I got out of work a little bit late. I am usually off at 5pm. I got off closer to 6pm and was able to get to this location around 6:30pm. They close at 7pm and I offered to come a different day but they insisted on helping me out right then. I really appreciated that as my schedule can get pretty hectic. I dealt with a man named Robert. He was extremely kind and attentive. Very polite and well mannered. I would recommend anyone to come to this location as the employees really seem to care about their customers. P.S. Absolute trash. If you drive a foreign made car literally go anywhere else. As previous reviews have stated they will do anything to make extra money. I came in for an oil change. My car was missing a passenger side intake hose before I took the car into jiffy lube and they took me outside to the garage while my car was getting worked on to show me where the intake hose was missing on my engine. I asked if they had the intake hose in stock, they told me yes. I was surprised given the part needs to be special ordered from Mercedes, but I told them okay put on the part since they have it. My next stop after jiffy lube was to my mechanic to get the intake hose ordered and installed on my car, but since they told me they had it in stock I figured why not kill two birds with one stone. Instead of putting the new intake hose on my car as they verbally told me they were going to do, they put new air filters on my car. Additional $50 charge. It was unnecessary to put on the new air filters, especially knowing it was missing an intake hose. I have since replaced both intake hoses and my car and it still undriveable. It rough idles and accelerates with my foot on the brake. I have been unable to drive it since I took it to jiffy lube two weeks ago. The rough idle and acceleration has put me in extreme danger while driving, nearly causing accidents. All for a $50 unnecessary charge. It now has to be towed to our trustworthy mechanic due to how badly it drives and will be a costly repair. To be clear, my car drove fine with no idle issues before it was taken to jiffy lube. They shouldn't have put the air filters on the car knowing it was missing the intake hose. The unethical practices of these mechanics for small amounts of monetary gain will catch up to them. I know they'd be upset if the safety of their daughter or wife or loved one was put in danger for a measly $50 upcharge. They also put a sticker in my car with a phone number at the bottom that was not mine or the jiffy lube store number. Which just shows how careless they are. My father has the same sticker in his car from jiffy lube and there's no phone number at the bottom indicating this is not common company practice. I always service my car at the dealer or a trusted mechanic but I figured how badly could they mess up an oil change. Pretty badly. Don't go here. Also don't trust any up charges they try to add onto your service. They messed up my car, made it undriveable, and put my safety in danger all for an air filter upcharge. After my initial visit a couple of days later, I was contacted and reassured that this was not the way the company is run and basically not to chop down the tree because of one or two bad apples. I was assured that I would be compensated. When I got home and was able to check the manual, I saw that it was far too soon to replace the filter, so I went back to the shop and I got them to give me a refund. I went to this Jiffy Lube as I normally do, but this morning I had a really bad experience and they lost a valued customer. First, they put the wrong oil in my truck. My truck is a 5.7L Hemi that takes 5W20 oil. I requested to get the Synthetic blend. They added 0W20 and told me at check out. I told them the 0W20 oil is for the 3.6L and manufacturer recommendation for the 5.7L is 5W20. So they drained my oil and replaced it with 5W20. Upon checkout, I asked for a discount due to the extended wait and the kid says, "Oh I added full synthetic so I upgraded your oil and I'll charge you for the synthetic blend!" I was born at night, not last night so I explained to him, there was no way I could confirm that he added full synthetic and again requested a discount. He then said, "Ok, I'll go drain the oil yet again and then give you a discount!" By now, I've spent over an hour at Jiffy Lube because of their mistake and told him to nevermind. I then asked to speak to a manager and when I explained the situation to the manager, he said, "Oh sorry, I was at lunch and don't know what happened." Which I know he just lied to my face because I saw him out on the floor working. Jiffy Lube, get your sh*t together. Your employees have no idea how to treat customers. A simple $20 discount could have rectified all of this, but instead you lost a valued customer and I for sure will be going to your competitors. Not only that, I overheard some of the guys laughing at me and making rude and ignorant comments. Just so that this wasn't just a coincidence, I've been here three times and each time it happened. I asked that they only change the oil and oil filter. Result: they top off other fluids, add air to my tires, and start vacuuming. Doesn't sound bad, right? Well... They overfilled my engine oil. All of my tires were overfilled by 10lbs My power steering fluid overflowed. I wondered if this was an isolated bit of bad luck on my part. So I started telling people about my experience at Jiffy Lube. I was amazed at how many people had bad experiences to share. A cashier in Oregon told me they stripped his oil pan screw. A tow truck driver in Huntington Beach told me he tows cars from Jiffy Lubes regularly. A friend told me they damaged his car. Obviously this company has an image problem earned through a lack of quality control. And yes, they have been sued before. Google it. My family and I have been to this location for the last 5 years and had no issues until today. Took my car to get an oil change and of course towards the end they ask me if I want my car filter changed and that one of my headlights is out, I kindly declined for both. Everything was fine till maybe an hr later I was on the freeway and I heard a bunch of rattling sounds under my car so that OBVIOUSLY scared me so I pulled to the side to check out what's going on..... and what do you know.. they didn't screw in my skid plates under my car... so called them and they said they'd fix it just come back which I did ! I pulled in and they told me they have to use some zip ties so it doesn't hang.... I did not give them my car with any zip ties and Carlos explained that sometimes the bolts are old and have wear & tear so it probably fell off while I was driving & they originally had an issue with closing it after changing my oil. They did not COMMUNICATE that with me whatsoever about any of the bolts... Like why did they let me drive off with "old bolts" and not zip tied it to be double safe???????? They explained to me my filters needed to be changed and my headlights are out BUT nothing else. He apologized for the inconvenience and obviously did not know what to say. He said that I'd probably have to get new skid plates and they can install that for me without any charge! Like sir skid plates are maybe about $100??? so with this all being said I'd just go elsewhere if I were you. read more

I stop by on Thursday the 8th of August, two day ago for oil change ( I usually go to the Irvine the one on main st but they're system was down ) that's why I went to Tustin . It was 5:10 pm . The man working inside asked me if I was in the jiffy lube system like a customer? I told him yes, but I was there because the other one was out temporarily. Then the man started complaining about the one of Irvine and acuses them of laying and not wanted to work . He aware me of having another two cars before me and told me he couldn't not change the oil of my car and complain about time. "They are as slippery as the oil in their hands..." is what a co-worker tells me about this place. Others warned me of their high pressure sales. " Hey dude they may strongly suggest you need an air filter, wiper blades, and stock in their company (just kidding)"... I needed an oil change and tire rotation and was ready to say "No" on anything else. And surprisingly, they didn't try to up sell this time. They were smart enough to tell that my car is new and didn't need that other stuff. I also asked how long it would take. They were busy at 9 AM on Saturday morning, and said 45 minutes. It actually took an hour so that wasn't too bad. Lastly, people told me to watch them to make sure they actually put oil in the car and that the tire pressure was accurate. I did check both before leaving, and they performed okay. . They have, a TV in the waiting room, internet access, and some magazines. There is also a Jack in the Box next door. They have an LA Times and OG Register newspaper vending machine. Between all that and my Blackberry, even a slightly type A personality like me didn't get too bored. This is by far the most convenient place to get a routine oil change in my area. I'm good for 5,000 miles, before I have to deal with this again. Overall three stars. read more

Needed an oil change - and it was Yelp to the rescue. Looked up oil change and mapped their location right on my smart phone. Pull up, give them my information and right off the bat, it was upselling, but in a subtle way. I believe the question was posed: "Your wipers okay?" Told him yes and went into the waiting room. While waiting, one more attempt: "Your oil level was low and you should flush the system. It's only $59.99". Upselling is part of their job and their job is to service the vehicle. BUT then he said I needed this and that, yes sure my car is a piece of junk but since i was in a rush i told him no i have to go. if i didn't have work, i can see him trying to force me to get it. well he said i need new filters, my coolant was low, my engine needed flushing, tires needed to be rotated, etc. like a lot of crap. so i had my bf check out my car, bought coolant. well guess what?! MY COOLANT DIDN'T NEED REFILLING. It was at the right limit. And you know what, I had my tires rotated (because i have lifetime warranty) few months ago. After I left Jiffy Lube, having had my oil changed, my engine started to smoke from the hood. My nephew who understands cars checked the oil and it was black, as well as there was oil all over the engine and that's what was causing the smoking, as they had not screwed on the cap correctly. We took it back and they promptly, without checking my record of being there, or looking at my receipt, said they would remedy the problem so they put more oil in and said it was OK so after we left, we noticed there was a slow leak coming from my car over a period of a few weeks. My nephew checked the oil level, and it was down quite a bit, so assuming there might be an oil leak somewhere in the engine we took it to another mechanic who said the bottom plug had not been screwed on tightly and it was leaking from there and that the oil was dark again and this was only a few weeks after taking it back to Jiffy Lube. The mechanic took care of the problem and replaced the oil again, costing me more money. I would never recommend this place. read more

This jiffy lube tries to scam you like no one's business. Told me something was wrong with my battery when there wasn't. Told me I needed an oil change when I didn't. BROKE my glove box and didn't tell me. STOLE the top cover for my battery- which didn't need to be checked nor did I express any concerns about. Reset all my dash settings that didn't need to be reset. Returned my car to me with the driver seat all the way back thankfully my drink had a lid or else it would have spilled all over me. I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for years. I came to the Jiffy Lube on Edinger in Tustin and I'm told that to top off my oil I will be charged $8 per quart. I still have another 2000 miles to go until I change the oil. Daniel is the person who helped me and he had major attitude. I will not return to this place.
