Best lamb chops I'm town, clean place, good price and great service. My wife and I went on a Tuesday evening with our two dogs. My wife is a fan of Mediterranean food so was really excited to try this place and one of our dogs name is Forrest so of course I was excited to try it! My wife went out front by the entrance. It didn't take long ( maybe 10 minutes) before we got a text message saying our table was ready. We sat on the patio and right away we were brought a bottled wattle and two dogs bowls for our dogs (without even asking! So thoughtful!). I ordered the cheeseburger and fries, And my husband ordered the Forrest platter with shrimp, fries and some battered fish. He said it was tasty. The burger was tasty. The atmosphere was comfortable. Even though we were outside on the patio with all the other tables filled it was not loud and still felt relatively private. Bonus that we got to see all the pretty lights from the river! Our server was named Jourdan and she was amazing! Super helpful with making sure we had everything we needed! The food of this restaurant definitely deserves 5 stars however the disgusting, disrespectful and unprofessional customer service is what forces me to demote their review. After calling them 9 times to place a to go order, and each call resulting in engage call and no answer, I decided to go in & order myself. Upon arrival, I asked to place a to-go order and the host asked if I had called in advance, I explained to him very politely that I had called 9 times and they did not answer even once. He called over the employee in charge of the phone services and I informed him of this situation & even SHOWED HIM MY PHONE to explain to him. He rudely responded and said "the phone has been on for four hours. it's not my problem." I then told him that he was disrespectful and he said "the problem is your phone not us." Needless to say I asked to speak to the manager and he did apologize however I am so disappointed and angry with this customer service. I truly hope they improve this because of their excellent food. I love the food!!! The hummus is my favorite, mixed with the Beef and chicken shawarma, and it's just amazing. I can't wait to revisit my friends. I love having family dinners or mix for six because they have various options that are so delicious. I swear every time I go, I leave feeling so full and happy. Please try their food, and consider that they have options for vegetarians; even though I'm not vegetarian, I seriously love the options they provide for special orders. Not only can you customize and personalize the plate, but you can substitute and always take the rest for later and save yourself the hassle of cooking! Bob B. Welcome to the Middle East. I have not enjoyed food of this authenticity since dining in Amman, Jordan. The lamb, beef and chicken skewers were excellent along with the sides. I especially liked the smoked eggplant and marhmara. The marhmara added just the right amount of "spice" to complement each of the meats and roasted vegetables presented on the skewers. Our waitress, Dunya (who we later found out to be the owner's daughter) provided excellent service with charm for our table of 7. We had the pleasure of meeting Ishmael, the owner, who treated us like family explaining to us how to make Turkish Coffee. This is a place that we will frequent often. read more

Jerusalem Grill #3 - First I want to start off be saying we absolutely love this place - they never disappoint. Today we picked up and order for 10 people for one of our Doctors birthdays - they were amazing. Everything was packed up fresh and on the spot, gave us PLENTY of everything, silverware, plates, sauces - EVERYTHING. Ameer the gentleman that put my order in and started preparing it was helpful, kind, courteous and awesome. This is probably one of the best restaurants I have ever been too. The quality of the place is beautiful, the employees are really nice, and I absolutely love the great food they make. There is good restaurants and there is great restaurants, this one isn't any of them; It's the BEST. The ambiance was decent, but it didn't quite make up for the other shortcomings. I tried the Shawarma Beef, and I have to say, it was underwhelming. Very unfriendly service, they try to suck you dry of your money by any means possible, they will bring you bread that cost 8 per slice and it out any notice and will leave you with a massive check that does not make sense, if your looking for good Greek food.
