Went here with a buddy of mine. It was my first time getting a cold sandwich from a Jersey Mike's. The service was good and also quick. Food: #8 Club Sub- Turkey, ham, provolone, bacon, mayo, Mike's way (Onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil and spices). I had mine on white bread. I thought the bread was good and fresh. The sandwich itself was good, but kind of underwhelming taste wise. If you like all of these ingredients, i would say you should try it. ***** (5 Stars)- Amazing, zero flaws, a must go! Jersey Mikes is near my school so it's a place we go to often for convenience. They are always friendly. One young man in general is AWESOME! After my review about receiving an incorrect to go order, I was contacted by the manager Ashley. She basically said my next sandwich would be free because their error. So, instead of me never coming back, I will continue my approximate once per week frequent visits. Thanks Ashley, and your franchise owner should be thanking you too. Aside from that incident, as long as you order before you arrive on their website or by calling, this place is great and efficient. Hi I stopped by this locattion in irvine @ 5pm . We normally eat close to our home in Dana point. I was very pleased with the staff the 2 Hispanic guys were really friendly since we walked in. They recommended #9 &#12 . Iam a very picky eater and they made my sandwiches the way I wanted them. They actually pay attention to how I wanted them. Usually LOVE Jersey Mike's for their high quality, thinly sliced meats. If your in need of a killer sandwich Jersey Mike's is the way to go, but stay the hell away from this location. Ordered the club, forgot the bacon and the meat slices were about twice as thick as the cheese. The thinly sliced meat may be a personal preference, but to me, it's why I go Jersey Mike's. The lunch rush in this area is absolutely insane, yet the employees really bust ass and tear through the line day after day. There's a few long time people there that clearly know what they're doing. They queue up sandwiches pretty far in advance and keep everything organized. Never had a sandwich confusion even once coming here. Considering the massive rush, they keep the back relatively clean. It's not going to be perfect, but the lobby has never felt neglected. The sandwiches are merely okay. This is really a function of the ingredients and recipes, which are chain-related. I don't think any Jersey Mike's would get five starts from me, so these guys are as good as any, and likely better than most. read more

Very surprised to see the numerous bad reviews. This location gets very busy during lunch, so expect a wait. However, if you order online, your order is ready when you get there. I've never experienced any problems with online orders. The food is great and the managers are very friendly and courteous. Wow, $11 for a fast food sub meal?!? The sandwich better be damn good for that price, which unfortunately this was not. The cheesesteak was pretty decent (better than Subway but about the same as the ones you get at shopping mall food courts). The chipotle mayo gave it a nice twist, but for the price ($8 for the sub alone) I would have expected more meat, less bready. If the prices were more reasonable I'd be probably be back, but the daily special at Togo's is a way better value (especially on Monday for the pastrami) - much more generous with the meat, more toppings and much tastier bread, for almost half as much as this place. Great People, Great Food(Club Supreme), but the line is hectic during lunch hours! I recently came to this location this past Tuesday(13th) @ approximately 11:45-12, and man was the line long but hey these employees are working their asses off!! I am by far amazed with these employees, slicer guy is always killing it making 3-4 sandwiches at a time, the girl dressing the sandwiches multi tasking in between 4-5 sandwiches making sure their accurate, and the two guys at the end by the register become one and help each other out amazingly. Even the guy on the grill is great, there's never a day I come in and the grill is not being occupied, Man I recommend this place to anyone, even with a hectic line this store can make anything happen in a good way. Who ever is the franchise owner must be lucky to have a crew like them. Cons: Chips run out fast, lobby is okay, but there's always that one guy that urinates on the floor in the bathroom. Don't order Togo or ONLINE! I work nearby and had a minimal amount of time for lunch so I ordered online today. Everything went through online, however when I got there they didn't not have record of my order. They said their servers were down, I understand technical difficulties. However, I do not understand bad customer service. The Manger on staff said "oh well", and "she'll just have to get to the back of the line like everyone else." Well the line was almost to the door! I am going to start by saying this Jersey Mike's makes good sandwiches like all the rest. Always fresh and tasty. Now the bad and why they only get 3 stars. I ordered yesterday online (01-000689-99-013125), a couple of important request, put the sauces on the side cause we hate soggy bread, cut the sandwich in 1/3's and extra napkins. o for 3, geez, what a piss off. Normally for not reading my order request I would only give 1 star, but I changed my pick up time and I could see that they were busy with the lunch time crowd. Food is OK - service is another thing Loud music and TV noise makes it impossible to hear anyone attempting to take your order. And then they get annoyed that you aren't yelling loud enough for them to hear you. Extremely small parking lot for desired use by you and everyone else. I LOVE this place but............Ive been going there sense the first day they opened. Since I used to go there every day I got to meet the manager Carlos and the rest of the crew. Super nice guys. Well, I cant say the same for the girl that works there Ashley (pink hair). Carlos is no longer there but the rest of the crew is. The kid behind the counter was nice and had great customer service but this is by far the worst (and only so far) eating experience I've had at a Jersey Mikes. I got the chicken club and the bread was old and crusty (I've never had less than fresh bread at other locations), and the bacon was dried out. It hurt my mouth to take bites of the bread. A group of 10 coworkers and I picked this place for lunch. We placed out order over the phone and went to pick it up, and on the drive back to the office my buddy noticed there were two subs missing from our order. So I quickly bust a u turn and head back. We picked up our lunch at 12:30 which is the peak of the lunch rush hour. So I dropped my coworker off and circled the parking lot until he came out with the two missing subs. Took about 5 minutes. By the time we got back to the office the sandwiches were lukewarm, and two of our orders were completely wrong. The girl that asked for wheat bread got white bread and vice versa.
