Loved my experience here. The food is great for a "chain" deli. The staff is very friendly. I ordered the panini chicken sandwich which included spinach and it was fresh and crispy. That tells me that not only do they serve up fresh ingredients but that my sandwich was not sitting long enough for it to wilt from the press and unlike other places it's probably the last ingredient they add. It's the little things that make the perfect sandwich and this was it for me. The staff here was very attentive....walking around cleaning tables and salad bar...asking people how everything was and checking if your drinks needed refills (which is self serve). This is one of my favorite places to go when I meet with friends for lunch. They are quick and the salad bar always has fresh ingredients. My favorite thing to order is half California Club sandwich and half bowl of chili. The order comes with fresh fruit or chips as well. read more

They are always very quick to take my to go order (always for a salad and a drink about 5x a week) but if they have a line, get this THEIR KIOSK ACTUALLY WORKS. If you have been to more than 1 Jason's Deli you must know that their kiosks are notoriously terrible... but this one works! Sometimes they "forget" to charge me for my drink, but when paying more than $8 for a salad, I think that's pretty reasonable, hehe. Their salad bar is always fresh and if they're running low on something just ask and they bring it out immediately. One time they were just about out of potato salad, and they actually made me an entire container full of fresh potato salad just for me (mind you, this was about 20 minutes before they closed). read more

Great selection on their salad bar but the side of salmon I ordered arrived almost frozen. When I informed the manager on duty of the stone cold salmon he seems confused that anyone would want it heated, "So you want it heated up?" Jason's is a fantastic place to grab lunch or dinner. They will make what you want how you want and when you want it. It is Kind of like having lunch at mom's house. Everything is just OKAY at this location. When I visit a Jason's Deli, I usually get the bottomless salad bar. My last visit was two days ago and the toppings seemed very good and fresh but the romaine lettuce was just okay and could've been better. I usually really enjoy the pasta salad but it was so bland this time around that I didn't go back for seconds. All I tasted was the noodles. And I wish they had a better choice of dressings. I'm not a fan of Ranch or anything heavy on a salad so I usually go for the balsamic vinaigrette or the Italian but even then it was super heavy and creamy. Also, the staff was kind of off of their game. They didn't have a good amount of staff bussing the tables. I had gone through two salad bar plates and ended up putting my tray and excess plates on another empty table across from where I was sitting so I could make room on the table. I must say though, the swirl ice cream is always good but overall just a sub-par place to eat. read more

My office has ordered take out from Jason's Deli twice in the same week because it was such a hit. It's fast and good. I tried their on-line order system but found it confusing. We ended up calling in our order. I was thrilled to find the Mediterranean wrap at 300 some odd calories but it was surprisingly bland. The Ciabatta Bing is a few more calories but has a lot more taste. Could it be better? Maybe. But it is good enough to get 4 stars in my book. read more

Came to this place for a school field trip. I'm probably gonna return. Jason's deli has some of the most flexible vegetarian and gluten-free options. There's a salad bar stocked with various items and soft serve icecrram. The bathrooms are clean and the atmosphere is pretty plesant. Portion sizes are pretty large. read more

My kids and I were planning a Surprise 50th Anniversary Party for my wife. I want to have something special every day that the maid of honor and bridesmaid were in town. Since the dinner party was for adults only, I planned a family dinner for Friday night at our home. I met with Kristin at Jason's Deli on McDermott Drive and she was so helpful recommending what we should have (sandwich platters, fruit/cheese trays, etc. The order was delivered to our home 30 minutes prior to the party and the driver set up the platters, etc. Since my wife and her girl friends were out all day having fun, this is the way to go to have less stress. Slow food service for some reason today but that is not normal. I eat here a few times a year, mostly with family but I use the take out mostly. The salad bar (that I usually don't get) is great and every time I order a sandwich, and get my drink, I wish I had gotten the salad bar because it always looks good and clean. Best value for healthy fare that I know of. Get a half sandwich/rap with a trip to the extensively stocked salad bar and a side of fruit, plus the always free ice cream for around $10. It was a nice, cool Sunday, and my parents and I were STARVING. We quickly thought of some places to go, and the one that popped in our heads was Jason's Deli, a well known deli that a lot of people enjoy. We were looking for some place where we could get fast, fresh, and most importantly good food. What we got at Jason's was beyond our expectations. After quickly coming in to quench our curious cravings of quality and quantity, we could tell that we were "part of the place." The atmosphere was designed just right - a delicate mixture of casual and friendly. You could hear the sounds of machine's quietly buzzing and light chatter between people, and a occasional laughter. But to make things more casual, the restaurant had a fresh, "outsidy" look to it. The walls were a flush forest green, and the chairs were a dark red velvet. Some of the walls had a startling outside tan, and the tables had a fresh cut wood texture to it. The 4 colors and textures aligned perfectly - it brought you to comfort and happiness. It was like the walls were calling to you, and telling you to calm down and relax. Once I walked inside, I grabbed a menu to see what I wanted. But I didn't have to look long, because I looked up for half a second, and lo and behold, there was a gargantuan picture of stunning sandwich, called "Big G's Deli Burger." Big G's, the sandwich that was on the picture, looked almost faultless and the food kept on calling out to me for me to eat it. But what really caught my eye, was the words that went along with it. In a nice and readable bold font, it clearly stated, "Looks like a roast beef sandwich. Tastes like a cheeseburger." From that, my brain quickly started directing it's whole attention to that one sandwich. My mouth quickly started watering, and I new exactly what I wanted to have. Very quickly I checked on the menu. It was a well written menu, very cleverly crafted. The well-chosen selection of entrees and dishes were not limited, but it wasn't overwhelming, either. Most of the items had a fulfilling description, with healthy words such as nitrite-free, 100% antibiotic-free, and organic. But still, that roast beef cheeseburger still took place over all. After ordering the "Big G," I sat down, and waited. For what seemed for almost no time, a waiter came out and handed me the one sandwich I was waiting for. She placed it down, and BAM! my mind went crazy! The quality was absolutely stunning, and the dish was recheré. It was two half sandwiches, each on either side, and chips in the middle. The sandwiches were perfectly cut, a nice smooth finish to it, and the smell brought my senses into awe. But once you took a bite - that is when you experienced the full glory of the masterpiece. The appetizing sandwich is one of the best I've ever ate. When I bit into it, gushes of flavor shot through my taste buds. The bread was nice and crunchy, but the meat was soft and tender. They put the lettuce in just right, and the melted cheese was delicately set on top. This, was a sandwich made with care. Once I had that first bite, I knew that it would be a marvelous and prodigious meal. The flavors were distributed just right, as well. You could taste everything - not to much of the bread, not too much of the lettuce, not to much of the meat, but still full of each and every single item in the sandwich. But, to make things better, the sandwich never got tiring. The appreciation of the sandwich kept on going for a second, then a minute, than an hour, then for the rest of the week, and a month, and a year, and a decade, and a century, and for millions of light years, until the only thing that I cared about was that sandwich. I don't know about you, but I have a strange tendency of getting tired of a dish halfway through. But, like I said, this one was a prodigy. I kept on eating and eating and eating, until the whole sandwich disappeared in a flash. After eating the chips and getting some not-too-hard-but-not-too-soft vanilla ice cream, I was filled and delighted. After eating at Jason's deli that Sunday, I was more than surprised - I was in a trance. Jason's Deli, now a masterpiece to me, created one of the most caringly worked on sandwich I have ever ate, without doubt. The place was perfect, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was unique to the restaurant. So, if I'm ever hungry and need somewhere to eat - I know for sure that I have at least one option. read more

I am a fan of the Sgt Pepper which is basically a BeefEater + sauteed onions and peppers. I loved the fact that I can ask for this sandwich and just bam get rung up and wait for my sandwich... (Not in Little Rock where they all look around at each other even though I come in and order the same sandwich every week). I hardly ever eat from Jason's, no particular reason, but when I do I always get the Ranchero Wrap. Well today I choose Jason's for lunch because I heard they have tortilla soup. So I ordered the soup along with the ranchero wrap which is delicious every time I order it. This time I requested to have them add spinach and mushroom. Well when I opened my container I noticed the spinach and mushrooms weren't added. I contacted Jason's and spoke with a really nice young lady, I wasn't expecting thing but just giving my feedback for a opportunity for them to speak with their employees about how important it is to pay attention. Well the lady was so kind and apologized and had her driver to deliver me another wrap. I really wasn't expecting that at all! Jason's Deli, as a whole, is an excellent restaurant chain. Judging by the food and service, you wouldn't know it's a chain. This particular store, however, is an entirely different story. I dare you to find an employee who cares. Oh, and don't expect everything you find on the salad bar at the other Jason's stores to be present here. It's purely hit and miss. I love coming to Jason's deli. Food is always fresh, consistent, and fast. It's like a healthy fast food equivalent with delicious options. My favorites are the California club and their chicken pot pie. I also think that their salad bar has great selection. Most people take advantage of their ice cream machine. their Idaho potatoe is ridiculous in all ways [especially after a co-worker of mine looked up the calorie count on that thing], but it's certainly amazing. Either way, this is a regular place for me, and I anticipate them expand to more places [I have not seen a Jason's Deli in Cali yet]. read more

Went to this Jason's Deli for the salad bar and a cup of soup this evening. What they had on the salad bar was fresh, but they were out of many items including various dressings and vegetables. Unfortunately, it seemed to take a while before they refilled these items. The staff behind the counter seemed more set on socializing with each other and were not very helpful. There were not many customers there when I got there (around 6:30pm), so I want to chalk up the bad customer service to just being a slow night. The soup and salad were good, so hopefully the customer service is better the next time I am there. read more

Stopped in for a quick lunch on 6/25/20. As a essential service industry employee, i am out in the public through all the social distancing mess. I have been very frustrated with the lack of available choices for lunch. I am usually pulling a trailer which makes drive throughs tricky and i am tired of fast food. I was excited to see Jason's Deli had their dining room open. I am also tired of eating in my truck. I have always enjoyed the food at these restaurants in general and have never had a bad experience at this one. But today was amazing. Food was good like i always expected, but the level of service in this restaurant provided to adhere to the guidelines while still serving their customers is just nothing short of fantastic. A few people were running orders out and keeping the tables clean. As well as stopping to make sure the kids had their ice cream cone for the soft serve. And everyone was pleasant and happy despite the added work and stress above their normal. So refreshing to see people making the best of a situation and taking great pride in their work.
