That's all there is to it. The types of pork cuts you want are up to you but just get gukbap at the very minimum. Add leeks, salt to taste, and you've got yourself a solid meal or two. Super nice staff. I came here with friends and as the only vegetarian there really are very limited options. I could get their bibimbap in a hot stone pot and say no meat. Otherwise as an fyi their cold noodle broth is actually beef. There's valet parking in the back for $2 at lunch or $3 during dinner. They accept Zelle for the valet as well as cash. I came on a Sunday and was seated right away. They have multiple TVs in the room an 2 showcase their dishes. The TV says their pork bone broth is cooked for 24 hours in a cast iron. read more

Free parking?! In ktown that's so rare so already saving me a lot of stress of finding street parking. The inside is really neat and cute and for a Sunday night, they weren't too busy so we were able to get seated right away. We ordered the most popular number 1 and service was really REALLY fast. The food here is so authentic and so good. I ordered the spicy cold noodle and everything about it hit. The noodles were perfectly chewy and the sauce had just the right amount of spice and flavor without being overwhelming. What really got me was the portion size. The bowl was massive. I usually finish spicy cold noodles at other places with no problem, but this one was so big I couldn't even get through it. It came with half a hard boiled egg, extra egg on the side, radish, meat, and even a salad, which you don't usually get with cold noodles. It honestly felt like so much food in the best way. I came to Jinsol hoping to order Ooguhji gukbap. This is a different location to where we usually go. Upon arrival I noticed there were no Korean ahjummas working like the original - it was 3 non Korean employees. I sat down anyway, looked at the menu and did not see Ooguhji gukbap. I asked the worker and they said they don't have that on their menu. I felt bad, but I left and went back to the original Jinsol for that gukbap. read more
