I showed up at 6:30 after class and he was still willing to assist me with my oil change even-though they were closing in 30min, and while still having other guest waiting. Service was on point and every worker was very professional. It is on the expensive side plus I use full synthetic oil which is always over $75 anywhere I go. I showed my Yelp $12 off coupon for checking in and it came down it about $110. Not bad and I was out in 15 minutes. Will definitely come back just for that quick oil change. read more

I had my oil changed here yesterday. The service was excellent! I arrived and was helped immediately. They pulled my car in, serviced it, I paid (used a coupon) and was pulling out in less than 20 minutes! I have been to other locations that were OK, but I was very impressed with how eager the staff was at this particular location to go above and beyond to help me. I was so impressed I told my husband to go here for an oil change (which he has been putting off) and we went by this morning. Excellent service!!! I've been regularly taking my car here for Signature oil changes, but today's experience was the best! I was greeted with a smile by David, who cleaned all my windows, vacuumed the inside of my car, reminded me of a transmission service that needs to be done, and took my coupon at check out. I like the way that Kyle called out each fluid he was changing/topping off. It made me feel confident that the job was getting done. Tony kindly checked my tire pressure too. Great team! After coming to this location, I stopped going to Landrover to get my car serviced for an oil change. Jiffy Lube is much more affordable and much faster! The BEST part about Jiffy Lube is that no matter the location, the customer service is always amazing. I desperately needed an oil change, wwaayyyy over on when I was supposed to come in, and I happened to be driving by one at 6:45pm and I saw they were open. I pulled in thinking they may turn me away, BUT NOPE!! They gladly told me to pull forward and would take care of me right away. Amazing service! The guys are very friendly, professional, and truly love their jobs! My Audi A6 Quattro 3.0 supercharged needed an oil change, and I went first to Valvoline ($135), too much $$$, then to Firestone ($130), again way too much $$$. I pulled into Jiffy Lube, it was only $86 for 7 quarts of oil my for Audi!!! I bought the special oil filter it needed at PepBoys ( who offered to change my oil, if I could wait 3 hours..umm, no). Jiffy Lube simply impressed me, had me in and out in what seemed like minutes. They definitely get 5 stars!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!! read more

This place "WAS" good in the past , took my car in for oil and filter . The shop was kind of messy and so were the people who worked there ! They said they changed the oil filter ,NO WAY ! Got home and I could see it was not changed, still dirty and no finger prints on the filter but plenty wherever they worked plus dripped oil in the engine compartment . The main problem was the oil was WAY OVER FILLED on the dip stick , Luckily I could siphon out the excess oil. They won't see me again ! read more

I was in need of an oil change but I was hesitant to get one done here since my local Jiffy Lube takes forever & I only had an hour to spare. Well I took the risk & decided to come in. I was pleasantly surprised. I was in and out of there within 35 minutes. David the manager quickly approached me & asked me to have a seat in the lobby while he looked over my car & one that arrived before me. When discussing my services he informed me of my options & explained exactly what my service included (oil change, oil filter change, topping off all fluids etc.) My local Jiffy Lube NEVER vacuums my car or clean my windows. Went here during lunch break from the office. Fastest oil change I've ever gotten. 10-15 minutes fast. Couldn't even get into a good flow on social media browsing by the time they were done. To be honest, makes me wonder if it was too fast? or why it takes so long at other places? **shrug** Reasonable price, super friendly staff. Can't imagine going anywhere else in the future though.
