My car's light for a check-up has been on for a while. It counts down how many hundreds of miles you can still drive it before really having to take it into get its oil change and so forth, and it was down to its last 200 so I took it in. These guys were really sweet, they were incredibly fast (one of the fastest oil changes I've ever had), and it was reasonably priced! They also vacuumed the floors of my car and refilled the wiper fluid and everything! Definitely worth the visit. read more

Wow. I wouldn't usually write a review for somewhere with this many reviews - I have nothing new to say. But it's true - this place is awesome. I was in and out in 15 minutes. No one tried to upsell me. No one made me feel dumb for just getting basic stuff. No one said I needed some weird air filter or new brakes or whatever else I've been told I needed before. I appreciated how nice and friendly they were because I've been to other locations (Harvard and Main) where they are extremely rude (I showed up an hour before the closing time listed on their website and the guy told me they were closed and was sooo rude, won't go back there). Back to these guys though, Josh, Kyle and Thai were very friendly and courteous and probably the best part, they got my oil change done in like 10 mins! Def recommend. Wow. Expectations totally exceeded here for a quick oil change. In and out in under 30 minutes. Super friendly staff, especially Roger and David. No hard sell on any extras. Reasonable pricing. The Manager, David, even gave me a discount when my Yelp check-in coupon disappeared before I showed it to him. They of course changed the oil, and also topped off fluids and checked filters. They checked and adjusted my tire pressure. And they even vacuumed out my car. It looks better than when I drove in. I will absolutely be back next time I need service. I had an excellent experience today at this Jiffy Lube location. As a woman, I'm used to feeling ripped-off with most of my car-related business experiences. I did not feel that way here. I got the cheapest oil change and David, the manager, didn't guilt trip me about it. It was super fast and the waiting area had better magazines than my hair salon! Simple oil change can become a ridiculous up-sale game that most will cave on. I was prepared, my cell phone ready with a coupon, and something I had read twice to make sure I understood the terms. Apparently, I was a little too excited. The service was quick, simple, just what I needed, and I was on my way in literally ten minutes.
