The technician David was helpful and truthful when explaining what type of oil is needed for my car. He showed the information on the computer and also gave a $15 discount. Friendly people but slightly conveyed not the most accurate information about a transmission service. Was told to get a $200 transmission service during an oil change because first guy said every 30k miles it's needed. Second employee said it's every 50k miles. As a team wasn't consistent language which for a person with average car knowledge that isn't helpful. Went to my main mechanic and they said it's not needed right away and can be about every 75k miles. Honest auto care is always transparent on timing and need which is what we respect about them. I recognize needing to meet business goals but there is justice in keeping it honest. This specific jiffy lube wasn't in my top of experiences compared to another jiffy lube in Costa Mesa. read more

As I'm driving up, halfway in California, I notice a sound of wind and rocks clashing against sheet metal.
