When I flagged it again, they acted like they were doing me a favor by removing it "just this once," when I was literally just pointing out a math error. Why would I pay taxes on a charge that was removed? The servers also kept forgetting things seconds after asking us. One asked how I wanted my steak cooked, I said medium well, and moments later came back asking if I wanted it rare. My friend said she wanted steak, and the server responded with "So you wanted the cheeseburger?" It honestly felt chaotic the entire night. One downside was the seating arrangement. We were seated away from most of the other guests, and it often felt like the staff forgot we were there. Our original host/server was attentive and friendly, but once they were busy with other tasks, it became difficult to get assistance. It was also not busy for a Tuesday evening. It was quite cold that evening -- in the low 40s -- but she put on an incredible show for us. Highly entertaining with her sense of humor, ability to get our guests involved, and her impressive skills at the Teppanyaki grill. And the food tasted great!
