This place is "freakishly fast." I usually go for the Big John with extra cucumbers. You have to say everything in one sentence when you order, or else by the sandwich would already been made by the time you tried to say "...and I want extra cucumbers on it". I've been going to this location for years now they're always respectful & they always deliver my sandwich in a timely fashion I even expect a little lunch delay during the busy lunch rush timing but they still try to do their best I mean they are on bikes not in cars the only thing I don't appreciate about whenever I come in there i see a short chubby Caucasian early 20s ( young ) minded manager that talks very rudely to the other employees I've witnessed it on multiple occasions just in the last few months & I think if she hates her job so much she shouldn't be there working she should be replaced nobody deserves to be treated or belittled in that manner especially in front of other customers other than that the other employees are nice & have good service. read more

Hands down THE WORST customer service experience every time I go into this store. The same girl (I'll get her name next time) is always working the register during lunch time on weekdays. She doesn't say a word to you. No hello. She just stands there and waits for you to order. No thank you. She just hands you a receipt and gives you a dead stare. Literally not a word. This place is pretty cool! I went here during lunch time and it was packed! there were a bunch of employees though! Ok sandwich, so- so customer service. They keep the napkins behind the counter and don't them out unless you ask. Subway is better and cheaper and offers more options at no extra cost. Watch out, they'll ask if you want peppers, bacon or guacamole. They're all extra. read more

The worst service ever. They didn't deliver my sandwich from last week... phone order and just lost it. Ordered a 2nd sandwich online and 40 minutes later... no sandwich and no call to me. When I called the employee was rude and wouldn't give me her name. The Store Manager Chelsea "apologized" but didn't really mean it. She did share that one of her bike drivers was hit by a car today... If that is true I am sorry but then I think they should have just called me. Calling later as they still haven't delivered it... She then stated they are "short staffed". Order your sandwich from subway and have someone deliver it. read more

Can you say amazing? I had the simple JJBLT but it was so good. The bacon wasn't heated enough, but it was still good. I forgot to say "Light mayo" which I was told to do many times. I get food from here all the time as it is super close to work. I can order online, walk over there (its 1 block) and my sandwich will typically be waiting for me by the time I get there. I have had them deliver before and they tend to have your sandwich to you so fast its a bit startling. I work about 5 blocks away and every time I've ordered delivery, it's taken 30 minutes to get my sandwich. Freaky fast is not a very good description. Every delivery driver I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with has treated me like I'm an inconvenience to them, and looks at me wondering why I'm barely tipping them (hint: because you're slow and you have a shitty attitude.) I've ordered a handful of times from here, thinking it's just an off day, but when every sandwich I've had tastes like day old bread, and is mostly lettuce, I've decided to quit trying to let these guys salvage themselves. I first want to say that I honestly love Jimmy John's, but the service could definitely stand some improvements. I currently reside between Wall and Battery streets. Their delivery radius ends at Battery street, and they literally will not bring the sandwich one building over. I would honestly be willing to stand on the street corner to receive my food, but they won't do that either. Let's look into expanding your delivery service area if you want to keep customers- seems like your running on a really poor business model here, guys. read more

Superbly fast when it comes to delivery an order! Cool selection of sandwich names on menu. Good quality of healthy ingredients in sandwiches. The bread on the sandwiches is soft and sometimes moist depending on the ingredients. Tasted many of their sandwiches and would recommend them to others! Every time I go here. They consistently get my order wrong. This time, they remade it twice and then when I finally got back to my office, I found the avocado missing (this was not even a custom order...the avocado was supposed to be part of the sandwich) and they didn't add the hot peppers, though we talked about it numerous times as they remade the order. I went there on Sunday August 14th during the 3 PM hour to get a quick bite before I headed to the Sounders' match. at CenturyLink Field. They made my sandwich quick. However, I was treated badly by one of their cashiers. The cashier was a young black woman who who in her late teens to her mid 20's. To be more specific, she talked to me in a rude and condescending way. I was anxious to transaction taken care of with my card and she told me "that I had to follow instructions". I called her out on it, and she was extremely unprofessional in her response. She yelled at me in a sarcastic way, "Have a nice day!" If you see her there, then don't do business with them, because there a good chance she will be rude and condescending to you too. She treat you like a 5 year old. The manager didn't do anything to apologize. They simply don't appreciate their customers, and they take them for granted! The owner a needs to clean house! My sandwich was great but the delivery guy was ungrateful and frankly rude. In my opinion you have to work for your tip. I only put .50 on my card and if they show up and are friendly they can have more. He didn't even smile or greet me. So I gave him nothing but the .50 on my card. When he left he said " thanks for the tip " very sarcastically. This then made my coworkers decide not to order their lunch from you because your delivery guy was rude. They used to be fast. Now, it takes about 1 hr for order delivery and...they rarely follow the order instructions.

I recently placed a large order with this location, when I should have been placing the order at another location closer to our office. When I realized my mistake and my boss wouldn't go to the Pioneer Square location to pick up the order, I called them to find out if I could cancel the order. They already had the order completed! When I explained my dilemma to Megan, she offered to have the delivery person drive our order to the store I was supposed to place the order at and where my boss was waiting. my first time having a jimmy john's sandwich. they were really quick and the food was pretty good. fresh ingredients and I like the chewy outside, soft inside bread they make and use. for about 6 bucks you get a foot long sandwich stuffed with ingredients. i'll most likely go back again as an subway alternative. read more
