We came here after a night out in Bellevue for New Year's Eve, so we figured it would be busy, but we did not expect to wait over an hour and half for food. There were six of us, and they only had two separate booths available at the moment, but they were next to each other, so we were fine with that. We did not take very long to place our order, but our order sure did take very long to arrive. We were all pretty thirsty, so we drank all of our water while waiting, and it took a very long time for it to be refilled. One of my friends ordered a hot chocolate, and the waitress forgot that, so he had to remind her when she came back after a long while to drop off the condiments for our orders. After a very long, starving hour and a half, our food came out. Well, everybody's food, except mine. Not too long after came out my pancakes, but I like to eat sweets after my meal, which I had ordered the Apple Toffee Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast with the Four Sausage Combo. While everyone already started eating, I was still waiting for my sausage combo. I was so hungry, I even started eating my boyfriend's omelette. After what seemed like forever, my combo finally came, except that instead of being all sausage like I had ordered, it was the two sausage and two bacon combo. And it probably doesn't seem like too big of a deal, except that I am weird, because I don't really like bacon. So, I just gave the bacon to my boyfriend, and scarfed down my food. Then on to the Apple Toffee Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast, which was pretty darn good. The waitress did not come back to check on us the whole time we were eating. I had been out of water and starting drinking other people's water. Usually, I sit on a 1 Star review as long as possible for various optimistic reasons. Not today. Online order made at 2pm for pickup at 3pm. Showed up at 255pm early and this girl said its "not ready yet." Understandably I say cool, sit down and get back up at 3:05pm. She asks about the order and everyone is confused and then another guy says, "oh we just got the order." Surprised by the overall low rating because my experience here was great. Sure it was annoying to have to wait 15 minutes to be seated and another 25 minutes to get our food, but the place was popular at noon so I get it. Got the bacon temptation omelette and it was a beast! So many eggy layers intertwined with bacon and melted cheese. They went a bit ham with the bacon (lol) which wasn't really a bad thing but it was a bit too concentrated in some areas of the omelette. The tomato cubes brought a fresh addition to the overall flavor. Pancakes were soft and buttery, exactly what I was hoping for. Very happy with this meal that left me on an extra extra full belly. Our server was very nice and goofy. An amazing place for some classic American style breakfast, and if you are hungry, you definitely will STUFFED after an omelette. read more

Don't mind the other reviewers, this location is one of the better ones. The customer service is always great and they will try to accommodate you as best as possible. I've visited this IHOP on multiple occasions, late at night, July 4th, and the customer service and quality have always remained consistently high. When we visited for July 4th, it was packed. There were several families waiting outside hoping to get seated. I walked in and the waitress took my name down and said that the wait time would be roughly 30 minutes. She offered to take down my phone and to call me when my table will be ready. This saved my life as I still had last minute July 4th shopping to do. I've always subbed in egg whites and I'm glad they will do it at no extra charge. It's so much easier to eat here on a diet than most breakfast establishments. read more

I occasionally eat at this iHop location for weekday breakfast. I stopped for breakfast on 5/27/24 and there was a sign on the entrance door stating they were closed for renovations. I then checked their website and no notice of closure was posted. I stopped by again on 5/30/24 and the closed for renovations sign was still on the entrance door. I searched the web and found out that the King County Public Health Department shut them down for the second time this year due to lab verified Salmonella outbreaks on 5/24/24. The phone line and the air conditioning were both down when I went in...someone might want to fix those. The phone just rings once and then an automated voice says "goodbye" and hangs up on you. Bizarre. Come for the pancakes! And get a few sides if you wish :) they never mess up eggs or bacon. Hash browns can be too oily sometimes. Service will most certainly always be average to slow. I think there have been 2 different occasions that I've been to a IHOP years ago, so was looking forward to the experience. I had been thinking about how good it would be to get a omlette. I did a Denver basically with fries instead of hash browns. The place wasn't too busy maybe a couple of tables. I was seated quickly and dani who was my server greeted me in no time. The omlette was good sized, but I have to admit, wasn't the wow I was looking for. It was somewhat cold/warm, which was the temperature in the building. But it was good. Coming here on a Sunday for lunch was something. It gets super crowded. We waited for a table about 15-20 minutes. Which wasn't that bad. We were told that was going to happen.
