Pros: Great price for decent quality appliance. Cons: The people who are running this shop are not honest. Here's my experience today: I've stopped by to check out the products. They all have some dents and scratches which is reasonable for the price. I left my information for a range I liked but need my husband (was out of town) to come take a look before making the purchase. I asked if I can make a hold on it. They say yes, and told me if someone else wanted to buy it, they will call me first. I was like great! The next day, yes just the next day! We got to the store at 9:11am since they open at 9am. They told me it's sold. I asked why they didn't call me. The guy Rafael smiled and said that he told me all the appliance are sold fast. And he was also trying to avoid and lie about the fact that they promised to hold the item for me. I understood that if they get a customer who can commit to the purchase they should go for it. But they didn't tell me anything (we were talking on phone the day before we came by). Plus because of this, we missed the last day sale (yesterday) from regular stores because we trusted these people are really holding it. We are ended up paying extra $3k for regular prices. Yes, they seem like great people always with smile, great price too if you are looking for cheap dented appliances. This is the place to go, but DO NOT rely on them. My wife and I recently went to infinate appliance on a sunday after seeing mulitple facebook marketplace ads about washers and dryers for sale. Prior to going to infinate appliance we checked out Lowes and Home depot and we were not impressed with the customer service nor their prices. We were in the market for a washer and dryer and were tired of going to the laundrymat every week. Going to the laundrymat every week is not an easy task with a pregnant wife so I ended up talking my wife into making a trip from south city to san jose on a sunday. When we arrived at the location we noticed they are located in a warehouse with many options for all sorts of appliances. We then saw Rafael was on the phone and with mulitple customers all on his own. He was super patient in helping us find the right washer and dryer for my wife and I. Rafael was patient even when he was the only employee there and he was helping mulitple customers at once, helping clean, wrap and load washers and dryers for customers who had just purchased used washers and dryers. Infinate appliance offers used and new washers and dryers but my wife and I settled on a new set of samsung front loading machines in the color "champagne". Rafael told us that they had the washer in stock and that they were getting more matching dryers in a few days. We ended up purchasing a set on the spot and Rafael walked us through the process. They offered a fair price for the pair and offered financing options for the purchase. The delivery and installation included all the necessary hoses, and stacking kit in the one set price. Due to the shelter in place our delivery got delayed a few days but the delivery team ended up coming this past saturday and were precise in taking measurements to ensure that the washer and dryer would fit and they were very methodical and precise with the install. Overall I am more than happy with Rafael's service, he is kind and genuine and the delivery team's install was perfect they delivered and installed the appliances and cleaned up after finishing. The delivery team texted us the night before the delivery to confirm the time and date and the delivery team texted us the next morning when they were 30 minutes away from my home. I am big on supporting local businesses and will continue to purchase from infinate appliance if I ever need a new stove, dishwasher, or fridge. I will be recommending them to all friends and family. Best kept secret in the Bay Area. How does everyone not know about this place?! If you're the type of person who doesn't care about minor scratches or dings and wants to save literally thousands of dollars on appliances, this is the place for you. After breaking the budget on a new house, I thought we may have to compromise on a crappy fridge, but no! I got a normally 3000 dollar Whirlpool, 4 door, french door refrigerator for 1699, tax included, all because there was one tiny scratch on the (bottom) freezer door handle that you'd have to bend over and squint to see. The thing was otherwise entirely unused, with that special brand new plastic wrap covering every surface. The team at Infinite Appliance was very patient and extremely helpful -- they know their appliances. I don't know where or how they get these 'scratch and ding' units, but let's be real, you're going to scratch your fridge anyways, so why pay the premium? I also got a lightly used washer/dryer set for 800 bucks out the door. The cherry on top was the flat rate $100 delivery and installation for both the fridge and washer/dryer. The cool thing was they sent somebody out the next business day to fix it. He didn't have the part, they had to order it. Pedro diagnosed the problem right away and contacted different suppliers to get the broken piece. Unfortunately for my fridge, that piece was discontinued, so I ended up getting a new one. I was amazed at the selection of perfectly good used washers, dryers (both gas and electric) as well as refrigerators. They also have great deals on brand new, open box machines. I am so happy that I discovered Infinite Appliance during my search to replace my old gas stove! I had been discouraged by reading reviews by people how had bought new appliances from various "big-box" stores only to have serious issues with things not working and the stores not fixing or replacing them. Just as the other reviewers say, Infinite Appliance has a wide variety of appliances at excellent prices (because they are used). I was able to find a high-end stove at about half the new price. Rosie helped me choose a stove and advised me about what types of stoves are harder to find easily. When the techs installed the stove, they were very thorough about helping me get it into a small space and hooking it up, checking to make sure everything worked. One burner needed adjusting, and they sent another tech out to take care of it the next business day. I really like the feeling of working with a small, local business rather than a big store. I also like feeling that I am "recycling" a stove by buying a used one, rather than contributing to the waste stream by buying new.
