    a box of sandwiches

I see a lot of negative reviews but I've always had a good experience at this location. I recently needed a last minute catering box so I called and they were able to have it made in 15 minutes which I appreciated. The only tricky part about this location is parking because it's on Beverly which can be hard to find parking on.

    Black and Bleu sandwich

Black and Bleu sandwich! It may not look like much, but the combination of the Bleu cheese, onions and fresh cracked pepper - the flavors and textures (I love the bite of their bread) is perfect. Oh, and the app is easy to use - easy to favorite orders and reorder etc.

Ok, this place is great, and reasonably priced for being directly in the center of Beverly Hills…read more With that said, I don't think the sandwich I got would be in my top 5 this year. It was VERY close! The bread is excellent and the cheese and meat are clearly selected with INCREDIBLE intention. The only problem is that the bread is huge and has a taste unto itself that is really good! Why a problem? Because the cheese was not sharp enough to penetrate the bread flavor and the meat was not deep enough to do the same. This was a (delicious) bread first sandwich. I like my sandwiches to be ingredient forward-facing. This is a me thing. You may absolutely adore this place. My friends got the tuna and I wish I had got that. So fresh and light. With the price, I didn't feel like asking for a "re-do," but I chose wrong haha I will try this place again and get something with less bread dominance. This is still 9.2/10 sandwich....I just happen to eat 30+ sandwiches at restaurants every year. The pasta? Super good! There were 4 of us so I stole some bites. Definitely try if you aren't use to AUTHENTIC European sandwiches. You're in for a treat.

Well, it's…read morealways been a welcoming, well-managed place with good service and even better food -- and my living a little bit of a ways away shouldn't have kept me from enjoying as much as we did. At about 10:45am, it was busy but not crazy crowded, so we were seated immediately by a happy, friendly teen who may have been a family member or just someone they've taken under their wing. Either way, the youthful greeting helps establish that family feeling that's always relaxing. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and sliced sturgeon, which is a serious treat here in Los Angeles, where hardly any place carries sturgeon. The portion was ample, the fish was fresh, moist and tasty, and it made for a very satisfying (and filling) breakfast. It should also be stated that this hard-to-find dish is always somewhat pricey, but at $25, Factor's is practically a bargain, and a full $9 CHEAPER than Art's in Studio City. My wife opted for eggs with baked salmon on the side -- again, fresh and generous, and very tasty. And again, $10 cheaper than at Art's. I mention the prices simply because eating a good deli breakfast has become more of a luxury these days, and finding a place that delivers top-notch food and service with less of a slam to the wallet makes a difference. If you haven't been to Factor's, or haven't been in a while, it's time to discover (or rediscover) a great deli serving great food. I'll be back soon for lunch... in fact, I'm checking my watch to see if it's lunchtime yet.

I tried several pastries that I don't know the names of. One item had a whole bunch of chocolate and chocolate chips, a blueberry muffin and a small nut cluster thing. All of them were great. We also hit up the restroom and the place was clean and the rest of the restaurant seemed like a cool old diner that I would enjoy a meal at. I will definitely return if I get the chance.

As soon as we walked in, we were met with an unpleasant smell of musty carpet and meat. The dining area is huge, with few other diners seated for dinner. You are offered free pickles to start, which are limp. The menu is huge, and the service is indifferent - we needed a little more time to decide and promptly lost our server. The prices are absurdly high for what you get - over $20 for most sandwiches, and the cup of soup for $8.50 is literally around a teacup size. I got a turkey club, which was extraordinarily dry and the "thick-cut bacon" were mostly thin crisps. If you want to have fries on the side for their "Deli Favorites", they charge extra. (In fact, the steak fries were the best part of the meal). Overall, they serve average food at way above-average prices for what it is. Definitely would not return, the meal had me wishing I had gone to a Subway instead.

They had an air-conditioning unit set up outside and even handed out cold water to people waiting in line. It was such a thoughtful touch and a great example of their customer service. We had a potato knish, matzo ball soup, and a pastrami sandwich combo. Everything was delicious. After trying the pastrami sandwich, I completely understand why it is so famous. The quality and balance of the rye bread, pastrami, coleslaw, and Russian dressing were just perfect. The service was also quick, efficient, and professional. The pastrami is so tender, juicy, and melty, the rye bread is perfectly soft on the inside and satisfyingly crispy on the outside, and the coleslaw and dressing are simple, yet perfect compliments to the meat and bread. This sandwich really is f****** incredible. It was absolutely worth the 40 minute drive. As others note, this is not the best or safest area of LA.
