This was my very first time trying out this restaurant. What is wrong with me? I've lived here for almost 25 years and I only always check out the furniture, not the food. I regret it! But now that I've tried it out, I'm very much aware of what I missed out on. The food is priced almost like it was in the early 2000s. Swedish meatballs for $3.99? My husband and I got the lox salad (forgot the cost) but it all came to a little over $20. Not bad! We left full. The whole place is so clean and inviting. Although you get food cafeteria style, it came across as a premium restaurant. The large windows gave us a great view of Covina and the tables and chairs were so aesthetically pleasing. We will definitely come back here to try the other offerings. The food here is wonderfully affordable and yummy!

I get it now, the whole IKEA meatball crazy. It certainly wasn't the best meatball i ever had but it was a nice treat after spending quite of bit of time and money in the store. We had their little version of the famous bowl (KFC). It was surprisingly a good. The sweet, salty, and slightly creamy mix was unique.

$1.99 pasta with marinara sauce and four meatballs is a fantastic deal. The pasta texture is so so and tastes bland. But mix the pasta in with the marinara sauce and meatball, it's truly just okay. Service is fast and cafeteria ambiance is not for everyone, however, I find it to be a nice place to chill. Oh, their $2 fountain drink sparkling cola is sugar free and lacks carbonation IMO.

My family and I like to eat here for years for lunch or dinner after shopping. If you are member of IKEA family, you can get 50% any adult entree. This offer is valid only Monday to Friday. Ordered: Garlic Bread Soda Swedish Meatball plate, added extra meatballs for $4 more Potatoes Cheese Cod Plate Delish always! Friendly service. Great Service. Ambiance is nice and always clean. Decent experience. I'd say for what it's worth, you're getting a fairly good meal. The only downside is that the style of service is reminiscent of a hospital cafeteria, and the seating, although aesthetically nice, resembles a school yard. Otherwise, the overall visits I have made from time to time have been good. The meatballs and salmon are my favorite items here.

I've never had a bad experience at the IKEA restaurant and this time was no different. I'm writing a review because they have a deal for 50% off hot entrees for IKEA family members! I'm not sure if this is something they always have or if it's temporary (I only go to IKEA a handful of times a year). I got the classic 8-meatball plate and a cup of mushroom bisque. After the discount, I paid less than $10. A steal on top of an already good price for a meal!

3.5 stars I came on a weekday afternoon. The area was not too crowded, but wasn't super empty either. I got 8 plant-based meatballs. My expectations weren't too high so I was pleasantly surprised by the texture. Not too mushy and the flavor itself was fine but obviously better when dipped in the gravy and jam. This was paired with a scoop of mashed potatoes and green peas. I also tried a bite of the smoked salmon salad. I did not like the smoked salmon - and this is coming from someone who enjoys sushi. The texture was way too slimy for me and it was incredibly fishy-tasting. Maybe the squeeze of lemon would've saved it but I did not want to try it again after that first initial piece. The rest of the salad was fine: greens with honey dill dressing and a scoop of potato salad. Cafeteria style so self-service clean up: drop your tray and plates off at the return station. Overall it was fine. I wouldn't come out of my way to eat here but it's a once-in-awhile fun experience when shopping for furniture.

We were curious about having meatballs here for dinner. I mean it's a Swedish specialty. It was a weeknight when we stopped in to check out the holiday merchandise and decided to have meatballs. The restaurant wasn't too busy so there was no wait to order your meal. Cafeteria style setting and service. You pick your plate from dessert to sides and entree. The staff is quick and attentive. The meatballs remind me of elementary school meatballs - it was bringing back memories! Mashed potatoes and the lingonberry sauce completes it! No on should expect Italian meatballs that's just not what this is. I enjoyed it. Completed my meal with a strawberry shortcake. Moist and not overly sweet, cream layer and puree of strawberry. Not bad. I would pop in for this when shopping. And when craving those Swedish meatballs (also can have this with plant based balls too!) Grab a snack or a meal when you're here shopping.

Came back to look around IKEA and ended the trip with a nice frozen yogurt cone. I would've chosen it in a cup but they didn't have that option on the kiosk. The yogurt was still yummy especially with the cone. There was hardly a wait time and plenty of seating.

After a walking around the entire iKea store, I built up an appetite. It was a great time to stop by their restaurant for their iconic Swedish meatball. I got the 12 pc meatball, which came with mash potatoes, peas, and a jelly sauce. The mash potatoes and peas were okay. The meatballs were definitely the highlight of the dish. The jam was interesting, as it wasn't too sweet. It wasn't a particular favorite to me, but could see the appeal. I went on a weekday at around 2:00 pm. There was a lot of seating inside and many were still available at the time. There was a line, so be prepared to wait to order and pay. American Express is accepted.

The real highlight here is the 50% off Hot Entree deal, which runs Monday through Friday if you use your IKEA membership card. Salmon was good along with the fries Penne pasta was too watery and bland Mac n Cheese reminds me of cafeteria food or microwaveable and was alright. Chicken tenders tasted like Fish tenders. Overall I would come back for the salmon. Still a great deal! Went downstairs for ice cream. Didn't like my strawberry and vanilla ice cream. The strawberry tasted like raspberry. I would only do vanilla next time.

I am pleasantly surprised that IKEA did changed the ingredients and manage the restaurant better over 3 months ago. The restaurant is clean, and with plenty of coffee, creamers, sugar. The check out lady is friendly. Overall, the biggest difference is prices did go up, but the quality of food and taste gone up substantially! The dessert cakes are still very well made!

Always a perfect choice for simple and basic cheap eats. Food might be plain but you can always jazz it up yourself. Add a bit of half and half to the sauce. Add some cheese, etc. My meal was filling and and dirt cheap! I got the penne pasta, with a side of meatballs, and a side of garlic toast.

Yummy meatballs and chicken tenders. The cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes were a hit as well. Low prices and plenty of choices make it great place for a quick bite while shopping. Fountain drinks are only $1 with free refills. read more

Two words. SWEDISH MEATBALLS!!!!! I seriously come here just for the Swedish meatballs entree which is about $5. Everything here is extremely cheap & pretty tasty for what you're paying for. The meatballs entree comes with 8-9 meatballs, gravy, mashed potatoes, and steamed vegetables. The chocolate cake slice for $2.99 is a pretty good deal too; it is rich & decadent. I've been wanting to try their other dishes as well but each time I come here I just can't resist getting the Swedish meatballs because it's just that good. The only con is the long lines that you have to wait in to get the food & pay for it. The lines are usually about half an hour wait to get to the food I would say? Also the trays never seem to really be that clean either. But I mean, the food and the prices are really good so no complaints from me there. Definitely would be back. read more

So sad they dont have the early weekend breakfasts anymore but their pancake, cranberry sauce & sausage was weirdly addicting. The end food court has good snackss, i like their pizza and slushie. Their vanilla ice cream is always a hit(: go early because 2 hours before closing, everything is marked "sold out" read more

I feel so embarrassed being Asian and seeing other Asian people do this. You speak English with American born children and go acting like you don't know shit when getting a water cup for coke. My god. And that the IKEA employees don't enforce the behaviors when they see it. Why does everyone else have to pay for drinks then if there is no punishment? read more

Customers beware! Check your hot dogs for mold before eating. My family and I ate 3 hot dogs before we noticed the mold. We went to the supervisor to complain about the contaminated food they served us. The supervisor was apologetic but then proceeded to explain to me that eating mold wasn't harmful. He wasn't sensitive of the fact that my 2 year old son ate the mold. I pointed this out to him. He apologized again, issued a $4 refund, and gave me a $25 food voucher. In addition, he took down my info and said he was going to contact me. Well it's the end of the day and no phone call from IKEA. read more

Candy, candy, candy! IKEA has self-serve candy bins. What? I couldn't stop myself and chose an assortment of candies. I've never met a piece of candy that I didn't like. Until now. Salted licorice octopus. Never heard of salted licorice before. Popped one in my mouth and gagged immediately. Spit it out, but couldn't stop gagging. It's a good thing I had an empty stomach. So I came home and googled this and this is what Wikipedia says: "Salty liquorice, also known as salmiak or salmiakki (in Finland), is a variety of liquorice flavoured with ammonium chloride, common in the Nordic countries, the Netherlands, and northern Germany. Ammonium chloride gives salty liquorice an astringent, salty taste (hence the name), which has been described as "tongue-numbing" and "almost-stinging". Salty liquorice is an acquired taste and people not familiar with ammonium chloride might find the taste physically overwhelming and unlikeable." Um yeah. Thanks IKEA. They should really post a warning or this description on the bin. I don't mean to offend anyone who loves this "candy", but yikes, a little warning would have been nice. :( read more

Food is subpar. Nice desserts but quality isn't there. It's really close to just being cafeteria food. The swedish meatballs are really from Sweden. I like the kids chicken tenders but it's all like prepackaged frozens stuff that you can buy there and cook at home. Prices are actually pretty high if you compare it a fast food place. Seating is aplenty and you get a free hot tea or coffee with am Ikea membership. Other than that, food is just ok. Just stick to buying furniture over food. read more

Those dried up meatballs are horsemeat??? No wonder why they were small n ugly.. And they kept trying to push them off on me. The news channels said they didn't hit the U.S. Maybe they're not horsemeat... But, I swear, these ugly meatballs were sad looking. Then I get a piece of chicken That looked like it might be good. It was the best of the worst I peeled the skin back and the meat disappeared. Fat little legs...but brown chicken. Isn't that from a turkey leg? So was that a chicken leg I ate Or was That a turkey leg I ate??? Has anyone heard of dark chicken legs before? The mashed potatoes were two inches by two inches Hope you can spare this! With a very small scoop of gravy. It was tasteless and the gravy looked like oilish. I did get a side of dried up fries Nothing spectacular about them. They tasted like them dried up fries in a bag. Except worse. The diet coke was flat, As a matter of fact, all the sodas were flat The ice doesn't stop after you pull your glass away. Can't think of anywhere to take your cheap date too? Come on down to where the price is right! You can take a stroll around the showroom and pretene to be an old married couple and then head on over to the restaurant for dinner before you guys leave:. All kidding aside, Nothing beats good food at an unbeatable price! The place is always clean and there's always plenty of tables to use if you're dining in. Its "Cafeteria style" so don't come dressed in a ball gown expecting table service lol (or do if you wanna lol). For the rest of you just grab a tray cart, get in line, and start picking what you want. The menu is simple so choices are easier to make. (Get the meatballs if it's your first time! Desserts are also available as well as soup and salad. They accept card and cash and if you show them your Ikea membership card, you get a free cup of coffee with purchase. Highly recommend this place for college students on a tight budget but want wholesome food. Didn't say it was healthy but definitely better than the usual frozen dinner plate or box of stale pizza. For a little over $10 you can enjoy dinner a drink and a dessert! Bonus Tip: skip the cakes and pies and get yourself a non-fat frozen yogurt in a cone ! read more

IKEA! I LOVEEE YOUUU SOOO MUCHHHY. :) I love the meatballs with mashed potato and cornbread! :) Super good with their fruity sauce. It won't disappoint you!! Unless you are weird..lol :p I have also tried their chicken fingers and other food but I can't remember...because the meatball is too good! However, I heard their meatballs are made of horse meat somewhere else besides the U.S.... :O Anywho..the place is for sure really clean and it does remind me of a cafetaria. $9 breakfast that'll feed my hubby, my kiddo and myself? Shit, I ain't mad at that. Yeah I know, it's your typical cafeteria-style food but after a long morning of shopping, browsing showrooms and chasing my tot around, it hit the spot. We got eggs, potatoes, sausage, mac and cheese, veggies, swedish meatballs (tasty little thangs!), lingonberry sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy, all for under $9. CHEAP! The gal who rang me up was really sweet and friendly. I had forgotten to pick up a tray and I was juggling three plates and a diaper bag like an idiot. She was kind of enough to run and grab me a tray and help me out. Thank you kind lady! Great dining area that's clean, plenty of seating, free wifi and a nice view of smoggy Covina. Whoever thought of building a cafe inside of IKEA is a damn genius. read more

But definitely does not taste like mama's home cooking tho. - swedish house meatballs - sauce is pretty good speaking from a donkey's point of view. Meatball isn't any special. Good thing they gave me more meatballs because I'm one skinny motherfker. - chicken breast/thigh/wing with "herbs" - Costco chicken is way better than this. Get the wings or drumsticks if you are going to order this. The breast is literally a piece of trash covered with chicken oil. Hard to eat when I have chicken shit in my mouth. - chocolate cancer dessert - Don't get it. This thing cleansed my mouth with its profound sweetness. Never have I tasted anything so sweet in my life. My doctor told me I won't make it if I eat another one again. If you have a sweet tooth however, eat it at your own risk. I give you my blessings. - chicken tender - Something that can actually be given to kids. I ordered one for my son and he was quite satisfied. You make my son happy, I make your store blossom. Fries wasn't too garbage, nothing special. - garlic breads that cost 99 cents - Not including tax that is! Go America! Tax collector number 1. Get this because it's pretty worth unlike the others. This will actually fill your stomach rather than destroying it with some sweet chocolate cancer. Oh yeah, you clean up after yourself because you are a grown ass person. The meatballs were decent, I'll give it that. Smoked salmon was okay. But the 2 cooked fish dishes were unacceptably bad. The baked salmon was hard as a brick while the herb crusted saithe was so dry I had to eat around the unchewable edges. Luckily, our meal was free because my friend bought a furniture. They had this promotion where if you spend a $100 or more, you get your meal credited back when you check out. So our $20+ meal cost us nothing! The promo is now over, btw. read more

It was pretty genius idea to put a restuarant in Ikea . Props to the person whoever on their marketing team that thought that up. After burning all those calories rummaging along on their "track", it's easy to build a quite an appetite. Thing is, it's mostly quantity over quality so don't come in expecting anything mindblowing. For $6.99, the herb roasted chicken is pretty slick with 5 meatballs, mashed potatoes, steamed veg, and a dinner roll. The chicken was surprisingly well seasoned and super moist, with a choice between thigh n leg or breast n wing. I also got an order of the chicken tenders with fries at $5.99 for four strips and a whole mess of fries to share with my party. well, it was pretty much for me since I had just gotten through a heavy leg day earlier that morning. :) The tenders aren't mindblowing as they were obviously frozen but still, protein is protein! 50 cent hot dogs and $1 ice cream is a great treat as you checkout at the end of your visit! read more

I still love how breakfast costs $1 and ice cream is $1. I like how they have EV parking and charging in the front too! Feel like a VIP here! I enjoy walking around and wishing I had everything here haha, I'll have to come back sometime with my kids so I can try out the toddler area too, looks pretty cool and the kids can socialize and have play time while the adults go shopping! read more

What's with all the good reviews of this place? I had a quarter chicken and mashed potatoes for $3.99 and the portions were small. Fries were $1.99 and just tasteless. My GF got the pasta with meatballs and the size of those meatballs don't look anything like the picture. LOL. I'm beyond confused as to why they have such long lines for mediocre overpriced food. I think Costco food is better than this. read more

Ikea's Swedish meatballs will do the trick if you're just looking for a quick snack when shopping at IKEA. The lunch combo really taste more like a TV dinner. It's not bad but it's not great either. They do sell the meatballs frozen so you can take it home and add more stuff to it like pasta and some veggies, or just eat it over a bowl of steamed white rice! Kids love these meatballs. There are other items to choose from: salmon, breaded fish, salads, cheesecakes, fountain sodas. This is NOT a date place for sure! read more

The food here is fantastic! Good, affordable, and quick. It is cafeteria style, so just grab a tray and order hot entree. The cold dishes such as salad, dessert, wraps are self-serve. I highly recommend the Swedish meatballs and BBQ ribs. Their french fries are good too. I had a cup of their vegetable soup today and it was hearty. All this for only $20. read more

Got the salmon and the meatballs... The broccoli was more overcooked than the queen of England. After 1 hour my butt sprayed like a leaking fire hydrant... I didn't know I was able to do that. Nice furniture though. read more

Breakfast for 99 cents? Score! My girlfriend's family introduced me to the wonders of the IKEA Restaurant earlier this week. Though that breakfast is small - two sausage links, scrambled eggs, and diced potatoes, with the option to have Swedish style pancakes for a dollar extra - it's a semi decent start to the morning (even if you get a bit hungry a little later - which is probably why I saw people ordering multiple ones). Addtionally, the Swedish meatballs are also an option; maybe I should've ordered that also. The dining area is pretty clean - and while you have to bus your own trays, it's not too much of a hassle. While IKEA's take on the Monte Cristo needs work - if it's not battered and deep fried, it's not a real Monte Cristo! - those desserts and other offerings look appetizing. Looks like I now have a reason to head to IKEA in my home base of San Diego! read more

More like 3.5 stars! The Swedish meatballs and mashed potatoes deal was definitely worth it for only $4.99! It reminds me of beef stroganoff! Although the meatballs were on point like everyone says it is, the pre made summer salad and side order of grilled chicken came up short. The chicken was a little dry and the dressing of ranch that came with the salad didn't really taste like real ranch. I don't know, maybe it was just the brand of the ranch, but I wouldn't recommend getting the grilled chicken. If you're looking for a quick satisfying bite, the meatballs would be the best go! read more

I aways enjoy getting food at Ikea. Their meatballs can never go wrong and the breakfast choices are pretty good too! The lingonberry drink and desserts are also a must. Even though the line gets quite long sometimes, it's well worth the price and quality. What a surprise we got when we went to IKEA. We tried out their restaurant. My granddaughter has been raving about the Swedish meatballs for months. She and her pals love going there to eat. Folks, prepare to be amazed. The cafe looks like a cafeteria but the prices are amazingly low. IKEA rewards its clientele with a great restaurant. The Swedish meatballs come with mash potatoes, corn with green beans. You get around eight meatballs but for a dollar more they'll add four more meatballs. BTW, base cost is $4.99. All drinks are a dollar including coffee, tea, Diet Coke, regular coke and Nortic Fruit water in different tastes like pear, lemon and lingonberry. The bistro downstairs sells hot dogs for .75 and a delicious ice cream cone for a buck. You just can't beat these prices. I ignored this area for years. It took my granddaughter, Jaelyn's opinion to try it out. I'm glad I did and I will go back for more. read more

Their food is cheap and delicious. One of my favorite items to get is of course the Swedish meatballs meal. It's so good! But if I just want a snack, I'll get some fries and some honey mustard. Something in that mustard is very addicting! Love it. It has the right balance of sweetness and zing. The fries always come out nice and hot. Their lingonberry drink is also pretty good. I would say that it's similar to cranberry juice, except not as intense. Their cafeteria is very family friendly. They have microwaves to warm up milk for the babies. Love the service as well. Ah yes, prices are reasonable and it definitely feels like the college dorm room cafeteria to me. Meatball dish is classic with cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes. The first 5 meatballs tasted great, then I got sick of them. I got the meatball combo which came with a side and drink for $5.99. I chose chicken noodle soup as a side. It tasted alright. It wasn't as salty as I thought it would be but it did not taste like soup good. When I was scooping there was none left in the bin so I called a worker to pour more. All he did was pour some soup from a plastic bag and heat it up. Yay............. I got the berry drink thing (ikea's speciality?). It tasted like sugar.. bleh so I mixed it with some water and it ended up tasting alright. 3 hours later, I was so thirsty though. The BF got the chicken tenders and fries. They were nothing spectacular. You can't go wrong with it. We were going to go for the wrap, but it looked really unappetizing sitting in the window... looking lonely and sad. HOWEVER, it appears they have 99 cent breakfast, which is between 9:30-11am. I'll have to wake up early on the weekend to try that. Update will come. I love the view that they have at this IKEA restaurant! However, the food isn't as good as the other IKEA I've been to. Which is weird, because I'm sure everything is just...frozen right? I mean the service was good, but the food was lacking. But hey, you pay for what you get. Like every IKEA restaurant, the food is cheap, and there are specific days where you can eat for free if you spend over $100. I have to say though, the chairs look pretty dirty and old. You would think that a furniture store would be able to change out their chairs for a low cost. read more

The food is decent for the price if you're looking for cafeteria style options. I've been getting the Swedish meatball entree for years and while the meatballs and mashed potatoes have retained their consistency, the vegetable here is over-steamed and tasteless. Therefore, minus one star for food quality. The other star taken off was for the cashier (looks like she may have been a manager too). It was the first time I had forgotten my IKEA card and wanted to ask out of curiosity if they take phone numbers instead. She replied in a very snark tone "Not unless you memorized your whole IKEA card number." Typically I can find some humor in this response but combined with her tone and attitude, this is definitely on the poorer end of customer service. On another note, this particular location is not the cleanest either. Lots of residue on trays and tables left uncleaned. Everyone else was very pleasant and shopping is always a bonus here for their design and price. read more

Came to IKEA to grab a floor lamp & lunch. Can't go wrong with Swedish meatballs & got tenders with fries for my kids. Haven't been to IKEA for awhile & saw a new item on the menu (short rib) & my sis decided to get it. The short rib was pretty soft but is it worth it for it's price? Meh... +/-... Members also gets a free cup of coffee or hot tea. It got packed quick, come to find out for the next three days starting today, you get your meal for free if you spend over $100. I like going to Ikea and I like the cheap food they serve. However, the Ikea restuarant are here is pretty dirty compared to others. The workers don't clean it very well. I like the Costa Mesa location better, but this is the closet one to me. Some of the food does sit out for a while, so by the the you order it, it may not be at it's optimal freshness. I tend to go for the pasta and chicken strips. However, on my most recent trip, the worker Lizette working at the food counter was quite something else!! She let people wait in super long lines and was ridiculously stingy with the food!! While waiting for what seemed forever in a line about 10 deep, I looked around the place. On the wall, I saw that their policy was if there was 4 or more in a line, to ask for more help at the counter. She did no such thing. By the time I ordered my food, some pasta and chicken strips, she just upset me even more!! I can understand counting the number of chicken strips on a plate as there is only supposed to be a certain amount. The chicken strips comes with fries. After scooping some fries on my plate, she took off TWO french fries!!! No wonder the line too FOREVER!!! I just looked at her like really, did you just really take TWO french fries off my plate?!? I did not realize a famine was going on and rationing food was in effect. Potatoes are literally one of the CHEAPEST foods you can purchase. They should teach employees not to do pathetic things like that. It makes your business look terrible to the costumer. I understand wanting to stay within budget, but it's not like I received a plate of extra french fries!!! This cheap ass girl took off TWO french fries off my plate. I wish I had it on video to show how ridiculous that behavior was. The french fries were not even fresh off the fryer and were already soft. So not only did she make ALL the costumers wait in a long line without asking for help or moving quicker, she was literally counting each french fry and felt it was necessary to take off 2 pathetic french fries off my plate. Next time that happens, I'm going to ask if a famine is in effect. It's basically cheap cafeteria food that people like to eat at while they are shopping as a quick break. At least with my Ikea family card, I get free coffee, which from now on I will take full advantage of because to the 2 french fries that I was deprived of. I will still eat her despite what happened because I like to snack while at Ikea because trips here always take a long time because I like to look at everything no matter how many times I have been here. read more

The ambience was good too. It's everything I like about diners and coffee shops. It's a good mix of booths and tables. I don't know if they had counters, but they did have a lot of outdoor seating as well. And everything looks lived in and historic. It feels like this has been the place to be for a long time now. And that always makes me feel super comfortable sitting down in a food joint. If they could fix their eggs, I'd say this could be a regular stomping ground when the breakfast cravings hit. I will start by saying that I am very particular about Italian food. First, the location is perfect, slightly tucked away with ample parking, a cute and inviting atmosphere, and staff who are genuinely kind and welcoming. When giving recommendations, they speak from a place of knowledge and passion for the food, which is always appreciated. We started with the focaccia and house-made butter. Oh my goodness an absolute must. The focaccia was airy and delicious, and the butter was out of this world. I could honestly eat that by itself. I also loved the pickled sweet peppers that accompanied it. The broccolini was cooked to perfection, served in a generous portion, and was somehow a vegetable that even my six-year-old happily ate. Speaking of my six-year-old, he ordered the kids' red spaghetti, which was honestly one of the best children's spaghetti dishes I have ever tasted. It was flavorful, clearly made with quality ingredients, and far exceeded expectations for a kids' meal. My husband and I shared the torchietti with pork ragù. The pasta was perfectly cooked, with a delicious, well-balanced flavor and generous pieces of pork throughout. The house-made ricotta added a rich creaminess that complemented the dish beautifully. We also had the rigatoni pesto with pistachios and burrata. The crunch from the pistachios paired wonderfully with the creaminess of the burrata, while the basil pesto tied everything together. Another delicious dish. My husband ordered a peach cocktail, which he described as perfectly balanced. To finish the evening, we shared a scoop of their house-made vanilla ice cream and a large slice of chocolate cake. The ice cream was velvety, not overly sweet, and paired perfectly with the cake. The dark chocolate provided great balance without being too rich, and although the cake appeared dense at first glance, it still had a surprising lightness to it. Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough. It is a true neighborhood gem, and I am excited to have it so close to home.

And don't even get me started on the desserts they have cakes that'll make you feel like you're at a birthday party in heaven. But let's talk meatballs! oh, these meatballs. You can pick a side mashed potatoes or French fries and let me tell you, the gravy is out of this world. And the cranberry sauce? It's like a flavor plot twist. It's the star of the show.
