OMG! This place is amaaaaazing! I typically hate sandwiches and consider them to be a bit "basic" but this place has changed my view on sandwiches so much. I mean, one time I went to sleep thinking about their sandwiches, only to wake up thinking about their sandwiches. Call me crazy, but you'll understand what I mean once you get there. Glad to have a Jersey Mike's in the neighborhood, definitely my favorite franchise sandwich shop. We went last night and it was BUSY, but that's understandable as they just opened last Weds and all the staff are new. Despite the wait, the sandwich was as expected...delicious! If you've never been, I'd recommend the italian, the club supreme, or big kahuna cheesesteak. All meats and cheeses are sliced fresh for your sandwich! Keep in mind that unless you say otherwise, all cold subs come with tomato, onion, lettuce, oil/vinegar and herbs sprinkled on top. They can get a bit liberal with the oil and vinegar so I usually just ask for a light sprinkling. In addition to Jersey Mike's, this corner now has a Chipotle, Panda Express, Sbux and froyo. Parking in the front can be frustrating but there's an enormous lot in the back. read more

My buddy and I came here this past Sunday for a late night meal. Were were torn between here, Chipotle and La Fogata. Hell we even debated doing a Jersey Mike's La Fogata bang bang (like on Louie) but in the end we only ate here and it turned out to be a great decision. They had the Kings game on for one, which was awesome. The store was immaculately clean, and both our sandwiches were the best we'd ever had at a Jersey Mike's store, e.g. perfect ratio's of the meat, cheese, sauces, everything, no skimpiness, no excess. The staff was professional, accommodating and approachable, we had a great time talking it up with the guys as they multi tasked shop duties. There's no doubt the next time I have a Jersey Mike's craving I'll be returning to this location. Keep up the good work guys. read more

Not to long ago I stopped by this Jersey Mike's which I already knew serves a mean #7 (turkey/provolone). Being from NJ, I always reminisce about eating quality subs, which must always include salt pepper oil VINEGAR and oregano (took subway 8 years to figure out the red vinegar part). In any event, upon entry I was greeted by an affable young lady named Angie who kept the spirits of the line up and asked how I was doing and how my day was. What came next was a sandwich that must have teleported straight from NJ; full of the essentials, solid amount of turkey, plus mayo and peppercinis to keep the thing from getting too dry (and help with my physique lol). I always get turkey wrap. pricey than other places though. my biggest concern is why they bell every time someone tips. that discriminates others who don't. I always leave a buck and not because i want to get belled buy some guy behind a counter. what if someone has no money to leave a tip. than probably he won't get BELL TROPHY. plus wondering how many rings per dollar. what if someone leaves $100 tip, they won't stop for an hour? that bothers me a lot for some reason. that's awful phycological game makes other behind a line to leave the tip by being afraid not to leave the dirty buck. seriously appreciate your attention to my review. i was to radical about it, your respond is biggest appreciation. i can you imagine something like that in Starbucks or anywhere else. I've been wondering about this growing chain of East Coast Sub Shops that really come from the a Jersey Shore. Especially when someone I knew told me they actually made a pretty decent cheese steak. Uh, sure. That's got to be a stretch. right? Turns out they do. I tried their Philly Cheese Steak and while they don't officially offer a Pizza Steak, you just gave to ask for marinara sauce on top and now you have achieved Pizza Steak goodness. And it is good. The steak is grilled, quality meat. Not just sitting around like at places like Subway or Which Wich. The topping are good and the bread? It'll never be Amoroso's, but it's not bad and quite frankly better than some places that claim to do a real steak like Philly's Best. I came on my birthday and they do offer a free sub on your birthday if you're on their email list, and everybody there was giving me good birthday love (with singing the song, thankfully) and asking me of my plans and what not. Did not expect that and it was nice to see. So good service overall. Only thing missing? No real sides. Yea, they have chips but I'd rather see fries or something I just don't already have at home. So I went with my sister she wanted a sandwich we went there was one person in front of her who ordered took about 10 minutes or so for the person to order and receive their food Up Next was my sister who ordered her sandwich she gave the lady her order and they got it wrong two times my sister didn't say anything she paid and got her food within 5 mins. So before we leave I decide to get a sandwich to go there's two people in front of me one time and one girl they are not together the guy order his food paid and walked out I guess he wanted to wait outside while his sandwich is being made it took them exactly 20 minutes to make his sandwich and call his order number. After the lady ordered her sandwich and paid it took them about 15 minutes before asking her what she wanted on her sandwich. Finally it's my turn to order took may be about 10 minutes just to Place my order After placing the order Which they got wrong it took a total of 30 minutes to receive it and the only reason why I stayed it was because I already paid. The staff there was very unprofessional they were just walking around now working dancing and having conversations about the weekend there was a total of for staff members and none of them were working finally after someone mention how long they were taking they started but they took their time doing so the cashier there didn't know where he was going the cook didn't know how to take orders all in all this was a very bad first experience at this location you guys need older people working there at least a day least one manager on site. read more

I try to like this place over and over. I don't get a regular or mini sandwich because you risk not getting fresh bread. I get the honey turkey wrap and it's super sloppy and not very tasty. I'm all for east coast inspired west coast spots, but this place is a miss. The staff is friendly at times but they are always slow. Pro is that sometimes they may have a tasty cake or some other east coast only sweet treat. read more

Was in the area recently to visit a friend when hunger got the best of me and I spotted Jersey Mikes off to the side of the road. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of sandwiches but anything sounds good if you haven't eaten in fourteen hours. Parking is a little tight, but I was able to find a spot in the back and make my way in. Was surprisingly busy for a Monday night. Staff was very friendly, helped me in making a sandwich selection since I was a Jersey Mike's newbie, and before I knew it my Chicken Parm was ready to eat. The bread was nice - soft and chewy, with just the right texture to soak up all the marinara my sandwich came with. Good amounts of chicken and cheese completed it, and compared to subs I've had in the past I definitely got my money's worth. One thing I did like - this store is pretty spotless, I saw someone cleaning the meat slicer in between customer rushes, which earned points in my book. Another thing I liked - the staff were very personable and did their best to make you feel at home. Not a bad attitude in the bunch - which is rare in any customer service setting, especially a restaurant as busy as this. So if break it down - staff get a 5/5. Cleanliness 5/5. Service 5/5. Food 5/5. And though sandwiches may not be my favored food - this will be my favorite place to stop whenever I'm in the area. read more

I had Jersey Mikes for the first time years ago in Las Vegas and for a while I had no idea that the franchise was out here in LA. Then I found this location and now Im in love all over again. They are the high class version of Subway. Ive always somewhat hated Subway because they arent fresh. Jersey Mikes is fresh! They cut the meat from a meat slicer right in front of you! Definitely amazing sandwiches and I had tried their chocolate chip cookies which they make fresh everyday and WOW if you like a good, soft cookie then Jersey Mikes is the place to go! The staff are always super welcoming and friendly and they give you good suggestions if you are having trouble on what to get. I also like that they dont hassle you for tips but when you do tip them they ring a bell in appreciation, almost like Coldstones. Good food, go eat it! read more

I love the sandwiches, they are the first place I choose when it comes down to subs. But, it's not nice when you need to use the restroom and they send you to use some other business restroom because they don't let their customers use it. I think that they should have the restrooms open for their own customers, if it's about hygiene and COVID, then keep them clean, just like other places do. read more

The sandwiches at this location are great, the quality of the ingredients is high, but the staff is always friendly and engaging, which really is what made me want to leave a review. In fact, when I was there it happened to be a particularly busy lunch hour and the owner was there and made an announcement thanking everyone for coming in and offered samples of sandwiches while people waited. I just thought this was such a nice touch. This is local to me and is a nice lunchtime meal, but again everyone there was warm and appreciative that I was in there, I felt very welcome. This spot is great, been coming here a few times already. Once my wife made an online order for me to pick up, and when I picked them up and took them home, I realized both orders were incorrect (one had tomatoes when I didn't want any, the other had full oils when I wanted light oils, and both did not have bacon). I called to notify them about it, but we already ate half of them because they were still good. They apologized for the mess up, and ensured to make it right the next time. So when we went in the next time, I told Dustin the situation and he made it his personal mission to make everything absolutely perfect, and it was. The meat slicer was swimming in bacteria from former lunch meat cuts. When asked the little girl to clean it her reply was "It will just get dirty again". My thoughts, "Well, while your privileged self is just standing around and no customers to service you can clean it". She then went a got a dry cloth an started removing the loose dripping from the slicer. That dried up residue meat stayed stucked on the slicer. The food would receive 4 stars. The attitude/customer service receives 2 stars. I received a couple of "free Jersey Mike's subs" coupons at a Kings game a while ago. Yes, they're free. I appreciate that fact. I am aware that they are free. At the same time, to Jersey Mikes, they are not free. Jersey Mike's is trying to drive business to their stores by giving out coupons to the 18,000 or so people that were there. They are paying for the privilege of trying to obtain and retain my business in the future. Now, I grabbed two of these coupons, figuring I could march on down and grab a sandwich for myself and for my wife. My wife didn't feel well and worked all day, so she didn't want to come along. The coupon reads as such: "Free Regular Sub (when you order it Mike's Way) with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices, and "The Juice". (red wine vinegar and olive oil blend) On the back of the coupon is a short summary of Jersey Mike's history. There is no other disclaimer, qualifier, or anything else of the sort that would enable me to say, "Sorry baby, that's not an option if you can't come with me. Let's do something else for dinner or perhaps go another night." I walked into Jersey Mikes and marched up to the counter. I handed them the coupons and asked which sandwiches qualify. "It's one per customer. Sorry." Now, I'm a manager of a retail store. So I understand how these things work. Someone told this guy that this is the way the world works and he's not allowed to do anything different. I get that. I don't want to be rude to the kid. "Okay, so what should I do? My wife is at home because she doesn't feel well and didn't want to come with me. Should I get one and then come back later? When I come back later, how long should I wait in between visits?" "Sorry, it's my job. It's a corporate owned business. The corporate office says one per customer." "So, can I talk to a manager about how long I should wait before returning or how we can solve this?" "Sorry, there's nothing we can do. They're always watching." I walked out in a bit of a huff. I was frustrated and didn't want to unload on the kid and make his day worse. I went to the car, texted my wife, let her know the situation while I calmed down. There's no reason for me to be rude to someone who is just doing his job and is shoved into the unfortunate situation of having to convey this nonsense. I went back in to order the ONE sandwich I would be allowed to order. And I truly am grateful for the free grub. At the same time, it's not free grub. They are hoping that I'll come in, love the sandwich, and come back to buy from them in the future instead of Subway, Quizno's, or Togo's. The whole point of the drive is to try and buy my business with a free sandwich. I ordered the sandwich. They quickly and efficiently and pleasantly prepared it. The "slicer" put a little extra meat on there "to make it up to you." They also told me they wouldn't charge me for the bacon. Nice gesture, the kids are doing what they can to appease a slightly frustrated potential customer. The 2 folks behind me ALSO had 3 free sandwich coupons with them. They went to hand them to the guy, and he told them the same thing. In their case, the 3rd party was sitting down at a table because she had trouble walking. They said sorry, she'll need to come up here. Le sigh. Side note: The manager they didn't provide for me to speak with when I asked? He was ringing people up. They also told me not to touch the glass because "corporate could come visit anytime." "They came earlier today. I had a five o clock shadow, and they made me go shave." Now, in their defense: The people in front of me had free sub coupons. The people behind me had free sub coupons. I had free sub coupons. So they're giving these things away everywhere and to everyone. They are really trying to buy some business. So I can understand the manager or corporate wanting people to pay for a second sub to take home rather than walking out with two free sandwiches. I get that. On the downside... they want over $7 for a sub that was good, but not over $7 good. And for $7, it's fairly small. So, the short and sweet: Jersey Mike's corporate folks need to calm the hell down. Relax a bit. You're trying to buy customers, but you've got your employees wound so tight and nervous about you kicking their butts for everything that they are too paralyzed to handle a potential situation that could lose a customer. Give them the freedom to handle a situation and potentially buy a customer for life. The sandwiches ARE better than Subway. They aren't as good as Quizno's or Togo's. Jersey Mike's is close to me, Quizno's and Togo's are not. This could have become a new lunch/dinner spot for me. Now, I'm just annoyed and had to go home to a frustrated and hungry spouse who either had to drive over there herself or figure something else out. read more

Wanted to see what the Hype is all about! It is a Big one I found out! The Cold Cuts are from Low Quality Products and so are the other items on the Menu! When they prepare your Sandwiches its piled up with Lettuce and drenched in Oil and Vinegar! Pffff I didn't order a Salad Bar, what the Heck! The Sandwiches at Jersey Mike's are simply made at Home and at Home you would use a better Quality Cut, Bread and Condiments! For that Price totally not worth it! I go here regularly as it is within walking distance to my work. Probably 3-4 times a week for four years. Service here has gone downhill. What's very frustrating and annoying is that when I order online and pick up, my sandwich is always wrong. I don't understand how it's so difficult to follow the order and make it correctly? I'm talking about how they put oil and vinegar on my sandwich that was supposed to have no oil and vinegar and does not have mustard and mayo that was supposed to have mustard and mayo. I would highly suggest checking your order before you leave. One time that I checked recently and showed them it was not made the way I ordered it, they gave me attitude with no apology and hastily remade it. Then they were out of the drink I wanted so they said I can pick something else which I did not want anything else. I ask for a refund but because I got chips and a drink as a combo, I was told I had to return the chips also to get a refund. F-ing idiots!!! Jersey Mike's keeps points that add up when you purchase sandwiches, and then they didn't redeem them when you wanted to cash in. It said they didn't have a record of them with your card. That made me feel like I had misunderstood the salesperson initially explaining how the point system works. After all the sandwiches are$$. Personally I have never been a fan of sandwiches and it's almost when you consider Quiznos and Subway anything outside of that almost seem foreign. I always get my subs toasted wherever I go. Now I love Philly Cheesesteaks and man oh man does this place have good ones. I know it's not that complicated of a dish but still it's easy to ruin the simplest of things. The staff is always eager and alert. Not the biggest space so I honestly wouldn't plan on sitting down and eating even though it's an option. Parking can be a tad difficult as well.
