They were prompt, professional, friendly and meticulous. Ian made sure that it was moved without dings or scratches to any surfaces involved. Loading in was a challenge due to an unfinished patio with rebar and dirt, but he and his employee resolved the issue easily and quickly, effectively adjusting for a wobbly situation. read more

Well first of all, Ian the Mover is a nice, thoughtful man. Easy to talk to, great and fast at communicating through email, and comfortable to be with. We had a large side by side fridge, in an old house with narrow doorways, that needed to go out, and another one the same size that had to come in. Ian showed up with a refrigerator dolly, drills and whatever tools he'd need to remove the doors on both fridges, because there was no way in or out without doing so. He got the old one out and the new one in, with all doors back installed in a an hour and twenty minutes. He asked for 70 bucks and I gave him 80. Ian told us that a refrigerator needs to be transported standing up, rather than lying down in the back of a truck, but I forgot to relay that to my buddy delivering it, so Ian instructed us to let it sit for 24 hours before plugging it in. And now it's purring like a top. Now, if only I had some large items to be moved around, I'd get him back in here in a sec. Ian the Mover. Totally knows what he's doing.
