Unfortunately this Jimmy John's location has been on a long decline due to mismanagement at the corporate level, as shared by insiders. For the past couple years (including pre-pandemic), this location has been understaffed and is frequently closed for days or WEEKS at a time with no signage or online updates posted. Every time they reopen, the super sweet employees are forced to cover for corporate's mismanagement and take the brunt from upset customers. It's time to either bring someone serious in to turn things around or shutdown this location. My husband's company was working the Golden Globes this past weekend and he completely overlooked planning lunch delivery for them on Sunday. It was a crunch for time as many workers would have their lunch at 11:30 - 11:45am. I placed an online order for catering [about 30+ people]. The minute they open, I received a call from their staff that they may be able to fulfill the order due to timing and size.. I began to panic. I asked that they do what they could. He said he'd call me back. I'm sure they scrambled, but by 11:45ish their driver and another staff person arrived. They did an amazong job and the quality of the food did not suffer. There were a couple of snags with my order but they fixed it right away. I think the team did above and beyond. I would recommend them if u have an order. The food doesn't show up until 1:20. Checking Google maps, the Jimmy John's I ordered from is only 15 minutes away by walking. The sandwich had good flavor but very lean on the fillings, which made it considerably smaller than a comparable Jersey Mikes sub If you want speed, Jimmy John's gets five stars. My colleagues were so excited about this location opening up so close to our office, so naturally, I was stoked to try the sandwiches. The staff was friendly and the place clean, so my first impression was good. I ordered the Vito Unwich and brought it back to my office. The Unwich was tasty and fresh, and I really enjoyed it, however, I was still STARVING after I ate it. There's simply not enough meat in there to make me full. Now, I typically eat a salad every day for lunch, so it's not like I need carbs to satisfy me. I tried JJ's again for lunch a few weeks later and ordered double meat...which made me kinda satisfied? Convenient location on the corner of Charleville and Beverly dr across from Champagne/GNC. They are really fast, first time I ordered from here, the sandwich is ready for me like 2 mins after I paid. You can order online too. I ordered a Roast beef 8" with wheat is made with the wheat toast, not banquette, taste pretty good and although it's not as big as the banquette it's actually pretty filling, and their lettuce and vegetables definitely taste fresher/crisper to me. One little thing though, I understand the employees are trying to keep the store clean, but they cleaned the table/window/door three times during my less than hour lunch after 2pm which isn't that busy, the smell of windex is really not that pleasant when you are eating a sandwich and chips. read more

I love this place. But I knocked off a star because I called 4 times over the last hour and couldn't reach them. It must have been a phone issue. I now have a ruined shirt thanks to this debacle (couldn't get the stain out). Because of the crappy response from JJ corporate I don't anticipate eating their food again.
