Jets pizza is one of the better chain pizzas out there. I think it's a little pricier but this stuff is good! The small deep dish duo is the perfect serving for two people, sometimes it's on sale (if it's ever less than $20 it's a good deal). Can't go wrong with any toppings, the crust on this pizza is so crispy and good. Make sure you get garlic sauce on the side for your pizza, it's similar to papa johns sauce (but better). The bread sticks with marinara sauce are also a must. This location in particular just opened up and everyone here is super nice. It's a clean and fast location. We ordered the veggie 8 corner pizza and it was delicious! It was take out. The crust was deep dish but not like Chicago style deep dish more like Pizza Hut deep dish crust. It's so good! Got their take out. Pizza was ready pretty quick in about 20 mins. Toppings are fresh and sauce is decent. I like the crispy and doughy crust. One star off for the seating space area being slightly tight and narrowed. They do have a big screen TV inside. read more

This is the first time I've come to Jet's on Wabash it was a really good experience food-wise. Wife and I each got the two slice combo which is two squares of Detroit style pizza and a 20oz soft drink (Pepsi products). I couldn't have asked for a better crust, nice and crispy. We ordered both one pepperoni and one sausage slice and were completely satisfied with the amount and taste of the toppings. Just the right amount both cheese and sauce. I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. One reviewer stated that this pizza doesn't have the heavy taste of our traditional pan pizzas, which is true. Another mentioned that she felt the crust was similar to Pizza Hut's pan pizza. I could see where she was coming from but it wasn't a slam at Jet's. Again, I loved the crust. Total for two combos with various local taxes (Pier & Expo Authority Tax?) was $15.62 At 12:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon it took about eight minutes to get our order which is totally reasonable and we were served by a friendly female employee named Jen. The staff working here alone make it worth a repeat trip; such nice people who always seem to be in a good mood and happy to serve you. A late night slice to go is always fresh and hot, the security guards are polite, and they have some good shows and movies playing on the tv. Great change of pace I usually go for a thin style pizza but it really good. I order the 4 or 8 corner slices. The first time I had it the dough blow me away very airy if unpublished get my drift. I must confess I am a cheese only when I go to try pizza because for me if the cheese is right it makes all other ingredients taste just as good. The food is good, as long as you get your complete order. Things are regularly missing, like dipping sauce, crust toppers, etc. The quality control is horrible. Employees are not wearing masks or adhering to any COVID-19 protocols. They allowed a panhandler into the restaurant, who was not wearing a face mask and was touching customers asking them for money. Absolutely terrible establishment! They are incapable of fulfilling simple orders, no matter if it's by phone or online, on multiple occasions. Incompetent, disinterested, and lazy employees with lots of excuses but again unable to simply deliver correct orders to customers. Today I placed an order using their confusing website at around 730pm- for an 8square supreme pizza and wings- driver arrives an hour later (pizza place btw is only a few blocks away & they charge a bunch of inappropriate surcharges), super reluctant to get out of his car to walk the steps to building door (not sure how lazy someone can be?), I bring the food upstairs only to find it's totally the wrong order!! Have to waste time getting ahold of real person to complain to/beg for correct order (also order was $60, was is RIDICULOUS for this so-called pizza, def nothing to write home about)- girl who picked up defensive, saying it was really busy- sorry dude if you can't handle working Super Bowl Sunday, find another job? This isn't rocket science, I'm sorry- and the driver reportedly had TWO orders and couldn't figure out which was which, like, yikes??? Oh best part- guy leaves the new order in the cold outside building door and wings without any dipping sauce- pathetic. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!! While visiting Chicago and having limited places open near my hotel I decided to order from Jets Pizza, I was told I had to pay by card via phone, which I did..I order a small pizza and a small order of wings, the price I was given was 31.02 (which sounded very overpriced for two small orders) but since I was going to go pick up my food in person I was then going to ask about the outrageous over price I was given...fast forward I'm at Jets Pizza picking up my food, I look at their menu and calculated exactly what I had order and exactly what I thought, I was over price!! When I bring it to the young lady or shall I say the young thieving bum working there, she tries to tell me "Oh, we are pricey you didn't know that but I will give you a discount",just so happen with the "discount" she given me came out to be the CORRECT total of my order that I first place! So I wasn't given a discount I was given my correct price after the fact I caught her bullshit!...Fast forward again...I make it back to my hotel just to find out I was given the wrong thing, I was given breadsticks and a small order of wings which at this point I'm pissed, and as you know breadsticks are even cheaper than a small pizza. I called back I was told I would be refunded and only charge for the wings, next day i get a call from Jets Pizza saying "Hey we will need your card info in order to give you your refund" keep in mind this is after the lady I talk with prior to already said she has refunded me my money and it might take a couple day to appear so at this point I'll be damn if I give any card info over the phone and told them I'll be there in person in 10 mins...I get there she does a transaction to refund me, again was told it might take a couple days all together 68.36 was taken off my card for a small pizza (that I never got) and small wings!! 18.00 dollars was refunded out of 68.36 still leaving me at 50.36 for a order of small wing because as I said before I never received the pizza and did not order breadsticks, I'm disgusted by the workers there even after I called them out they still went and scam me even more! If you had Jet's Pizza before this place tastes like every other one. Crispy edged crusts and their ranch is my favorite. The ranch and jets breadsticks are the perfect combo. I walked in for the lunch the other day and got the two slice combo. Today I ordered the 4 corner crust and breadsticks for pick up. I love Jet's Pizza but this location has let me down way too many times. Online promotions don't work so I usually have to call to place my order. 4 out of 5 times my orders have been wrong or they forget something which is a real bummer because most of those deliveries take about an hour to arrive. The reorders take another 30 minutes. Why do I go back? I grew up on Jet's in Michigan and crave it. I'm just constantly disappointed by this location and staff - not even sure what the issue because it's a different thing every time. Just disappointed and hope they get better read more
