I recently had very bad experiences with other HVAC installation and repair companies. LONG STORY SHORT, I've been through HVAC hell, and finally decided to go with a new, local company with stellar reviews that recognized my system's warranty. Mario came to inspect the system, identified the repairs that needed to be made, was in and out within 2 hours only a day after I requested service, and not even $500 later I'm enjoying a cool, air-conditioned home. Extra points for not trying to upsell me on an entirely new system (lol - happened to me twice since buying my home, neighbors actually warned me about non-local HVAC companies), AND I can safely say that when I DO eventually need a new HVAC system, I'll be going with Manny's. I reached out to Pac West Heating and Air Conditioning he came out the next day to hopefully get it going, and nothing the unit is old and needs to be replaced I said oh sh--. Luckily Vardan the owner of Pac-West was able to find a unit and a crane to come out that day and change the unit. I had cold air in my condominium that night.
