Staff is excellent and service is quick, but their sandwiches are not as heavenly as I remember. I used to dream about and crave the Vito, their Italian sandwich. Today, I got the Vito, and it was huge - $4.75 for an 8" sandwich. I only ate half, so the price is definitely right. The bread roll is fresh. I think what was amiss was the Italian dressing. Honestly, that is probably what makes the sandwich great. Might as well eat the dressing plain, right? Pretty good meal though. read more

JJ's is faster and more efficient than most sandwich shops because their corporately aggressive ad campaign tells me so. I know you can create an account and pick up your sandwich in record time as well. I find that JJ's is only inconsistent when it comes to quantity of ingredients. My last reuben sported so much saurkraut that its profile looked like Bart Simpson's hair. They are so generous with meat that I have actually removed enough to make a second sandwich later in the day. Last time I was there, a man behind me in line bought my lunch and hit on me which made me question the Broadway location (he was a well-dressed gentlemen, but still...uncomfortable). Every time I order they don't follow the instructions I give them as to where to find me. They bother other people in the building instead of following the directions I give them to reach me. This is not classy at all. This last order my sandwich was not cut in half as requested and I didn't even get a napkin! read more

Jimmy John's gives its customers nothing but quality food freaky fast and some of the absolute best customer service around extremely friendly staff who will bend over backward to get you what you need. I always feel better when I go in here because of how happy and excited and fun they seem (I know it's part of the job, and I love that they have such great service here!) Great experience for me. Good food. Clean dining area. One suggestion. Because music is loud in dining area customer couldn't hear that their sandwich was ready when the girl called out for them. She called out two more times and the customer didn't hear. Girl walked closer to customer and said your sandwich is ready and pointed back to the awaiting sandwich. Ordered food while visiting my old job, they got lost said they called but the front desk girl at work said no one called from jimmy johns. They arrived with my food 45 mins later after I called them and said "sorry driver got lost its on the way" no offers to fix the situation or anything. Once I received my food and sat down to eat my bread was soggy and nasty. Apparently all these commercials at 15min deliveries aren't valid. read more

I went to the Jimmy John's on Swan Road for the first time. The staff were friendly, the place was clean. I ordered the 8" Roast Beef sub. When I got back to the office, I looked inside - it had 2 pieces of thinly sliced roast beef! I called, spoke to whomever answered the phone and told them they had lost my business based on this. If I could give them "0" stars, I would. Their food is bland and overpriced, along with the fact that the decided to give us 3 napkins for 2 sandwiches, AFTER requesting "EXTRA" napkins several times before delivery/ordering, (only because their sandwiches have been extremely messy in the past), with the delivery boy (not his fault) telling us "I gave you a bunch of napkins!...it's only 3 because our policy is 1 per sandwich."...It's just absurd. Because a decent person, I'm not going to take off of the tip of the DB, but that's just absurd. If you're going to "pretend you've got some pride in your SLOPPY, subpar subs, at least don't punish the people eating them even more and make them feel like "scum of the earth for DARING to ask for extra, i.e. More than one napkin per sub. Come f***ing on, guys. Along with the overly soggy bread from the condiments, I'll definitely be ignoring this location in the future. read more
