We pulled off to the nearest lot and after my husband tried to remove the tire and realized he was in too much pain, due to needing a hip replacement, he called the Jiffy Lube across the street. DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE!!!!! I went to get my oil changed and asked about recharging my AC. They said they can do it and that it would take another 20 minutes. The AC worked well that day. I go to use it again later and it doesn't blow any cold air. So I take it back and ask for my money back. The manager looks at it and says he can't refund the money since it leaked out. When they recharged it they said there were no leaks. Do not trust them with your car!!!! This place is a total waste of money!!!!! Went here for an oil change recently and have been here a few times prior. This past time, after I dealt with the attempted upsales on a battery and cabin air filter, I got in and started the car, and was hearing noise coming from th cabin air filter area behind the glove box. I told them, they finally got to where I said it was coming from (after popping my hood and checking there) and said oh, looks like a paper got back there and was hitting the fan. What?? A paper happened to get back there, that wasn't there before, when they pulled out my cabin air filter to tell me how "dirty" it was and tried to upsell me. You had 1 job guys. 1 job. I don't even want to give them one star! The lady who said she was the manager blatantly lied to try to con me into paying more money. I came in with NO car problems but just needing an oil change. "All of a sudden" she's telling me my battery is completely dead and they've tried but they can't get it to jump start ... "you'll just have to get a new battery from us!" I said no way, there was nothing wrong with the battery and I was calling AAA. While on the phone with AAA, she came back in and "oh, we were actually able to get it started after all!" (Ironic ...) Sure enough, AAA came out and I had them check the battery ... THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY BATTERY! He says it looked like it had been improperly disconnected ... Oh, and the woman had also tried to tell me that a maintenance light was on and the code was for needing a tire rotation. I'm going to double check, but in all the care I've had, and talking to many people, I've never heard of a light for a "tire rotation." She was out to scam for money. I have a fleet vehicle and I came hear to get an oil change. But since I have a fleet vehicle they look for issues. Well this time they happen to find that my brakes are a little worn. They told me about the brakes and I asked how long it was going to take. (They are only doing the front) They told me about 40 min which is ridiculous in its self because I could do all 4 in about an hour in my driveway. But since this is a fleet vehicle my company will not let me work on it myself. After about an hour I asked them what was taking so long. They said that they had the wrong parts and we're waiting for the correct ones to be delivered. At least inform your customer of what Is going on. Maybe I have somewhere to go. I've been at this location for 3 hours now and I had to have them put the old brake pads back on. Only thing that was competed was an oil change and my time wasted. read more

Very disappointing...they "talk a good talk " but the service is poor..and their staff is not qualified. Had a problem after the change...and the mechanics all were puzzled and could not resolve the issue... My recommendation: you get a "inexpensive " oil change by an inexperienced staff. I just went in to have my car checked out after it was hit by a debris on the freeway. Gary who works there had it checked out and gave an honest feedback and thankfully it was a quick fix. Horrible experience, thought I give this place a second chance but still regretting ever taking my car here. I should have read the reviews prior to coming here. This was the first time taking my new car here after being serviced by the dealer the initial two times. The front office personnel is nice and attentive but the technicians are a joke. Got the top of the line synthetic oil change as my car only takes this type of oil. The lady said it comes with a complimentary interior vacuuming which I never got --instead I see grease hand and boot marks all over my interior, grease on my front and back bumpers from the tire rotation they performed. Upon cleaning the front bumper grease mark I notice a big deep scratch in the paint--I assume it's from rolling the tires recklessly back and forth. In addition, all of my personal belongings and a few shopping bags were taken out of the trunk and put back carelessly with shopping items smashed. Another big thing I noticed days later was that my child car seat back support strap was unbuckled from the back--from the technicians unlocking the break lock in the trunk. No one ever mentioned anything to me. Truthfully, I'm scared to investigate further and find other things gone wrong with the service --like missing bolts, dipsticks left out or air filters not put back- as other unsatisfied customers have experienced. Only time will tell any further damage done to my vehicle. Needless to say I won't be back to another jiffy lube. read more

I had a very pleasant time at this Jiffy Lube! I was running errands on a Saturday afternoon, and of course, had to get my oil changed. I brought my own oil and oil filter, as I was going to do it myself at home, but you are not able to outside an apartment. Well worth my time to go to Jiffy Lube. It only cost about $22 to get it changed. Lauren was so welcoming. They had coffee, donuts and WIFI for their customers. I sat down, read my book and had some coffee. Not too long later, my car was ready. Johnny was awesome and very helpful. He gave me a print out of car repair suggestions, and showed me my car's oil level before I left. Very efficient. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Worst experience of my life. The 5 star reviews have to be fake. I went in just to get an oil change, there for 2 hours when it is not busy. I finally ask what's going on, AND THEY LOST MY KEY. Was such a big hassle, and they literally had no clue what to do. If I didn't live down the street and have a spare they would have been completely screwed. I had to take matters into my hands, They eventually paid for me to have a spare made 5 days later. After they did a engine coolant flush on my car they neglected to fill it with coolant. After I picked up my car - my heater stopped working and after a few days I brought it back to them to check it out. they had the car 3 days... could NOT figure out what was wrong yet wanted to start charging me for service I did not need because they did not know the problem. I immediately drove it to RB automotive and they knew instantly that there was no coolant. not only that - the oil dipstick was broken in my engine. They do not want to reimburse me for the cost of my repairs even though it was completely all their negligence. COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE ON THEIR PART AND they wanted to charge me more money to do more work on my car for NOTHING!! SHAME ON YOU JIFFY LUBE! read more

My car now smells like burnt oil. These unprofessional morons overfilled my car and spilled oil everywhere , somehow got oil on my windshield wipers so it's now on my windshield too. I'll have to get the engine steam cleaned to hopefully get rid of that nasty oil smell . It's unbelievable that an oil change store can't do their job. read more

On October 25, 2016 I took my nephews car in to have the oil changed. Chris was the gentleman who helped me. He was through, honest and kind. They were done faster than I expected. They did not try to up-sell me or tell me anything else was wrong. FYI my nephew just had the car checked before he deployed to the middle east so I knew all I needed was the oil change. I went in yesterday after calling. Told me 30 minutes. Nope. Well over an hour. Then the add on sale. Needed extra quart and air filter. When done I specifically asked if they wiped everything down so there will be no oil leaks on my drive way. Nope ,oil all over my driveway. I went back in today to have them check oil level and check filter and drain plug. I also asked them to clean it up so it would not leak again. Went home cleaned driveway. Opened hood to look around and found a cap. Hopefully from oil bottle. Went out two hours later and found more oil on my driveway. For about the same price I could have went to the Ford dealer with no problems and a free wash. Do your self a favor, go somewhere else. read more
