There are two kiosks that you can order from and you pick up the order from the other side. I was lucky enough to go when they were frying up the churros. I wanted to try the Dubai chocolate version because I wanted that crunch from the knafeh. The ice cream was creamy and the churro were good. Again mine was freshly made. There wasn't pistachio butter like the picture so that was missing. I think that would've made it better instead of the pistachio bits. Of course, it's a little bit on the pricey side because it is Belmont Park so please keep that in mind.

First time here and omg! So many options and customizations. The ice cream is good quality, soft, tasty and delicious. Good amount of Nutella and Oreos. The churros had a good flavor and they were fresh. The only thing I have to say the customer service wasn't the best sadly. I press the wrong button at the self check out so I was obligated to request help. The guy was like "you have to pay there" I was like yeah I know but I pressed something and now is asking me to come to the window. He looked like I annoyed him at his own job. It was disappointing. But the rest was pretty good. I totally recommend the ice cream and churros. They also have a variety of drinks. The ambiance is loud because it outside of a little mall area close to the beach but is expected. Shouldn't ruin your experience of having this amazing dessert. 10/10 recommended.

Churro's and ice cream heaven in lemony Park Belmont Park at Mission Beach. I must say they have some pretty good made to order sweet churros. You order via their self service register which is easy to follow. My son ordered churro's in a cup. They were freshly made....so delicious. They didn't disappoint!!! Cool Little spot if you're in the mood for churros.

Small ice cream/churro shop within Belmont park They have an ordering tablet, it has list of ice cream, churros, soft drinks and water. You can add customization to your dessert. It's pretty pricey for desserts. We opted for the ice churro which consists of vanilla ice cream topped with two churros, I had asked for sprinkles on the side and the cashier asked how? I said on the side because I don't want it in the ice cream. I believe she was training or something but dude in the back helped her with the order. I was really shocked when she asked me "how"? for the side of sprinkles. I couldn't believe my ears. I got my sprinkles on the side, they put it on the small plastic container without the lid and I asked for lids because I did not want it to spill everywhere. Ice cream was 8 out of 10, it was creamy and tasty, now for the churro it was dry, hard and old tasting. It was the only two churro that was left on the heated lamp and it looked pretty sad. You have to eat the ice cream really fast because it melted like crazy and the temperature today was not even that high. It was about 70 degrees. I would come here again if it's for the ice cream and maybe if the churro was cooked fresh in front of me.

Original IceChurro Bites with Vanilla Ice Cream & Caramel Drizzle

My first time here and there were so many delicious options! My boyfriend and I were craving churros and this was the perfect spot. We got the Original IceChurro Bites with Vanilla Ice Cream & Caramel Drizzle. At first, we ordered the Original and Orea churro bites, but they only brought out the original ones. Good thing (in a way) because it was incredibly hitting my sweet tooth by the end of it. The churro was hot and tasted fresh and crispy. We enjoyed it more as the bites! I'll definitely recommend this area to my friends if they ever come down to visit SD :)

I absolutely loved the variety of churros they have to offer. All of them tasted soo good and they weren't to sweet! My favorite would be the chocolate with the original churros and Oreo churros. But again they were all very good. I think the there is plenty of space to sit even if it's in an open area and not its own restaurant. The service was great and overall I think this is a must try place. 5/5

After some salsa dancing at Belmont Park, my friend and I wanted something cold and refreshing. The ice cream shop was closed, so we decided to try something from here. They ran out of what I wanted, so we ended up getting an Oreo churro, regular churros, and a couple of guava agua frescas. The drinks were really sweet and so was the regular churros. The Oreo churro was actually really good! I'm glad that they were able to give us some things to enjoy for the rest of our night.

Iced churro with caramel drizzle YUM!

Located right by the entrance of Belmont park. Desert was yummy but service could have been better. There are tables near by to sit down and enjoy this yummy desert.

My friends and I were just looking to get a coffee in Little Italy, but when we walked in and saw all the delicious treats we had to try something else as well. I ordered a latte and neglected to tell them it was for here so I was given a paper cup, but they give real cups if you ask. The latte was good, and my friend bought a kitchen sink type cookie with chocolate, coconut, and macadamia nuts. It was warm and gooey good! Another friend tried the gelato and said it was very good. There are a few tables inside and tables out in front outside. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful San Diego weather. The decor and tables definitely gives you an old school Italian neighborhood vibe with Italian markets right next door. If I am in the neighborhood again, I would definitely come back here to try the gelato and/or a piece of an excellent looking lemon pie bar I spotted.

The decor and setting is cute and quirky, including cow sculptures hanging upside down from the ceiling. There were only a couple other visitors when we arrived, as it was near opening time. Our dishes took a whopping 35 minutes to be ready, and service was not very friendly nor helpful. Luckily, the music playing through the speakers added a nice vibe to the place, songs like Our House by Madness and Can't Fight This Feeling. We ordered the brunch pizza (with eggs cooked overeasy) and the breakfast flatbread which looked almost identical when served, as well as an iced mocha. The quality of the pizza was pretty average, and the eggs were slightly overcooked. The drink was really good, made fresh, with a smooth taste and a nice sweetness to it, the plastic cup coated in chocolate sauce. It tasted more like chocolate milk with a hint of coffee, which I personally enjoyed. They typically serve gelato here, but it would not be ready till almost two hours after opening time. So no milkshakes or cold desserts were available in the morning this past Sunday (no worries, Ghirardelli is just a block away). I appreciate the variety of menu items offered here. But they really should communicate online that their gelato's not ready till two hours into the day. If there's one thing that irks me about an establishment, it's failure to communicate appropriately. Even though our recent visit was somewhat disappointing, I still gave 3 stars, assuming this was an off day for them.

We stopped by recently and got incredibly lucky--there was no line in sight, so we walked right up to order! The Cookies: Gooey, Crisp, & Perfectly Balanced My wife decided to try a trio of cookies, picking out Snickerdoodle, Peanut Butter Reese's, and classic Chocolate Chip. They completely nailed the texture. Every single cookie hit that golden sweet spot--warm and gooey in the middle with just the right amount of crisp edge. What really stood out was the balance of ingredients. Chocolate Chip: Perfectly measured so you get sweet chocolate in every bite without feeling overwhelmed by chips. Peanut Butter Reese's: An absolute dream ratio of rich peanut butter to chocolate peanut butter cups. Snickerdoodle: Perfectly spiced, striking just the right "snicker-to-doodle" balance! Of course, we couldn't leave without trying the ice cream. I ordered a combination of Cookie Monster and Campfire in a single scoop. The portion size was remarkably generous--it completely filled up the small cup and delivered a fantastic mix of flavors. My wife went with a scoop combining Espresso Oreo and Mint & Chip, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, these were easily some of the best desserts we've had in a very long time. Whether you're a local or just exploring the downtown area, Milk & Cookies is well worth a visit.

I've worked in Little Italy in the past but have never tried Caffe Italia. I got their Italian sandwich, with the default bread being focaccia. I thought it was tasty as well as their coffee, however my coffee wasn't filled up all the way. It is strong and their roast is bold! I liked it a lot, although a lunch meal can get costly so it would just be from time to time if I were to revisit. Not only that, but they also have a small selection of gelatos which look pretty authentic like Spumoni! Other desserts I saw were mousse, tiramisu, cannoli, cheesecake, carrot cake, and rugelach.
