Irvine BMW is the best place to buy a BMW and we know because we are very picky and went to 10 of them. The rest were not even close to good. The prices here are fair and you are treated well. They had the color I wanted, which is not that easy to fine--It is plum. It is a Hybrid and so far we have had no problems. The parking there is easy and of course free. The interior has a lot of cars in it and it is so clean and the area for the sellers to deal with you is nice and somewhat comfortable. The outside is also kept spotless. My one complaint is our salesman who I know has left there, did not listen when he told me how many mats there were for this car. When I got it home a mat was missing and I called right away and he said "Oh, that mat is not included." Well, that is not what he told me and he and I counted them, out loud. I don't play. He then did not return my calls and we had to go to the manager who said he would look into it and did, and I got my promised mat. Had I not this review would be quite different. The manager is very nice and knows when a customer is right. I was there most of the day to test drive and look and talk. My other issue is they have a "genius BMW" guy would is supposed to teach you how to use all the features on the car. He was not good. He could not connect my phone, get my music and I told him to slow down and he just wanted to be done and go home. I will have to hire someone to teach me how to use my car. But all in all they are the best in town, their selection is better than anyone else and so are their prices.

I've been here a few times and I have yet to have a bad experience. I purchased my car here two years ago and it was pretty seamless. They even helped me set up my ID and showed me how to use everything. I also came back for service and everything was pretty quick. I got my complementary loaner without any issues. While you're waiting they have a nice lobby with coffees and water.

Justin Cheng is a newly found gem within the Irvine BMW Service Team. He possesses an incredible 'mind-reading' ability that transforms a routine maintenance transaction into a high-level consultation with a brilliant advisor. Having been a customer with Irvine BMW for 9 years and having referred several friends, I can say the entire team is top-tier--largely thanks to professionals like Justin. He navigates the nuances of mechanical consulting with remarkable grace. Management should be proud to have Justin Cheng as the new face of their service excellence. Precision, poise, and impeccable service! While BMW builds the machines, people like Justin Cheng build the brand loyalty. His mastery of technical service and sophisticated communication style make him a standout professional. He explains complexities with a breath of fresh air and remains the only advisor I trust implicitly with my vehicle's long-term health and investment.

Thankful for the many years at Irvine BMW. They have a comfortable lounge with libations. Loaner cars are provided when your car is being serviced This year my service representative was Sergio Martinez and Isabel was the name of "a living item" at his desk. Check in via scan of key chip and the video diagnostic check was a great way to assess the present state of the vehicle. The advance planning was obvious and overall it was a smooth process.

Jason really took care of us!

I bought my 3rd BMW a week ago. The last two, I bought at Irvine BMW, and each time it was a very good experience. Maybe because both times Jason DeMond was helping us. He was just on top of it. He had me fill out all the paper work that I could a head of time, and send it to him. From the moment I walked in, he just streamlined every step, and made sure every "i" was dotted, and every "t" crossed, and no delays. I was in and out of there in 1 1/2 hours, with my car programed and ready to go. I highly recommend Jason.

Took my car in for a starter RECALL and left with an EMPTYOILTANK, and my HOOD would not open correctly even though its my car and I know what the hood would sound like when I open it, I spoke with Mike Groover the Service Manager and he said it was normal and it was a human mistake and that he would wash my car, I thought that was complementary AND what kind of MANAGER WASHES A CAR, GET A REAL JOB I took it back and he said that everything was good, I got home and found a wrench inside my hood, reason why it would not open correctly. So do not believe the videos they send you, saying that they did a full inspection and everything is fixed and good. A week later I get a notice from BMW of North America asking why I have NOT done my STARTER RECALL, THE WORST EXPERIENCE & UNPROFESIONAL LYING DEALERSHIP that is connected to ROLLS ROYCE OF IRVINE. DO NOT leave without checking everything, that means opening up your hood and getting your hands dirty, not to mention a scratch and chip on my hood area. and why because I did not want to purchase the lame special they have on oil changes or because I have an extended warranty or because I want to keep my car and not sell it, unprofessional, what kind of question is that, ARE YOU GOING TO KEEP YOUR CAR by ALDO my Service "Advisor " ask such a weird question, when im bringing my car in for a RECALL....STRANGE QUESTION and did they do the RECALL ? Why am I getting a notice dated JUNE 2026, asking why I have NOT gotten my recall done when ALDO from the SERVICE DEPARTMENT STATED AND gave me a paper STATING that it was done. THIS NEEDS TO BE ESCALATED TO A LEGAL MATTER when something like this happens. THAT WAS TWICE IN 5 DAYS.

I own a 2022 BMW X6 M50i with only 51,000 miles. For the past 2-3 years, I repeatedly reported a vibration/shaking issue at low speeds and while parking. Irvine BMW was unable to identify the cause. Shortly after my warranty expired, I was told the front thrust arm bushings were worn and needed replacement, along with other recommended services totaling nearly $8,000. My question is: if the bushings were causing the vibration, why was this not diagnosed during the multiple visits when I reported the same concern, including before the warranty expired? Very disappointed with the diagnosis process and follow-up.

Working in automotive service for a long time now, you get to learn that knowing about cars is not exclusive to male or female these days, but for many working in the business, you often encounter that the employees are just working - they don't know anything or take an passion or interest in cars and how they work. So I have dealt with both males and females who just don't know anything, and it's rather disappointing. Everyday customer are relying on their expertise. Kennia is amazing. She is thorough, detailed, and goes out of her way to help and find other solutions, proactive, when me, a little shop - is in need of something. She is very knowledgeable. It doesn't take a lot for someone to take the extra step - and it shows. She doesn't have to, but she does anyway. Too many times, these days, we all become satisfied with doing the bare minimum, and don't think about the business or where our heart is it with doing the right thing and the best job we can. I pray she receives the recognition she deserves, because she makes it a pleasure to work with - you can trust what she does and recommends. Great job!

"READ THE 1-STAR REVIEWS FIRST - FATAL SAFETY FAILURE" I…read morechose Rebel Off Road because I trusted their professional image and public reputation, but what I experienced was shocking, stressful, and completely unacceptable. Throughout this situation, I tried to remain professional and respectful and expressed my willingness to resolve everything amicably. Yet, after paying nearly $4,000 for a re-gear service, I discovered a massive gear oil leak covering my driveway the very next morning due to an improperly secured axle. This left my driveway stained and reeking of gear oil--with professional cleaning estimates ranging from $400 to $600--and I spent the entire weekend in anxiety, questioning whether my truck was even safe to drive, and eventually having to return it on Monday, which disrupted my business. During this process, I was communicating with my assigned service advisor, but responses were often delayed, unclear, or evasive; messages went unanswered, questions were redirected, and clear answers were difficult to obtain. When I brought the truck back, it was described as "just a loose axle" and claimed fixed, yet no documentation was provided proving that the differential or internal gears were inspected after I had driven it for an hour while leaking. Their claim that "there is no problem" or "everything is fine" is something no reasonable person could trust. With re-gear work, any mistake or improper setup often only becomes apparent after several thousand miles of driving. This is why a formal guarantee is not just a request, but a necessity. When I requested a formal written warranty, they only gave me a $0 invoice with no actual warranty terms or duration. For days, I calmly requested two very reasonable things: a formal written warranty and a fair resolution for the driveway damage. I never demanded compensation for emotional distress or lost business time; I simply asked for accountability. After experiencing this, I looked through other reviews and realized that my experience was not an isolated incident. I strongly urge everyone to READ THE 1-STAR REVIEWS FIRST before coming here. You will see a chilling and habitual pattern: dodging responsibility, being 'afraid of standing behind their work,' and sneakily adding extra charges--then claiming they are unavoidable. In fact, I later realized the overcharge I experienced was just a small fraction compared to what others have reported. You will also notice that the owner's responses to negative reviews are always the same--robotic, defensive, and dismissive. They publicly ask customers to 'contact us' to give the appearance of being helpful, but it is nothing more than a deceptive marketing tactic. If they truly intended to resolve these issues, my driveway wouldn't still be stained, and I wouldn't be left with a useless $0 invoice instead of a real warranty. The fact that these 1-star reviews remain unchanged proves that their 'invitation to talk' is a sham and nothing ever gets resolved. They have a template for excuses but no manual for accountability. I am sharing my experience and my filing with the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) so that other victims know there is a formal way to seek accountability. After seeing so many similar complaints, I strongly encourage anyone who has had similar experiences with their safety, property damage, or deceptive billing to file a formal complaint with the BAR as well. As a business owner for over 20 years, I understand mistakes happen, but I cannot accept a refusal to take responsibility. I am now filing a formal complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and initiating a credit card dispute. A strong online presence means nothing if a company fails to protect its customers' safety and property. [UPDATE: Response to the Owner's Reply] The owner's response below is exactly what I warned about: a robotic, defensive excuse that shifts the blame. They claim a 'failed C-clip' on an aftermarket part, but as any professional knows, this is a clear sign of improper installation, not a part failure. They also claim they 'verified' no internal damage, yet they provided zero technical proof or a detailed inspection report after I drove with no oil for an hour. Mentioning a '90-day warranty' now is laughable--if that were true, why did they refuse to provide a formal written warranty when I asked for it repeatedly for days? Their response is just another marketing tactic to look responsible in public while remaining unaccountable in private. My filing with the BAR and the credit card dispute will proceed as planned.

With most of the smaller auto parts stores like this one you go there because it is the closest one to your place. I go to this Kragen because it is close. For the most basic needs you'll be ok. Outside of that you might have better luck winning the lottery than you would getting knowledgeable help. It's not even that the people that work there don't know anything about cars, its that they know just enough to look up a part and tell you the price. However I don't go in to places like this expecting a lot. This is more of a "you wont be surprised" review than anything else.
