2nd having jollibee and it does not disappoint with the chicken. Super juicy yet not drenched in oil. Skin was crunchy too. The biscuits super soft and buttery and had the fries first time which was decent. The staff seemed friendly but small interaction. The dine in was small so I don't recommend group hangouts. Lobby was clean but the only little complaint was no ice in the soda but not a deal breaker. The spaghetti was not what I thought, they tasted like the little wieners in the bbq sauce thing. Being Filipino, this place hold so much nostalgia for me. I grew up in California and lived across the street from one of the first ones in CA. Everything tastes the same from what I remember consistent across the board. Chicken was spicy and very crispy. Filipino spaghetti was just like I remembered it. Only issue I have is that the menu isn't complete, there's no breakfast items, they are missing the pancit, there also is no halo-halo. Hopefully they add those items read more

I have been a fan of Jollibee since the grand opening of the Plano location in 2020. Then last year I tried the Dallas location, same quality food & customer service. So, need less to say this summer when I heard a location would be opening in Arlington I was elated. Today I decided to venture out that way to order my regular meal. A 3pc chickenjoy with rice, gravy, and a peach mango pie. On my way home the aroma from the food was off putting to say the less. But I didn't really think much about it. Upon arriving home I noticed this meal had a new addition to it "a biscuit." When did Jollibee add biscuits to their menu?!? Nevertheless I tasted it soft, flaky, and buttery. As you can see from my photo I couldn't wait to taste the rice. One of my favorite side items but the rice was overcooked and gummy. I removed the skin from the thigh to notice a build up of undercooked flour. Plus the taste was different I couldn't pinpoint what it was but this chicken didn't taste like the other two locations. Lastly the chicken was undercooked which I noticed immediately following the removal of the skin. $18.68, down the drain...bummer. I will recooked it in my air fryer but I shouldn't have to do all that if it was prepared properly the first time. I'll stick with the other two locations in the DFW. read more

I was so excited to try Jolibee when I saw it. I have had it in the Philippines, San Francisco, and Virginia Beach. This place was the worst! When I walked in, the girl at cashier looked so miserable. I ordered palabok, chicken joy meal, and the ube and peach mango pie and paid about $35. When we chose a seat, every table was dirty, the floor was sticky, and the soda area was so dirty. The palabok did not taste like palabok, more of like jello. The chicken was so salty and putting it in the gravy just made it worse. The pies were drenched in oil. I will never come back here. read more

Overall, it was fine. Yumburger w cheese. Was fine. Reminded me of White Castle in consistency and taste. Spicy Chicken sandwich barely had any sauce. Tasted dry. The soda machine was down and all they had to offer was that nasty pineapple quencher stuff but then still charged an up charge despite that being all that was available. NEXT, I paid an up charge for the Mac and cheese that was so old and dried out I couldn't eat it, to only get attitude from one of the staff behind the register when I asked to switch it out. As soon as you enter, you're greeted with a lot of staff at the front counter. When I visited this location they were out of the spicy chickenjoy which is my favorite. Hopefully soon they are able to add other menu items from other Jollibee locations such as palabok. The inside is really small and it's hard to find a spot to eat inside since it's so crowded and there's a lot of new people waiting to try Jollibee. I've never had Jolibees before, we got the bone in chicken, the spaghetti, the fries and a chicken sandwich. The service was good and he knew the menu. I thought the food was amazing. The chicken was great, the spaghetti was good, I liked the fries and liked the chicken sandwich. We had another side o believe it was Mac and cheese and it was really good. I never write bad reviews, so this will be my first one. The money from the card I used was taken out. I was told multiple times that the payment didn't go through, as I was looking at the money taken out of my bank account. I ended up having to pay with another card and was never refunded for the money taken off of the other. I spent $50 here instead of $25. It was a whole hassle going through the bank to get my money back. Disappointed is an understatement of how I'm feeling. I arrived at the location excited to see what all the buzz was about. We arrived and there was a line (we expected that) with one cashier working it. This location seems to have several employees, I don't know why another person could also help out in front. I placed my order at 3:54, where I learned that the only chicken available is a leg and thigh. We noticed that there are also tenders available so I got 2 orders of those. We decided to dine in since we would be in and out. The dining room is a mess. The trash was overflowing and all empty tables were dirty. Fortunately there are table wipes on the trash can so I used that to wipe out table and chairs. After 20 minutes and seeing a group in front of me that was leaving after dining in, I went to check on my order. I was told that I was just waiting for the tenders and it should just be a few more minutes. At the 30 minute mark I went back up to the counter and was told it still wasn't ready. I asked for the manager (he is a male with a beard cover) he took my receipt and disappeared. I stood at the counter for a while and got another manager to reprint my receipt. I received most of my order without then tenders, and what they gave me had cold and old fries. I wait all this time and can't get fresh fries. I gave them back and continued to wait.
