After finally making it out with my friends during my travels to Denver, I can definitely see why it was reviewed well enough to make it. The Banh Mi sold here aren't the typical Banh Mis you would find in Viet shops because they put their own twist on these traditional sandwiches. They have really unique options & a good variety of meat choices. It seems to have some French/Japanese/Korean influences woven into these creations.
