Ive never written a review on yelp for anything. I usually just use it to look at pics of food so me and my girlfriend can figure out where to eat dinner yet here we are. I went there today and got the rainy day discount. Since my car takes fully synthetic oil, they gave me $18 off. I haven't been to jiffy lube in a long time but I thought they went above and beyond by cleaning all of my windows and vacuuming out my car. I started coming to this Jiffy Lube for oil changes over 2 years ago and continue returning because the guys working here are really personable and polite. I've only really had to wait once for my car and it wasn't very long either. I typically drop my car off and walk to a nearby place for coffee while I wait and it's always super fast. They do a great job reminding you of what maintenance your car may need based on miles and there is zero pressure to follow through if you tell them not today. Compared to other places I have gone, dealership included, these guys are so no fuss, quick, and fair that I will continue giving them my business. David and his team were so quick! I was just getting settled into the waiting area and then he came in and said that the car was finished! I went to get my oil change right after work, there was a car being serviced already and it was like 20 min till closing. Jonathan was the only one working, he came from under the car and was super nice and helped me to drive in the slot next to the car he was working on (Because of covid they are doin drive thru oil changes where you don't get out of your car). So Jonathon then continued working on the car next to me while I waited.. he apologized. N was super courteous over the fact that he was by himself n i had to wait... he took his time wit the previous customer and took good care of him.. then it was my turn he was efficient and quick doin my oil change... then he was super informative about some minor issues my car had and offered top off services n them checkin my oil levels in a week to see how bad my oil leak might be... i was extremely pleased wit Jonathan n the service here. read more

Upon arrival I was immediately acknowledged by staff and assisted. The customer service was excellent, they were attentive to my needs, and they kept me updated throughout my visit. I needed an oil change and an air filter replacement for which the wait time was minimal, service was great, staff was competent and explained everything in detail. These guys are the absolute best! Always greet you with a smile and friendly attitude and always go above and beyond to help. They're quick, efficient, and never try to upsell you on services you don't need. No appointment needed and never more than a 10 minute wait. These guys were great! David and Kyle helped me out and they let me stay on the car while they did everything because my daughter was asleep.. Even though she woke up when I pulled in they still didn't mind. Great customer service and they didn't try and sell me anything extra which I especially loved lol. As friendly as the service was, I do not recommend going here, especially as a young woman. I definitely got ripped off, paying $80 for my oil change after my $15 off coupon, on top of other charges. As many other yelpers have stated, they will rip you off if you are not an adult male. I advise learning your car and fighting for a reasonable cost, or going elsewhere. Been a regular here for a while and my oil change earlier reminded me why I will stay loyal for some time to come. A mistake on my part lead to the wrong oil being put in my BMW and I the asked manager if it was too late to do anything even though they just finished the oil change. He didn't even hesitate to drain it and put the correct oil in before I finished asking about it. Impeccable service and customer satisfaction, not to mention the comfy lounge they escort you to while they service your car. The local BMW Stealership should take note as I won't return to them anytime soon, great work guys! read more

This is by far my favorite Jiffy Lube to go to. The staff is exceptionally professional, attentive and polite. I've been coming here for years and through the different mangers (only 2, I've dealt with) the quality of the shop as remained the same, which is great. David the current manager is extremely helpful and even on my first visit with him as manager, honored a discount that I've been getting over my last few visits. I've never been pressured to buy unnecessary services and they encourage you to come by anytime to check your fluids and tire pressure. Outstanding service!!
