Ordered over the phone for take out. As I was placing my order, I could tell the girl on the other end just wanted to get off the phone. I was asking questions (like can hash be subbed for pancakes on that one? etc etc) and I could tell she was in no mood to offer any more service than she had to... :-/ Just got back to work after picking up the take-out. Front desk girl (seater/to-go person) had 0 personality. Barely even cracked a smile. Poor girl, hopefully whatever was bothering her gets resolved quickly. Food is good, but service is always good because we come here at odd hours of the night. Sometimes we'll show up at 10:00 PM, sometimes 1 AM sometimes 3 AM or 5 AM and the ladies there are always nice and greet us with a smile. We even got good service on New Year's Eve at 3 AM when everyone came over after they were done partying or clubbing. We had 3 boys with us and got a table about 30 minutes after we arrived because it was raining and crowded. I was really surprised to see the place so packed at that hour of the night. Every time I try to go to this location, it's always such a long wait and when they do seat me, I wait almost half an hour just to order some drinks and then another 45 mins to receive my meal. The waitress at the front was completely rude. I walked up and she wasn't there, and I asked another waitress the wait time and she just pointed at the waitress walking up. That waitress just rudely said "name" while staring at the seating, and I asked her the wait time and she said 30 mins. I found hair on my plate and when I talked to the server about it she told me that another table complained about having hair on their plate as well. 5 minutes later, the table behind us complained about having hair on their plate. Ordered online for pickup. Said it would be ready at 957. I arrived let them know by text that I was here. Text came back-"we see you and will be right out" 10 min later still not out. I called the number in the sign fir pickup. They said they would get it right out. 10 min more still not out. I go inside to find it sitting on counter. What's the point of curbside pickup if you have to go inside and get it yourself? It doesn't end here. They got the order wrong. Found out after I delivered it. They put the wrong order with the wrong pancakes. Both orders had different eggs but both orders had hard fried eggs. One was to be hard the other medium. Both had crispy hash browns but by the time they sat on the counter steaming in their own heat for 20 minutes or more they were no longer crispy but soggy. Bacon was soggy and the 4 Pcs if ham was one piece. Totally disappointed in this service. Wont order EVER again. Cost too much money for what I got. Car parked 20 feet from their entrance, window got smashed and valuables stolen in broad daylight with plenty of people in and out of the parking lot and plenty of cars driving by in the morning. VERY BOLD! Manager of Ihop did not seem to care, did not allow me to look at the camera footage with him. Talked with the third party parking lot security (who were nice but were basically high school kids that did not give much help) they say this happens frequently at this Ihop. Especially guests coming from the Marriot down the street that does not serve breakfast, go figure. read more

Horrible practices ! I came here before and ordered a coffee. I received a mug with fresh lipstick around the rim and a filthy coffee pot. Today was an awesome breakfast experience. I actually was watching staff, their interactions with each other and with other customers. They were ON POINT today!!. From smiles, to not appearing rushed (yet they were slammed). I was told a 5 min wait for seating; seated in 3 mins. Order taken within 60 seconds; food served in about 5 mins. Erik (waiter) was efficient and friendly. They were mega busy, but when he brought me bill, he said "take your time. There's no rush". Afterwards, I went to tell the manager what a wonderful experience I had. We both looked at a line of busy cooks, some of which were looking at us in curiosity. I gave them a big smile and thumbs up. You would have thought I just presented them with a huge gift, as they all got grins from ear to ear. It's ihop what more can you expect. And if it's the only thing open at 5am...well it's not much of a choice especially where I was located. As healthy as McDonald's, I try to pick an entree that won't bring me a day closer to death. I had the spinach and mushroom omelet and it was decent. I didn't feel for the cheese though. The bernaise sauce helped add some flavor to the omelet. It did come with a side of fruit and to my dismay, this is the first ihop that served pineapple with their fruit! Late review, but came here with family for a late lunch/ early dinner during St. Patrick's Day. Since this is the closest IHOP to home, we usually come to this location when craving pancakes or brunch. The service here is ridiculously slow...peak hour or not. The place wasnt even half full, yet we had to call on the server countless times to get our table settings. Initially we werent given any despite placing our orders (+ even after the food was served) and other times he miscounted and we had to ask for the right amount of sets (twice). The food is rather mediocre and often looks better than it tastes. After seeing the commercial for the double-dipped french toast countless times, I really wanted to try it out. We ordered both the Blackberry and the Peanut butter flavors...the blackberry was better than the peanut butter in the sense that the peanut butter version could be easily made at home. read more

I have been here a few times and never loved it. This last time I was there w my daughter did it for me that I will never go back. We went on a Sunday morning and we waited 15 for mins. I guess it's not too bad and what the 1 star for. Then it was a good 10 mins b4 our server cared to acknowledge our existence. I was sooo sure it's that long cos we decided what to order then took turns to the restroom, and I came back to my seat and finally raised my hand to get some attention. It was another 15 mins for our food to come out. Everything was lukewarm, if not worst. My daughter's Mac and cheese looked like someone had a spoonful of it in the kitchen. My vege scramble egg looked just about the same. When the waiter gave us the bill, he was quick about it for a change!! He asked if there's anything else we want, put down the bill then just walked away. No "have a nice day" or "thank you for coming to IHOP. See u next time". We came in at 1156 pm.. i know that was the time because i was texting my friend as i was entering.
