Sunday crew is awesome, they had 5-6 customers infront of me. They also had 3-4 online orders going. 2-3 customers were extremely picky making it really hard on the workers. For example extra this , none of that mikes way this no tomato light lettuce this. But they did their thing, the Sandwhich was great and the customer service was excellent. There was hardly any meat on it and the provolone cheese was cut so thin I could literally see through it, it was ridiculous! I give this place one stare for one reason there customer service. I placed a phone order since I was limited on time i Was told "it wold be ready in 10min". When I showed up, to my surprise the shopping center was calm and not as busy as usual. When I walked in there shift leader Melanie greeted me with any attitude. When I told them I was there to pick up my order she said it was not read and would take 5 min to make (mind you it was a slow day with only 2 customer who had clearly been helped) thanks to jersey mikes staff I missed my lunch and did not get my food. Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time and thought the sandwich I ordered was decent. Walking in, the staff took notice and greeted. I stood to the side debating which sandwich to order and narrowed my choice to the Club Supreme which had roast beef, turkey, swiss cheese, and applewood bacon. Not sure if Jersey Mikes is always crowded but it was this night with a pretty big line that moved quickly. For the sandwich, it tasted good and was filing for a regular size. I thought I might have regretted not ordering a giant (3 sizes: mini, regular, giant) but that wasn't the case. The fixings as well as the meat taste fresh. I also like that the meats aren't laid out in the front like subway. Jersey Mikes isn't anything ground breaking but they offer decent and fast subs on the go. I ordered what I normally get, which is the #8 club sub. I get back to the office to start eating my lunch and I notice a big glob of tuna on top of my sandwich. I can't stand the smell or taste of tuna. My sandwich smelled of tuna. This shows me that the cutting boards and area where the sandwiches are being made were not properly wiped off. I wanted to take the time and thank the great workers at this establishment. This was my first time at this location and did I get a great surprise. I told the young lady at the front which sub I wanted and they continued working on the other customers requests. They handled the situation terrifically and with class all while being personally attacked by this under the nose mask wearing karen. This is probably one of the better Jersey Mike's in the area and there are quite a few. Nice open space unlike the others that are compact and small. The staff are good and very courteous and polite unlike other Jersey Mike's I have been to in the Long Beach area. The parking is abundant and very near the establishment. It also benefits me that it is relatively near my home so I can drive by and enjoy these tasty subs whenever I want. I only wish that the lines were smaller since I like to enjoy my subs then and there to avoid them getting soggy or cold. That's the main reason I don't use the online method. read more

In the last week I had to make 2 trips because I ordered and paid for brownies but they didn't have them and on the first visit were trying to figure out how to refund the cc. I had to go back the next day so they could process the refund. Today another online order ( 3 different sandwiches) all labeled and when I got home I had 2 of the same sandwiches. I normally go to one in Long Beach, which is great but this one needs some work! The customer service was fine but the way they make the sandwiches seemed .... like a second rate jersey mikes. There doesn't seem to be as much meat on it as if they're not cutting the meat with the right pressure. They put the toppings on so fast that you can tell there's more room for that extra tomato that extra pickle, not a big deal but then you get to the oils, they just move over your sandwich so fast barely sprinkles hit the sand which.
