We came here with a party of 10 people and we waited for nearly an hour just for our food to be served.

I hadn't been here for several years but decided to stop by on Sunday. The wait wasn't too long because there were only two of us. The servers were fast and friendly. I ordered a "Senior" breakfast for the first time (not sure how I feel about that) which consisted of two eggs, two links, hash brown and toast...or burnt toast (see picture). The service here is terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!!! Our server doesn't have a name tag, so I don't know his name. He's a tall African-American man with glasses and at least one earring on. There are 7 in our group, and he only left 4 waters. He also didn't give us enough coffee. Twice, we had to flag him down asking to take our order. Also, if he sees that we have additional requests, he asked "what's your question?" I wouldn't expect to be asked that from someone performing "customer service." It wasn't even busy. The dining experience here is really quite bad because there is one employee who is really loud and always yelling and shucking and jiving in the back. Went here on a Saturday night around 1 am with a friend and we experienced the rudest service ever. First of all, there was no host in sight so we sat at the waiting area in front for about ten minutes. Eventually, a guy peeked at us from behind the counter and said "how many ladies? Go ahead sit wherever you want". He said it like he was annoyed as if we were supposed to know to just walk in and seat ourselves. He came and put two menus on our table then went back behind the counter. That's when me and my friend saw him eating with his hands. He was shoving Doritos in his mouth while serving himself a drink. That's very unsanitary and unprofessional and we didn't feel comfortable eating there after we saw that so we decided to leave. Joselyn had a miscommunication problem. As a server, she is good, but when I asked her about the I hop password for the WiFi, she had a problem repeating it to me and raised her voice in frustration. I knew why, as an immigrant myself , my accent can be a little bit hard to understand. So when I asked her to say it again, she yelled" I told you the first time it was *"**""*" and ...you put at on....wait!" She pulled out a pen and hurriedly wrote the password on the back of her pad. Then my wife and I finally got what she was saying and logged in. Secondly, as we tried to get her attention for some water, she kept on looking down to avoid eye contact to a point where I had to literally walk to the counter to ask her for something. I go to ihop frequently for breakfast. I have always liked it they have very good customer service and the food is delicious! However, today that i went was the best expierence ive had so far. Our server was Keenan E , as we arrived he greeted us friendly and led us to a clean table, we didnt have to wait a ling period of time to be seated. Have been here before, but I got a crepe this time and I was quite disappointed. I didn't know what to expect from iHop. But the crepe was definitely not made on a crepe pan. I don't usually go out of my way to review fast food places but we just tried to visit this location and just to try to get seated was a fiasco. No one was taking down names so when we walked up and said table for two, we were just questioned are you next? We said no, we just want to be put down for 2, and we were just brushed off while the server was shouting who's next into a confused crowd. We asked once again after a few people were seated if we can put down a table for two and he just shouted are you next? You're not next. So, IHOP isn't known for their culinary creations, or farm-to-table sourcing, but when you have a hungry and cranky preschooler and it's six in the morning, where else should you go? The five stars are partly for the clean and bright environment, and the reliably tasty pancakes, but mostly they are for Jonathan, our server, who was cheerful and polite, and whose prompt service drastically improved our morning. I doubt I will make a habit of early-morning restaurant ventures, but if I find myself a out and about at an early hour, I will certainly be back! read more
