Great local sushi place with other Japanese cuisine offerings like teriyaki, udon, and poke. The rolls are simple but so satisfying if you get a sushi craving. There really aren't a whole lot of sushi offerings on this part of town so when you get a decent place, it becomes quite popular. The staff is friendly and fast. They mostly specialize in to go orders as the dining room is simple

I used to come here all the time. This was my staple meal. I only stopped coming because it was kind of far. But even after all these years the food still tastes the same. It's ol reliable. Since it's been awhile I didn't really remember what rolls I used to get, but I ordered three different rolls and two of them were basically the same thing. I'm not sure how I missed the ingredients in it. But please read the fillings. lol. It was good. But it just tasted the same. Even the one that was different tasted the same too. I also got the beef and chicken teriyaki plate. Basic. Cheap. A lot of food. Definitely could feed 2 people. I think that's why I liked it so much back then. But it was good. The salad that comes with it was kind of sad. Super wilted. But the dressing was delicious. Overall this place is your basic teriyaki place. It's reliable. Nothing crazy. Nothing really stands out. It's just a good cheap meal.

Delicious as usual!!! Was in the old neighborhood and couldn't resist grabbing my old lunch I used to eat too often!! 12 years and still so so good !!! Owner was there and wiped down the table for me. Place was packed, but I found a spot to sit down and eat it there.

Love it I'm totally addicted now that I discovered this place! Great fish my favorite is the salmon sashimi

I absolutely love this place. I'm so happy that I found it. I'm completely addicted. My favorite is the salmon sashimi. I'm hungry, but I'm sure that all of the fish is great!

Shrimp crunchy roll with rotten avocado

I ate at this place four times prior to writing this review. I am so upset at this time! As I was preparing to eat my shrimp crunchy roll, I noticed the avocado was completely black. We called the restaurant to see if we could get a fresh one made, and the woman said "No one else complained. We will do it better next time." She sounded appalled when we said we wanted the fresh one today. I'm very surprised that this was not good today. As much as I like this place, I will not be returning.

    Great Lunch! =)

We came as a large group on a really…read morebusy day, so the wait to get seated was long... almost an hour, but honestly it wasn't a big deal. There are plenty of interesting stores around the area, so the time passed pretty quickly. Once we were seated, everything went uphill. Our server was AMAZING. Even with how busy it was, he was everywhere, serving tables, helping in the back kitchen, running back and forth, and still made sure we always had drinks and checked in on us. Huge shoutout to him because he truly went above and beyond and deserves way more credit. The food was absolutely delicious. Super flavorful, and the papaya dishes were especially good. You can tell everything was made with care. The only downside is that the restaurant felt a bit cramped since it's on the smaller side. Also, it's cash-only, but that wasn't an issue because they do accept Zelle and Venmo. Overall, great food, incredible service, and definitely a place I'd go back to for Thai food. 1/2 Had more than this to eat but didn't get all the photos.

We ordered the purple sticky rice, beef larb, papaya salad, crispy pork belly, pompano, shrimp pineapple fried rice, and pork belly with greens. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. It was very busy and we had a long wait to seat our group of 11. Service was a bit slow and they seemed understaffed, but it was understandable given how packed it was. Our server was kind, patient, and very apologetic about the wait for our food, which we really appreciated. Overall the food more than made up for the wait.

The food came neatly packaged with everything in separate containers which I really appreciated. Let me start with the wonton appetizer. WOW! The flavor of those wontons are what dreams are made of. I'll go back just to get more of those for sure. As for the noodles, I chose the beef noodle soup with the wide noodles and it was also reallllllly good! The broth was the best part actually. The beef was tender, but could have been more flavorful. The noodles were chewy and good. My husband got the Q noodle soup and honestly it wasn't much different from the regular beef noodle soup. Overall, a very decently priced meal bursting with incredible flavor. Would definitely recommend.

We were literally sweating as we were eating. The table ordered a variety of noodle soups and also a lo mein style noodle. All of it was decent-- not super rich but also not lacking flavor. I was disappointed at how rough the chunks of beef were, especially since the beef in noodle soup is supposed to be tendonous and fall apart. As for the service, all the employees were very nice. You can tell this is a family owned and operated restaurant. Unfortunately, we did have to remind our waiter for water and utensils. I would come back and take out, or dine in on a cooler day.

Chicken was flavorful & moist. Pork belly was crispy tho a tad dry. Sticky rice was nice good! Also ordered their spring rolls, noodles & mango w/sticky rice too. Spring rolls were soft & really fresh. My preference is combo shrimp pork together but they keep theirs separate, which is fine, just different style. Peanut sauce is really great! Sometimes it's too thick & peanut buttery or too thin & vinegary at other places. Theirs is perfect! Mango was a tad under ripe. Maybe not quite in season? but again, sticky rice on point. Basically besides getting your orders delivered to you at the table you get up to get everything yourselves. We've had the fried pork belly before so it was great to get the same quality. Crispy pork skin on top and juicy port meat. Good ratio of fat to meat on the pork belly. The sticky rice was huge and one order was enough for the two of us. The papaya salad was okay. We ordered Thai style and spicy but it was not spicy at all. I also would had preferred the shred to be a little thicker for the crunch. But the papaya had a nice and refreshing taste. They also have a lot of repackaged food at the counter where you order/pay. Decided do get the Tapioca dumplings (sakoot yay sai). Perfect texture of chewiness for the outside. The pork filling inside was a bit on the sweeter side but the ratio of tapioca do filling was great. Saying it as a lettuce wrap with the fried onion, cilantro, and fried chili pepper helped cut the sweetness a bit though.
