One of best smash burgers I've had! Made to order and piping hot, I got the KO with 3 patties with everything. Added the fries too. The burger was phenomenal! Juicy with crispy edges nice and cheesy with grilled onions and tasty pickles. The potato bun soaked up all the flavor of the meat and the sauce went perfectly with the burger. The fries were hot and crisp and tasted freshly cut. Nicely seasoned as well. Great portions for the price as well! Service was fast as it came out in about 5 minutes and everything was made fresh to order. It's a nice AstroTurf area where the truck is located but in a busy spot so you may have to hunt for parking.

HOLY MOLY!! Awesome freaking burger. We were very impressed with Jabs and now wish there was one in San Antonio. Really good food. Fries were fresh and crispy. Awesome people. Would absolutely go back and try them again and again. If you haven't tried them - you must.

Jabs absolutely delivers. This burger was everything--juicy, flavorful, and perfectly stacked. The smashed patties had those crispy edges, layered with melty cheese and fresh toppings that all came together so well. The grilled jalapeños really took it to the next level--adding a smoky heat that balanced perfectly with the richness of the burger. Every bite was messy in the best way. This is a legit smash burger. Would 100% order this again.

Very easy to order. Food came out very fast. I got a double cheese burger and it was really really good. One of the best smash burgers I've had in awhile. Fries weren't anything crazy but burger was great! Will definitely be coming back

For a random place I just walked into off the street, this place was shockingly good. My burger was perfectly smashed, with a lot of crispy bits & perfectly melted cheese. It really hit the spot. The fries were pretty good as well. Service was pretty quick considering they were busy. You order off an iPad & then get a text when your food is ready. Lots of seating inside & out in this food court.

Rating: 4.3/5 [takeout] We tried Jabs a few months ago when it was still called Peace, Love, and Burgers, and while the food was fine, it wasn't anything special. The burger felt small for the price and didn't really fill me up, but maybe that's because I split the burger. I decided to give it another try on Halloween night, and it was so much better this time. I ordered the Sissy Burger ($9) with added lettuce ($0.50) and tomato ($0.50). The burger was delicious, juicy, flavorful, and satisfying. I finished the whole thing and was full for the rest of the night.

If you've had a solid day or night out on Rainey and are hungry, Jabs really hits the spot. They have a digital kiosk where you order and food comes out quickly. I got the KO burger with fries and was extremely full. It's in the food truck park area with ample places to sit so it's pretty easily accessible.

Great spot at Rainy Street. It's a food truck with picnic tables. We ordered the OG burger and seasoned fries. The burger was juicy and surprisingly excellent! The fries had an awesome seasoning on them. The service was quick. The price was $10 for the burger and $4 for fries. Typical Rainy Street/bar food prices. Located in a cool area. I'd order the burger and fries again.

The lady working the front was very attentive and helped us when needed (our first time here). Our food came out I would say in less than 20. The fries were AMAZING (love some good fries), and the burger was good but too greasy for me.

    Don't forget the fries!

Jabs is the new name of this spot tucked in on Rainey St. Short menu burgers fries and drinks. I was greeted with friendly service, with outdoor seating in the shade. Super flavorful meat patties. Very juicy and not smashed paper thin. I've have plenty of smash burgers . Most of which had unflavored dry meat. A whole lot of lipstick and mascara. Jabs on the other hand checks all the good boxes. They have it down packed. No frills. Just a str8 up smash burger!! Fries were made fresh. Super crispy and well seasoned. When in the area. Please give it a go!

This is now called JABS. This is a food truck in a craft beer lot on Rainey street. Hussain said his burgers are the best and showed me the award he won for Austin's best burger. He did not lie or disappoint. The burger has flavors of char from the grill and even though it's smashed, it's not super thin. It has some meat and flavor to it. The sauce is really good. I ordered the classic which comes with lettuce and tomato. The fries are ok. They were a let down when the burger is soooooo good. I highly recommend and I'll say this burger is better than Houston's trill burger which won Americas best burger...

Just overall a very very good quality burger, the smash on the beef patties was quite crispy and juicy, and all the ingredients were fresh.

I prefer the mini but they're sold out a lot which shows you how spectacular this place is. My go to is the nutty valentine. The donut is always warm, fresh, and crispy. And the toppings of Nutella, cinnamon, and strawberries adds dimension & the perfect story. There is plenty of patio seating and lots of parking outside. There can be a line on the weekends and they tend to sell out so keep that in mind. The staff is friendly and service is quick!

Doughnuts made to order out of an airstream, you say?…read more Looks like they used to offer mini versions but that side of the menu is all mask taped over. When we went our choices were $9-$10 donut base desserts. I say base because the toppings cover up the donut visually. Despite that, there's no covering that scrumptious taste and texture. Wowaweea. Yes, you feel your cells expand and pants tighten and it is for sure run club pre and post, but quite worth it. These divine donuts have that cakey interior I love so much. We had the Puddin': cream cheese icing, vanilla pudding, fresh bananas with nilla wafers. According to the menu. Ours didn't have any nilla wafers and the presentation was uneven, hence the four stars. I didn't miss the wafers. The icing and pudding were one goopy topping and the bananas slices were half scattered slices and half banana chunk that I had to separate. Side notes: Gourdough sits on a corner with parking spots that are not free. There's a pay via QR code so you'll need a phone or something to scan that. Boo for digital shackles. Next note- I feel like this is a low key meet up spot. Like the way they tried to make the first train cars on the MTA the singles car? There was a series of singles getting doughnuts and they were a little done up for the occasion. Who knows. With the little IG ready love seats and doughnuts made for sharing, you could walk away with extra sugar.

From speaking with Tony Jr. today, they also have a restaurant in Pflugerville. I ordered jerk chicken, which fell off the bones and came with cabbage, rice and peas and plantain. I have traveled to Jamaica a couple of times, this Jamaican food was the real deal. The jerk chicken was a bit spicey but not set your tongue on fire spicey. The rice and peas along with the cabbage was perfectly seasoned. The standout for me was the sweet plantain, spoken like a plantain connoisseur. The plantain was sweet on the inside and slightly charred on the outside...perfect combination. The only improvement would have been for me to get a side of plantain. My food was delivered fast and hot. Tony Jr. was super personable and friendly. There is seating in the center of the food truck park. You hear tunes being played in the background. The food truck park is at the core of East Austin in a semi-residential area. Street parking is available for diners. I look forward to trying curry goat and oxtails and more.
