Manager said he'll give me the best deal available, which is $10 off, for not accepting the coupon. Wait, but isn't Yelp's check in for $12? 3. While inputting the yelp discount for $12 off, I saw other options for $14 and $16 off. So wait, you told me $10 was the best deal but yelp was $12 and there are clearly two other options? Martin was very nice and did not pressure me to purchase other services. He did mention other services that would benefit my car but I told him I would take it to my mechanic for those. Over all a great experience as I also had a $15 off coupon I found online and printed the day before. The whole appointment took around 15 minutes which was great. I drove all the way here from Irvine because I had a good/fast experience last time and this place had the best yelp reviews. The first time I came here however, the servicer forgot to refill my window wiper fluid but I overlooked the situation. However, I did have to wait till my next oil change to get the fluids. Now it is time for my next oil change. A young man, Jonathan?, told me I had a valve cover gasket leak. I was surprised to hear this because my car is still new and under warranty. He did take the time to explain what that mean which I appreciated but he forgot to refill my windshield wipers so I had to drive back once more to get the fluids. For the "leak," I went to another Jiffy Lube to get a second opinion and they disagreed and said that I did not have this leak at all. Went to the manufacturer directly for a third opinion and they were shocked that the first Jiffy Lube told me I had a valve cover gasket leak. This Jiffy Lube also failed to mention that I had a nail in my tire which the second Jiffy Lube did find. The second Jiffy Lube men took much more time inspecting my car which I thought was weird considering the Newport Jiffy lube did everything in almost 5 minutes. Seems like the service was done too fast and certain aspects were overlooked. Considering I had a better service at the Irvine Jiffy Lube, I will go there from now on. Dudes should know how to change their own oil. They should not be coming to this jiffy lube and hitting on girls in the lobby. Last time i went, at least the dude was polite, but another time i came, the Jiffy Lube guys (who are always awesome) asked me to verify my information, which they do every time, and they had the incorrect phone number so i gave them my new one... little did i know, creepy dude in the lobby was "taking note" of my phone number and sending me creepy text messages later that night. EW! Regardless of their creepy dude customers, jiffy lube is quick, attentive and if i complain about prices, they are quick to throw down discounts. Yesterday they offered me $15 off a $60 transmission service. Rad! Last oil change i got a buy one get one free. seriously! They're really nice, and great at what they do. These guys are fast, efficient, and accept my company enterprise fleet card. I was turned down by a local business down the street even though the website listed them, no worries because these guys were a block down and always do a great job on my company truck. All of the staff are friendly, have a sense of urgency to help you and get you the service you need. Lobby/waiting area is clean, has plenty of magazines from ESPN to gossip mags. Coffee and cold water are standard at most places, and this location has both. Clean restroom and comfortable lounge chairs. Super impressed by the quality of service here, don't think I can write more about how helpful they are without sounding like a broken record! read more

I really wanted to like this place because I read on the JiffyLube website that they are "fast and efficient." While that is true, the manager at this location sucked to put it frankly. He was trying to sell me every chance he had and charge me more than what I needed. I received my BA in business sales at UCLA, and I understand the business, but to lie and try and sell me on more product than I need is misleading and dishonest. That is the worst thing any business could be... Long story short, my car requires only 5 quarts of oil and they were trying to tell me it needed 8. I know cars and it's not that hard to look information up on the internet regarding how many quarts of oil your car needs, but the Mexican manager (I don't know his name) at this location was arguing with me to the point of trying to tell me I had a totally different engine in my car because he didn't want to admit he was wrong Now I was already planning on putting full synthetic oil in my car because I always do with every oil change, but 8 quarts was going to cost me $140 instead of the $70, 5 quarts I actually needed. I will never bring my business to this deceitful company again and I will tell all my friends and family the same. read more

I moved last year, so every time I need my car serviced I do a search for Jiffy Lube locations closer to my new location. However, the low ratings of other locations always give me pause, and I almost always end up driving the distance to come here instead. And I'm always greeted with huge, friendly smiles, excellent customer service, and professional, thoughtful car work. They are always patient in answering my car questions, and they go the extra mile. In fact, I came in today for an oil change and someone cleaned my dirty windows without me asking! DO NOT GO HERE! Awful. We went in to get a simple oil change and tire rotation. Our car was running just fine prior, but after we left, the power steering went out completely. We brought it back, and they said it was a reservoir for the power steering that went out, and to go to some guy they knew to get it fixed. However, when we brought our car to a trustworthy mechanic, the reservoir was fine and one of the tubes was CUT CLEANLY! DO NOT GO HERE! I am amazed that this place has good reviews, because they clearly want to screw you over to send business to a friend. There is zero way that a normal running car, that can steer normally prior, all of a sudden goes haywire out of the blue. They were nice enough to refund the tire rotation, but we could have been seriously hurt with them purposely altering the way the car steered. Do not trust them and go to a more trustworthy place. We will never go back, and you shouldn't either. read more

Went here for my second oil change and just like last time, I was well taken care of. Roger was super helpful and communicated effectively, providing me with an estimated wait time for the services and then reminded me they would be washing the windows and topping off my fluids as part of my service as well. He was super friendly as was the rest of the staff. At the conclusion of my services, Roger let me know my brake light was out and offered to replace it free of charge. Turns out I had an extra bulb, but he gladly and quickly changed it out for me. Awesome service. I'll definitely be back! read more
