Fantastic experience at this Jiffy Lube! Dropped my car off and walked over to Starbucks, by the time I got my drink and came back my car was already finished. They even vacuumed the floor and washed the windows. They made no attempt to upsell me or recommend items I knew I didn't need. By far the best experience I've had getting my oil changed. bf's been reminding me that we need to take our car in for an oil change and lo and behold, the groupon gods answered our oil change prayer and gifted us with an awesome deal from jiffy for full synthetic oil change. dropped by on a tuesday noon and the service bays were busy, but not backed up. we were quickly greeted by one of the many techs there and we headed straight into the customer lounge. the check-in process with david the manager was quick and easy, and we told him we had a groupon to redeem and the redemption process was quick and painless. we did not experience any up-selling and was in and out of jiffy lube in about 20 minutes. the customer lounge can use an update as the furniture is starting to look pretty rundown... but there are so many businesses around to walk to (e.g. sidecar donuts, sbux, etc.), so we opted to explore the area while we waited. everyone @ this jiffy were very courteous and friendly. the reviews speak for themselves! read more

Needed a quick oil change on an older vehicle we have so rather then spending $120 I opted to reach out to my local Jiffy Lube. This was my 1st time visiting Jiffy Lube or any quick oil change provider in probably 20 years! These days I typically stick to the dealership but WOW! Was I impressed with this service and process. I called and spoke to a Jonathan at the location nearest my home and he was really polite and helpful in taking me the cost for my specific vehicle, even offering me coupons to bring the cost down. Due to the vehicle being slightly high mileage Jonathon gave me 2 options 1) a standard oil change for around $40 w/ $13 off coupon or 2) a high mileage oil change for around $53 w/ $20 off coupon. He explained to me, because of the Covid restrictions, I could stay in the car and the whole thing takes about 8 mins. I drove in and Jonathon was there ready to help! The service was even quicker than expected and I'm pleasantly surprised with the efficiency. The dealers need to take a tip or 2 from how these guys do it! Great Job.... Thank you! read more

These guys are exactly what you're looking for. They're friendly, quick and they get your oil changed without a hassle. I've been to other Jiffy Lube's where they hard sell you on a million things; however, these guys keep it to a minimum. I know very little about cars and car maintenance and I was worried that as a young woman I could easily be taken advantage of since I'm not knowledgeable. I came here and was so happy I did! They took great care of me, they were honest about what I should pay for and what wasn't worth it (like different grades of oil) and the whole experience was so quick!
