Place is run by a little bitch. Long story short, they F'ed up my oil change, and won't own up to it. Guess a $480 reimbursement for damages done on their part is too much to handle. They put in the wrong oil filter and didn't put in enough oil. Only 1/4 of the oil was there. They're saying 3/4 of the oil in that tank burned up in 2,000 miles?? Really? So it's impossible their employees messed up. Freakin man up and own up to your mistakes. And after a proper oil change from Honda, weird how my car runs properly now.... read more

I happened to stop by because i was in the area. I was greeted by an asian guy with the weird raspy voice. My first time coming in on the weekend and my last time coming here ever!!!! I have had all of my oil changes at this Jiffy lube and this time they strip my oil pan drain plug and tell me it's my fault. This is the only place to remove and replace the drain plug in two years. Oh and 45 minutes for an oil change that I have to throw away on Monday because I have to replace the oil pan. Thank you jiffy lube for changing me $54.84 to brake my car. Great I just get home from an over 45 min oil change/pay someone to break my car and I have to fix my glove compartment because they didn't put it back on. The crew working today should be fired, take pride in your job/self or quit and do something else. read more

I wanted to go on Yelp and write a review on the pleasant experience I had here and I wasn't surprised to see all the wonderful reviews this place had. I've been to many other Jiffy Lube service areas and this one is by far the best. They go one step above the rest! Super fast and friendly service and they do not try to sell you on more services. I have been here a few times and this last time there were 3 cars ahead of me and I thought it would be a while. But no! I was out of there in a little over 20 minutes. The staff really hustles to get you out of there in time. David (I believe he is the manager) is such a friendly guy and super professional. The last few times I've been there he's always so helpful! You can't cut out the rest of the staff though cause they are all so nice! They greeted me as I came in and when I left. If you need to get an oil change go here! read more

This Jiffy Lube is great. The staff was in the middle of switching shifts and didn't skip a beat with giving us the attention we greatly appreciated. The oil change took 15 minutes as advertised. Took my 2014 sonata in to get it ready for a road trip and the service was prompt and without hassle. What made me write this review though is I forgot to have them replace my brake lights and I went in today to do so and they took care of that free of charge within 5 minutes after a neighboring jiffy lube refused to do so even thought I had the part with me. Went in for a quick oil change last week and after I got home, I realized that a steady puddle of oil was growing under my car. I took it directly back and let them know what was happening. They looked under my car and said that there was no leak - they could not find anything even remotely wet. One of the workers suggested that someone was playing a joke on me by throwing oil under my car. Seriously? The puddle continued to grow and so I took my car into another local repair shop this morning to have it checked. They let me know that Jiffy Lube had never replaced the gasket when they changed my oil. This location does not know what they are doing. They have cost me more time and money than I ever expected. Never going back and strongly suggest that you don't either. read more

When we pulled in there was no parking but Andrew quickly greeted, directed us in, and showed us to the waiting room where they had warm coffee and a great selection of magazines for my reading pleasure, ha ha.
