if it's crispy enough. The grits also was good enough that I didn't even have to add additional butter. Definitely worth a visit!

1st time here. Cinnamon Swirl Combo. 2 circle shaped French toasts, with scrambled eggs & ham. Side of hash browns. So good! Cup of cappuccino. Server was really sweet and helpful. Came in at opening time. There was about 5 other tables when we left. Great space & I look forward to returning!

Hands down the best pancakes I have ever had. First time in , Ayten, my server was awesome. Please ask for her she is sweet and very friendly. We may come back again on this trip. The food was nothing less than spectacular!

I wanted to really like this place because I see it all the time on tik tok and it has great reviews. The staff here is amazing and they do have good amount of parking. The food is just ok. To be honest it is very typical diner style food and lacking flavor. There are other brunch places that offer similar items with better quality items. The coffee was very acidic and not my favorite. My husband said the burger was lacking flavor, no seasoning on the meat. the pancakes were dry and were not that good. The syrup was also very running and did not really help the pancakes. Hashbrowns were over cooked, dry and no flavor They get a 5 star for service 2 star for the food

Hope's Brunch House is a cozy diner that is exactly the kind of setting you crave for a weekend brunch. What truly sets Hope's apart is its staff. Our server was extremely friendly and walked us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations. Their attentive, upbeat energy made it a great experience. For my Meat‑loving family members, they devoured their food with no complaints. I was thrilled to see a dedicated vegan plate on the menu--a clear sign that Hope's is inclusive of all dietary preferences. But a small note for the kitchen, While the vegan dish was appreciated, the tofu was plain and flavorless. A quick scramble with generous seasoning would elevate it. Plain cubed tofu is gross and not meant to be eaten as is straight from the package. Nevertheless, Hope's Brunch House delivers a perfect blend of nostalgic charm, top‑notch hospitality, and a menu that includes both carnivores and plant‑based diners alike. The few tweaks to the tofu seasoning are minor compared to the overall experience. We left happy with a plan to return soon...perhaps next time with a "scrambled‑tofu" upgrade!

Found this spot on AAdvantage dining for AA cardholders as it is a participating 5x the miles dining spot. Service was excellent and the employees were very friendly. Food was good but basic and fairly pricey IMO. I had a veggie omelette with toast (comes with 1 slice) and hash browns as my side for 15 bucks. BFF ordered the country fried steak and eggs (over easy), hash browns, and a pancake for 17 bucks plus a bloody Mary for 11 bucks. Portions were decent but not heaping as I had expected (for my plate), but BFF said his was just right. Overall, I recommend this place if you want good service and no frills with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our server was very sweet and personable.

A very well deserved five star review of Hope: indeed giving me "hope" for the brunch scene in midtown. I discovered this place in my favorite app.. and have had two wonderful experiences thus far. It's almost the perfect breakfast place for all the small reasons, the ice in the drinks, the perfect tasting soda, fresh squeezed oj, the jam packets! It's all nostalgic and really perfect. The staff keep it moving; it's been crowded both times and I've felt well taken care of. It's busy, it's active and its delicious. The chicken fried steak was awesome today! Even the over medium eggs were a perfect over mid. Very well done and looking forward to next time.

Great spot for delicious breakfast. Plenty of food options and every item we got was very good. Plenty of seating inside for small or even big groups. The hostess was very welcoming and they give complementary alkaline water with refills.
