Reservations were made ~3 weeks in advance for a reasonable dinner time slot on a weekend. We opted for the A La Carte Menu option which gave us the ability to order individual menu items while still offering omakase options. Our party of 4 ordered 2 omakase's (nigiri choice), a nigiri set, a salmon moriawase, and seasonal tempura. I personally ordered the omakase and the experience was well worth it with the sushi quality being extremely high. There were ~7 to 8 courses served throughout the omakase experience including 3 courses involving nigiri and the remaining courses involving a blend of small bites (egg, fish cake, tempura, sashimi, miso soup, dessert egg, hojicha ice cream to name a few). What especially stood out to me was the outstanding service that was displayed throughout the course of the meal. Our server was notably attentive and even went as far as switching the presentation of my nigiri courses after noticing I was left-handed so that I could eat from left to right while normally advising guests to eat from right to left. Every time one of us went to the restroom, our tablecloths were folded by our server and placed back onto the table. Tableware was immediately cleared upon finishing a course and every course in the omakase set came with a detailed description of the food you were about to eat and where in the world it was coming from. In all, the great food makes me want to be back soon, but the high level of service for the night completely made the experience that much more memorable.

The seared salmon was my favorite and they don't put a lot of rice so you can eat lots of it. I kind of liked the ramen it just took a few sips to get used to it and it comes in a big bowl too!! The yaki (not pictured) I misread for soup but it was a sautéed dish and it was also good since I like udon noodles and comes in a huge plate too. So the servings are very big for the entrees and soups. I didn't get to try a lot of the sushi due to most of it having an avocado allergy but had mixed reviews at the table.
