They made me feel like I was bothering them, when I pulled up there were no other cars, and I pull up smiling and friendly and I was not greeted with the same. Mario really needs to work on his friendliness, he made me so uncomfortable and the only time he spoke to me was when he was trying to upsell me for something or charge me for something. They didn't make me feel welcome or valued. He also suggested I get a new cabin filter which had just been changed less than six months ago and it was perfectly fine. The person (I forget his name) who helped me deserves all the 5 stars in the world. I used Jiffy Lube roughly 4 months ago for an oil change. I totally forget that I choose the synthetic oil at the time. When I come in here to get an oil change the employee (again I'm sorry I forgot his name!) checked me in and looked my file up. He mentioned that I don't need an oil change at this time and that I could go up to another few months without changing it. He was super helpful and honest. He checked my fluids, topped them off and my tire pressure. I was in and out so fast. This place was great! read more

Awesome service! Extremely competent mechanics. Have been to other Jiffy Lubes and they haven't wanted to fix my car and at times didn't know how, turned me away. I came here and they ordered what they needed from another store and fixed my headlight so quickly for a good price. Then I was told by another Jiffy Lube that they wouldn't change my oil and it would cost $1,000 to replace my oil pan! Came to this location and German looked at it, ordered a $3 plug and fixed it and changed my oil! I'm stunned. These guys are a blessing. They're work is like miracles! read more

DO NOT GO FOR BRAKE REPAIR SERVICE - THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT IT. GOOD FOR OIL CHANGE Only-Some Staff gave unprofessional responses: no punctuality. Brake Pads replacement service took 3.5 hours after being told it will be done in 1.5 hours. When asked for an update after 2.5 hours, the Technician was rude and unprofessional and said it has not been 1.5 hours yet. I wish I knew his name. It seems like they DO NOT HAVE EXPERTISE in Brake Repair Service. On June 8, 2018, I took my Mercedes Benz 2010 C class to your establishment for a routine Synthetic Oil Change. I never take my car to Jiffy Lube but I really needed an oil change and figured it was something that they do standard everyday and there would not be an issue, even with a Mercedes. First off, I paid around $109 for a synthetic oil change and that was with a discount ( my current mechanic charges me half of that), at the time I did not have an another choice as I use my car for my job and I was long overdue, but I thought they were capable of handling a routine oil change. WRONG! They did not put my oil cap on properly and oil had spilled over my engine and as a result, when I was driving home, less than a minute after leaving, tons of smoke started to emit from my hood, it was not until I took my car back that they informed me of the oil cap not being secured and then indicated that they needed to wash off my engine for the excess oil was contributing to the smoke coming from my hood. When I brought my car back I did not feel comfortable with the service that was being corrected as their direct oversight of what I consider to be a small thing, left me feeling as if these mechanics do not know what they are doing in general, or on a German vehicle. As a result, I would not recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone as after mentioning this story, similar stories started to arise. Furthermore, perhaps because my colleague is a male, when a similar situation happened at another Jiffy Lube, their technicians were quick to rectify the issue and refunded him for the service performed. I believe management should be aware of this, as I made the mistake of thinking there was nothing to report but in reality I probably should have been refunded for my sub par oil change which could have contributed to catastrophic car problems . read more

I've been taking my cars to this Jiffy Lube since it opened some 20 years ago. The service is okay but half the time they don't print me a service reminder sticker. Today it happened again, with the usual excuse: their sticker printer suddenly stopped working somehow. When I complained, the workers just shrugged, saying there was nothing they could do. The worst Jiffy Lube ever, I was there for oil change and tire rotation. Everything started very smoothly and after 40 mins, there was a guy who works at JB told me that all service are completed, and I was about to pick up my car And when I open the car door I saw there were papers and receipts all over my car seats and I asked the guys, what is going on? Caesar needs to get promoted. I got an oil change there 2 months ago, they over tightened the oil filter housing so it cracked. I had to buy a new one so I called jiffylube if I could get reimbursed, the manager said he needs all the information written and receipt so I sent everything to him in email. He said he has told corporate and I should get a check in 2 weeks which I never did. So I emailed back, no reply. I called looking for the manager, he picked up and I explained this happened and he said he will take a look in his inbox and will reply, I waited 2 days, no reply. I called again, manager wasn't there, Caesar helped me, he said he will contact corporate and they will send me a check in a week, which didn't happen; then he called me to follow up asking if I received a check. I told him I didn't so he told me he has asked district manager for permission to refund me in store, so he had me go in to pick it up after I've waited for almost 2 months! Caesar provided the best customer service a local jiffy lube could ever have. The next time I go I would ask him to service my car but not the manager. Caesar is very kind, patient and responsible. This place is a joke!!! I came In a couple of days ago because I work walking distance from here and I needed a new battery. Today 6/1/2019 I came in AGAIN . I went to Nissan (where I usually take my car) because my car wouldn't start. Nissan dealerships told me my battery was bad! I came to jiffy lube so they can reimburse me and Cesar was "helping" me. First and foremost a unhappy customer. Cesar walked away from me while I was talking calmly and said he did t have to help him because I had an attitude! WHAT!?!?!? Obviously I was upset because I kept telling me him that the battery was bad and he kept saying I was wrong that they did not give me a bad battery. He continue to tell me that he didn't have to help me and that he was NOT getting the manager. I told him I was calling corporate and he said he did t care and to go ahead. I will be calling corporate about both cesar and Joel at this location. By the way a manager never ever approached us to see why we were u happy or if there was anything they could do. Had a seamless and quick oil change today for my little Prius over my lunch break. With my Yelp check-in discount, it came out to $71 with the upgraded premium oil, which is longer lasting and overall better choice in the long haul care for the car so I opted for that. Service was a gleaming five stars! The staff are friendly and honest, and they even wiped down my dusty windows which was totally unexpected. And, it was maybe 10 minutes total with no wait today. Lastly, their sticker for oil change is much better than the handwritten one I got from the Toyota dealership because it's printed and won't fade as easily as the sharpie one did. Typical jiffy lube bad service. Came here for just the oil change and they tried to upsell me to have them replace the air filter that I just replaced. In their haste they forgot to replace 2 bolts holding up a plastic underbody panel on my car. Driving through a puddle on a rainy day the water caused the panel to bend and now it's damaged. They don't know what they're doing and try to get you to pay for things you don't need. I really wished the midas next door wasn't booked up that day. read more

I was disappointed overall in this location's high pressure sales tactics and shady business accounting techniques (i.e. "We're charging you for parts, even though we're not giving you any parts, but that charge line will come off when we adjust the estimate later.") I brought my own oil and filter in here and just wanted labor from Jiffy Lube. They charged me for their "signature service" anyway, and even though the labor on the billing sheet was only $19, their computer still charged me $33 for the labor and $14 in mystery "parts" which didn't exist. The sales guy claimed even though I was only asking for labor, "the computer" made him charge $33. I should have walked away but I didn't have time to go somewhere else. Their only redeeming factor leading to the second star is they WERE fast, I was in and out in ten minutes. Still, this location needs a check from the corporate ethics team on their billing practices and why "the computer" tells them to charge for phantom parts which don't exist. read more

They got the job done, though there was a 30 minute wait. I moseyed on over to Jack in the Box for some jalepeno poppers in the meantime. The check-in deal here gave me a discount on my oil change. $20 instead of about $35-40. But, then I also rotated my tires and changed the radiator fluid (at least I think that's what it was). The thing I don't understand is why people complain that they "talk you" into getting those added services. It says right in their system that those services are factory recommended, per X amount of miles. For instance, Toyota suggests I change radiator fluid every 50,000 miles. I hit 56,000 so it makes sense to me. There are tire rotation milestones as well. Are they lying about the factory suggestions? Because I highly doubt they would get away with that. The only thing I can see people get suckered for is the wiper blade replacement and air filter replacement. But if you talk to them, you'll realize that those two things are more for your own convenience than the car's health. Rotating tires and the engine fluid is more about the car's sake--(over heating). Correct me if I'm wrong because I don't know anything about cars, but Jiffy Lube seems legit to me. I came here during a Tuesday afternoon and my oil change was done within 15 minutes. After arriving there, four workers all crowded around my Honda Civic and started performing the necessary maintenance checks. They changed my oil pretty fast. I had a book with me since I thought it would take an hour or so but nope, I only read about a couple pages of it before one of the workers approached me. Maybe it's because I was their only customer during that time or maybe they always have this terrific of customer service, but one of the mechanics showed me my filters and how dusty and dirty they were. He advised me to change my filters and my windshield and explained it all to me. It was really nice since I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. Went in here for a simple oil change. I was pretty firm at first to go for the cheapest oil they had, but they said previously once I went synthetic, I should stick with synthetic. Thus, costing me more than twice the amount of a regular oil change. Their speed and efficiency can't be beat and I've come during what I would assume to be peak hours with little to no wait at all. Used this location a lot in the past. Never again. Typical deal sell me an air filter ya go ahead change it. They lost the screws that hold the air box together and tried using some random screws that were way too shall in diameter and we're doing nothing. Air box was left not right running non filtered air. Luckily I checked their work. Makes me really question the rest of the job. Scratch on fender as well all the way through the paint to the bare metal. Reset my fuel filter life instead of oil change life on my dash....This is an expensive vehicle at 60k and I work hard for it. So upset. I run a repair business myself. Showed up on Saturday 8/6 around 5 pm. As I pulled up I asked if they were still open the guy there (shaggy long hair didn't get name) says yes but doesn't allow me to bring the car up for the oil change. He explains that the engine is making a strange noise. It's the AC but he insists it's the engine running dry. He asks if I've ever been there before I say yes and he says I haven't because I have a Valvoline sticker on my car from my last oil change months ago. Like what? Ok I try to explain that my sticker shows when I need my next oil change and he continues to insist that I got my oil changed on the date on the sticker. Maybe listen to your customers? Him and another worker then proceed to check under the hood and my dad then gets out to look as well. My dad wipes a couple leaves off the car and one of the workers says not to do that because that's littering and they have to pick it up. At this point I'm FED UP with the rudeness. They insist they can't work on it because of the noise. Headed to Valvoline where they proceeded to do quick professional work. This was one of the WORST customer service experiences ever but I'm glad I didn't give them my money. Go elsewhere folks! read more

Man i really need to start changing my oil myself, but since im too lazy i go to jiffy lube. The service is quick and im sure its good quality (its a freaking oil change). If your weak-minded, gullible, easily sold, or a woman you might want to skip this place. THEY WILL try to sell you on extra stuff. If you never figured out how to say no to someone before then i think getting talked into a $20 pair of wiper blades is the least of your worries. Go on the website to get a $21.99 for an oil change coupon (either print it or have it texted you) - if you apply it to a more expensive oil change it just effectively gives you $16 off whatever price. All I needed was an oil change. They had it done in 15 minutes and topped off my windshield wiper fluid. No complaints at all. read more
