I've been taking all my vehicles to this Jiffy Lube for years, They always provide great service at a great price. They check all your fluid levels and not just that they are full. Some fluids wear out like brake fluid or coolant. The use test strips to get a real answer if you need to change it or not. They show the condition but they do not pressure you. A while ago they saved me over $120 because they told me my battery was about to die and it was under warrantee. I went straight to sears and got one for free!! Called after going to a few places asked the wait time , 5 minutes ! So I rushed over leaving my spot in line at sears auto to get the oil changed here even though it was double the price. Get here and they ask if I was in a rush. I replied no why the lady on the phone said 5 minutes he was like no more like an hour and a half. Wowzas they must have gotten a ton of cars in the 6 minutes it took me to get there. The guy then said his manager likes to down okay the wait time. Yeah I'd say. I was told that the power steering belt and another belt were in bad condition. The representative told me one of the belts was so frayed and it was the one that controls my car that I needed to get it replaced right away. I was to be charged $70 per belt and about $300 in labor. I was short on time that day, so I opted to not have the service done. I decided to go to Auto Zone to locate the parts I needed I was able to get both belts for about $45 when I was going to be charged $140 for them! I was also able to see a different mechanic who just charged me $60 to do the install. Not only that, when the mechanic did the job, he showed me the belts and they were fine. They barely had any issue and the associate told me it was urgent and made it seem dangerous to drive my car. I was going to be charged $440 worth of work that DID NOT NEED TO EVEN BE DONE. Instead I paid $105 thanks to me doing my own research. I feel like its just because I am a woman that they think they can lie and pressure me into performing work even when its not necessary. This is so unethicial and wrong. You are taking advantage of your customers. I will not be returning to this location and perhaps to any Jiffy Lube ever again. Don't even know where to start. I've already been here over an hour. Only customer here. Didn't have my oil filter on hand even though it's the most popular truck in America. Didn't know where the oil filter was located under the hood. 4-5 guys standing around with nothing to do. Says my truck needs 6 quarts so that will be about $19 extra. I buy 6 quarts of the best Synthetic for $30-$35 at the store. After 1 1/2 hrs it's about $100 for an oil change even though I used a groupon. Take your car somewhere else! I went by this jiffy lube today after I got off the freeway to go home. Thankfully they weren't busy so I was able to get quick and easy service. There was one guy in particular that was very helpful, his name was Gary. He helped determine that my car was indeed a four wheel drive, so they were able to proceed with the work that needed to be done. Now my car runs like a champ! I foolishly thought I could get an oil change / break inspection ( I specifically asked them to do this) on my HOUR long lunch break. I showed up to the Westminster Jiffy Lube at 12:00 pm on the dot. There was around five other cars there waiting to be serviced. I knew it would be at least 30 minutes so I walked across the street to grab a quick bite to eat. On my return, I noticed that no one was working on my car in fact there was around 5 employees just standing around talking to each other. I sat there and waited, once 1:00pm rolled around I started to get really frustrated. I walked out to check what was going on, the guy casually told me 5 minutes longer. I finally saw them pull my car out. The manager (person in charge?) took his sweet time walking in to charge me. I asked him if it usually takes an HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES TO GET A BASIC OIL CHANGE at his location. He said that it was because they were having trouble with another car, I don't see why that has to affect my experience. I got in my car without an apology. Upon noticing that they hadn't informed me if my breaks were okay or not, I got out of the car to check, because I did not want to make a return trip later. The manager asked his employee who checked and the employee dubiously said their fine. The manager did not seem to trust him so he got under my car to check them himself. This was nice, but it wasted more time when I was already late. I did not feel like my business was valued at this location. In fact the fact that I asked them about when my car would be done, really seemed to annoy them. I live approximately 3 minutes from this location and I will never ever return here. read more

I was very very happy with the services I received here! I just bought a very used car and took it in for a small part of a tune up. The staff were so friendly and very hard working, and fast! The manager was able to answer all of my questions in surprisingly great detail, she even drew me a ton of pictures to help me see what she was talking about, and she even showed me on the car exactly what she was talking about and I could see it all myself. Together we made up a plan for the other services I will want and need in the future, and I never felt pressure to get anything done that I didn't feel was necessary. I've came to this place since I was a kid. I brought my new truck into there for the first time for a oil change. Did Mobile oil for well over hundreds dollars. Take my truck home and park it for the week since I only drive it 1-2days a week. Sure enough I come out to drive it and there is a large oil stain on my brand new drive way. I bring it in and the manager says sorry they left residual oil on the skid plate. The fix for this is for me to go buy some kitty litter... my drive way is 4weeks old and was very expensive... safe to say this is my last trip there and they will be getting a bill soon..... read more

I am a customer for life!! This place is truly special and here is why: I got to the shop with a tire seconds from blowing out on me, literally minutes from them closing. They took me in, stayed over an hour later after their closing time to put the spare on and ensure that I get home safely. Lauren the manager and Gary the mechanic did an outstanding job considering my tires had the locks on and my key to unlock them was broken. The mechanics on duty teamed up and got that fixed. They broke their own tools, stayed over an hour late without charging me a dime!!! This kind of service is hard to find! I went in to get my breaks fixed from when another Jiffy Lube not only put in the wrong part but also put it in wrong. The manager Lauren did an amazing job understanding my situation and working with me so that I didn't have to come out of pocket. I've been coming to this jiffy lube for a long time now and have seen a change in staff numerous times. First time I've been here since Lauren has been working here. She is very friendly and nice. They also placed a new massage chair in the waiting room, and toys for young kids to play with. The massage chair is awesome, I was looking for a dollar to put in the machine ( since all we use these days is plastic) and turns out I didn't have one. The moron who's job it was to jump inside my truck and start it up, thought he was he was mr. coolguy and revved up my engine wayyy before the oil pressure was up. I guess he thought it sounded cool. I complained to the manager and he told me that was standard procedure to make sure that there were no oil leaks and to make sure the oil pressure went up. Came here for an oil change and as I was driving I saw a billboard saying they had a coupon for $15 off. So I came onto Yelp and sure enough, there was a coupon! I was worried about whether they would let me use it if it was on my phone or if they would say, no you have to print it out, but the guy was really, really nice and let me use it! So it came out to $25 for my oil change! They were fast, friendly and didn't pressure me at all to do all the other things that they said needed attention like my air filter and what not. They then gave me a free car wash coupon which i used that same day!!! So, overall this place is great and I will definitely be coming back!!! read more

DO NOT GET YOUR BRAKES DONE HERE! I love the customer service and have gotten oil changes here but I made the mistake of paying $150 for a rear brake job that took hours. I noticed they now made a thumping sound I never heard before. I got a second opinion and it turns out they didn't clean and lube the brake system afterward which is a standard. I brought my 3 years old Mazda 3 here and everything was fine at first. I usually go to my dealer but I had a busy month and jiffy lube was near the house. They came up to me and asked for the extra service I don't usual need. Said my air filter was dirty after I already got it service the last oil change. Here's the big problem: I need full synthetic in my skyactiv engine and it allows me to drive up to 7,000 miles until my next oil change. I drove for another 7,000 miles until I went to my Mazda dealer my next oil change and they told me the last place forgot to put back my air filter. I drove for 7,000 miles with dirt and debris going straight into my engine. I was furious. I heard all these horror stories with quick lubes but never thought I'd face one. I'm writing this because now my car system keeps jumping out of traction and the traction light comes on when my RPM reaches 4K. This made my car slow down in the middle of the freeway and I had to keep pulling to the side to restart my car. The problem came again and again with shorter intervals until I went to the dealer. The dealer said it's probably due to so much dirt entering the intake to the throttle body. When I step on the gas the dirt and such is making it to hard on the car. Luckily I have warranty and I asked for the throttle body valves to be clean and the dealer said it was very dirty. The problem is fix and I drove another 5k and it hasn't happened again. All these visit to the dealer and time wasted was because of this jiffy lube and their stupid way of trying to make a quick buck out of my air filter and decided to keep it. If I didn't have warranty, it would have cost me so much more. Don't waste your time here. Don't waste your time at any quick lubes. Do it yourself or go to a trusted mechanic. I go to my Mazda dealer because I bought my car there and feel that they will do their job, and if not, I have warranty and a record of services I did there. read more

Came in on a Tuesday for a oil change and only 2 cars were being serviced at the moment so it wasn't busy. Got helped right away by Demetrius (idk if I spelt that right) who gave me excellent customer service and even had a pleasant conversation on the way in. He found that some coolant was splashed on the tubes and went ahead and did a free check. Turns out everything was fine, I topped it off a week earlier so that's most likely on my part. Service was fast and what I got most from this experience is the customer service. Demetrius provided me with all the information I needed and more about my vehicle.
